Hi Everyone! One of my employees is facing an issue with his personal account, she cant access her original portfolio after we remove her email for our business account, how can i re-link her original portoflio to his personal account? when she tries to login with her email, opens up a differente portfolio , completely new > https://www.behance.net/rayanemartins20She need to re-gain access to his original profile > https://www.behance.net/rayanemartins2 

I was have issues with resigning onto Adobe Education Exchange after deactivating my account although the email sent says I should be easily able to sign back in after deactivating, but whenever I try to sign it in it just sends me back and relaods the sight without signing me in I even disabled ad blocker and still had no luck. My SSO with google also doesn't work. 

Just posting to see if anyone else is having similar experiences. I'm on a late 2023 M3 Max Macbook Pro that I purchased new a few months ago. I primarily use it plugged into two daisy-chained LG Ultrafine 24" monitors (thunderbolt). Mac OS (Sequoia 15.2), Creative Cloud, and all installed Creative Cloud Apps are up to date. Over the past few days, I've been experiencing repeated kernel with an immediate reboot every 5-10 minutes. Nothing in the Mac OS error report points to anything related to Adobe or any of the CC apps, but the kernel panics do not occur when:Creative Cloud is running (using Lightroom, Illustrator, or Photoshop) and I am not connected to the external monitors; orCreative Cloud is not running (also killed any of Adobe's background processes in Activity Monitor) and I am connected to my external monitors I have also experienced a few kernel panics when waking the Macbook from sleep with CC running and Illustrator open. Hello, I am trying to create a video portfolio. I have tried everything, but I can only arrange a maximum of 2 videos side by side on the page. However, I want to arrange 4-5 videos side by side. Can you help me?Example;

After I purchased an Adobe subscription, I was unable to log in to my Behance account. Because of this issue, I informed my team, and we decided to cancel the Adobe subscription. After that, I received an email saying that my Behance account was deleted. I need to recover my Behance account. Please help me restore it.

When I go to "Manage Fonts" in Creative Cloud, it just spins with a message "Loading Adobe Fonts...".  Perhaps unrelated, I also that "Cloud Storage" in the upper right doc is stuck on "Getting storage information...".  I'm running the latest Mac OS X on a clean install on an M1-based Mac Mini. I tried the following without help:1) Logout and log back in with rebooting at various points2) Cloud Create -> "Repair"3) Cloud Create -> "Uninstall" which wouldn't work saying I still had adobe products that needed it.  I delete all Adobe products including any cached directories but still no good4) Delete ALL adobe related files with clean install I really don't want to have to do a clean OS install to try and fix this because that will take many hours.  Anything else I can try?

Hi everyone, I recently noticed that my Behance portfolio has disappeared from my account, and I can no longer access my projects. I haven't received any notification about this issue. I already submitted multiple support requests in Behance but haven't received a response yet. Has anyone else faced this issue before? It's been pretty bad this week. When we open a Library through the Libraries Panel it will populate, but at a snails pace or only some folders but not all.  Then other times nothing shows up for hours or ever.  When updating a larger Library file, the file will "break" and becomes unaccessible (I can't open the file to edit it).  When one Library decides to populate another Library will not. It tells me that all my files are synced even when nothing is showing up.   Our team created a entire system around using CC Libraries, so this whole situation feels real bad right now.   

I have my setting to search ALL libraries but when I search for an image I KNOW is there it says "no search results". Then if I go to the actually library where it lives I can plainly see that the image is there (and has the name I was searchin for)! What is going on with the search feature in the libraries. It is driving my NUTS not being able to search all libraries. Can anyone help?

Hi,I recently created a webiste on Adobe porfolio and I noticed that no matter what I tried when uploading the pictures and mockups, it came out extremely blurry and hard to see.When I look at other Adobe Portfolio powered websites, it doesn't seem to be an issue for them.Is there something I'm missing...?Would love some help with this. Thank you so much!

Hey everyone,Is there a way to choose which version of Illustrator I want to open a file with from Creative Cloud?I need to keep an older version of Illustrator because I have some machines with plugins that don’t work with the newer versions. However, I also like using some of the latest features sometimes.When I right-click a file in the Creative Cloud desktop app, I only have "Open" and "Open in Web," but there’s no "Open With" option, which I believe used to be there before.

Hi!Nach langem Suchen und Probieren, musste ich bedauerlicherweise feststellen, dass es nicht möglich ist, ganze Ordner seiner Arbeit aus der Cloud zu downloaden. Lediglich einzelne Dateien lassen sich herunterladen. Legt man Projekte in Ordnern an und möchte den Ordner als ganzes herunterladen, gibt es dafür keine Option. Man muss alle Dateien einzelnd runterladen.Wäre toll wenn Adobe das mal ändern könnte, um den Cloud Dienst zu verbessern. Bei anderen Cloud-Dienstleistern ist das Standard.

I am at a lost here, all of a sudden i cant log into my creative cloud on the desktop or online, in any browser. I get this error "{"error":"invalid_scope"}" Can you help?

I created and downloaded my creative cloud synced documents. The message said the zipped file is available on creative cloud until 3/1/24 but I cannot find it. Where is it? The name of file is ccfeol_package.zip.

Is there a way to upload PDFs to a page in Adobe Portfolio? I can see how to upload images and videos, but I have some brochure and marketing collateral samples that I want to add to the site.

Photos on pages created in the Adobe portfolio load very long or not at all. The pictures have hundreds of Kb. There was no such situation before. Where is porblem located?

I started building my website with Adobe Portfolio and the UX was amazing. Very easy and super simple but still a cauple of must have features are still missing there like linking an existing page to your home page or creating a dropdown menu. I wonder why there isn't a forum for Adobe portfolio here. Has Adobe abondoned it or still there is a team working on it? There is a ticketing system for that only takes the problem related question. Why there is no more talk about it. We want Adobe Porfolio to improve and grow. It should become a great compititor of platfroms like sqaure space, godaddy and wix.

Hi, I'm trying to share my work Adobe library with an external designer. I've sent him invites 3 times but every time, he gets the following error message, see screenshot below. I've googled this issue and although I see others have the same problem, I've not found any answers yet. Please advise.I

Shouldn't be difficult. I drag and drop, right? I have a folder with an AE file, plus Footage, Assets, Fonts, etc. Everything works nicely on my hardrive. But I'm taking up stoarge and want to bring things to my cloud account. I have plenty of storage there. When I drag and drop I get the error below. Makes no sense to me. The list of accepted extensions does NOT include .aep (which can't be true).   So I try the "File > Save As" option, but on my Mac, I can't navigate to Adobe because it doesn't show up as a location. See below.   Could really use some help here. Thanks in advance.

I'm in IT support and one of my users keeps getting asked to reset his Adobe password out of the blue.What is odd is the others do not have this experience. The first time it happened was Jan 13 and today Feb 11.The first time I thought he did this on his own accidentally, but today I was present when in the middle of him workin on a file it came up and challenged him to sign in again - and this time made him change his cloud account password before he could proceed.  According to him he doesn't share his password with anyone and I'm wondering if this is the system's auto-response to a hacking attempt?"Password Reset Notice To protect the security of your account, you must reset your password."What would cause this - any advice is appreciated.  (fyi when the Adobe Password Breach happened I advised all my users to change their passwords immediately - this is not related)Thank you 

I hadn't fired up my laptop for several months and when I did the other day, creative cloud seems to be corrupted and wouldn't open. So I downloaded a new install and every time I try to launch the installer it says can't launch because an install is already in progress. I opened the task Manager and killed the install in progress but it still says install in progress every time I try to install it. Anyone have a fix for this. I rebooted the machine a couple times but still the same problem.

Hi all,I'm trying to the Creative Cloud file sharing service to send files to clients.I often get responses that the download link doesn't work.When I try the link, it works, even when I'm not signed in to my Creative Cloud account.In my opinion this could be a browser or an operating system issue.I'm using Safari on OS X and I guess I can safely assume that most of my clients are on Windows OS.Does anybody know of any issues that could cause such a behavior?Thanks in advance,Eli
