I have a shared creative cloud foler called "Marketing" that I have shared with 5 people. Within that folder are a bunch of subfolders that we have created to organize our assets. I would like to remove one person and add another to our mail folder so they can have access to all the assets inside. When I click on the 3 dots and hit "Share> Invite" it says, "Unable to invite collaborators. We're sorry, nested sharing is not supported. Please remove collaboratos from containted items before inviting useres here." So then I I thought I would just go into that folder and find folder in there to to remove them from, BUT when I click on the 3 dots and hit "Share> Invite" it says, "Unable to invite collaborators. If I try and click on just a singe asset, like an InDesing document it will only let me "Share Link". I am the "owner" of the account and I invited a

My clients all get frustrated that they can't download all of the files in a shared folder at once.  My workaround for this issue is using a ZIP file which they have to download and then unpack.  It is not always obvious that you need to download a ZIP file as it gets thrown in with all of the individual photos.  I do this because sometimes clients don't want to download 2GB of photos all at once, but rather want to download only a few at once. Am I missing something when sharing folders via Creative Cloud?  All you can do is download individual files one by one, or use the "Copy to Your Work" button (when my clients are not creatives, they're just regular people and don't use Creative Cloud or have a need to use it).  Where is the "Download All" function?  If it doesn't exist, WHY does it not exist?  Why can't multiple files be selected for download all at once like they can through the app or in my non-shared folders (via assets.adobe.com)? Finally,

I downloaded fonts on the cloud n want to transfer these to fontinator but they are taking forever to download to the cloud. Any easier way thankyou new to Adobe still learning

I would like to try Creative Cloud for 7 days free trial. Can I use all products in the free trial version? Like using After Effects and Photoshop at the same time.

I try to synchronize my Creative Cloud storage with a NAS folder in my local network.I don't synchronize to a local folder in my MAc because I don't use the local drive for saving my projects, but only my local network NAS.When I choose the folder I want to synchronize I get the error message "Can't be installed in a network folder"If the cloud storage can't be synchronized with a NAS folder, then it's useless.

Please help. After I enter the idntification code on Creative Cloud, it keeps said I was log-out, but when I click the log-in button, it say loding into Creative Cloud, however, waiting for a few moment, it said I was Log-out again....the loop doesn't stop.I have tried every method which Adobe given in https://helpx.adobe.com/hk_zh/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.htmlCould anyone please kindly help? I have noticed that numerous customers have had similar experiences to my own. the forum is organized by specific adobe products but there is no sub forum to discuss the actions of support, the forum, the overall customer experience, problems with contacting adobe, and customer support problems. for this reason, I will post my feedback here. I recently had the need to cancel a subcription that I had already cancelled 3 months ago using my account control panel on adobe.com. It is possible that I may have made a mistake when cancelling my subscription to creative cloud for students but I would attribute this to the sales driven nature of the confusing cancellation process more than I would attribute this to customer responsibility. regardless of where the blame resides, I think it is necesarry to give my feedback to the corporate officers that have outsourced the call center and intentionally designed a confusing cancellation process that is error prone by design to boost sales and

Hi i started using adobe for a while now and ive run into a unique problem, i am using the free 4.9.6 version of adobe sketch on a tablet and everything works fine except when i go to edit a layer to transform it or make it into a sketch layer it kicks me out of the app instead, is there something im doing wrong? ive shut down my ipad and turned it on but that didnt work either, i really need help with this

I am interested in producing content on Adobe Spark, but I don't have the time to do it myself. Where can I find graphic designers who know how to design in Spark? Is there a clearinghouse for this?

So, I've been using Creative Cloud for some years now but I've been using my own account and paying it myself, even when I was working for any company, but my current company has offered me a new Adobe account that I will be using but they'll be paying for, but I'll still be using it on my personal laptop which I use for work and for everything else (personal projects, etc.), and the same Adobe account that I'll be using will be used by another coworker too. So my question is, could my company or my coworker see/use whatever file I create/edit on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.?

Really frustrated with Adobe CC. I've tried illustrator, audition, premiere pro and premiere pro rush. Everything is beyond user unfriendly- they make new obstacles to the user, like making up their own names for things instead of using commonly known names. When I spend hours just trying to figure out how to delete or rename a project in premiere pro, and still can't figure it out. When I've wasted an entire morning trying to find a way to contact adobe to tell them how unhappy I am- you know it's poor design and even poorer customer service. The programs are either so ridiculously complicated that you would have to devote a decade to learning it, or way too simple- like premiere pro rush in which you can't even pan, or use more than a handful of clips. I'm sorry I ever gave any of my time to CC, and I will not be renewing. There are much more user-friendly programs out there.

Hi,Apple has introduced the dark theme within it's OS, unfortunatley your Creative Cloud Service Hub is till white.Why is this relevant?Because when I opened the window I almost got blindened because of its high contrast.I lost proper vision for a short time and still have emicrania after one day. Please make a dark version of yout clud center before it complitely blinds me.P:S I'm not joking it really hurt my health, I'm still recovering and will have to undertake an eye visit. Thx.

Hey everyone, I have recently started using Spark for creating simple videos for our Social Media channels.But i can't find a solution to turn OFF the orginal sound/audio on the videos i upload to the program. I want to add another audiofile for my videos, but as i cannot remove the original, the videos have two audio sounds that are playing at the same time. Does anyone have a solution for that? An answer would be much appreciated!Best regards,Patrik

I'm building my professional portfolio and I wonder what is the right Website Container size? Every content I look for says a different thing.Also, how to make an image occupy the whole screen width? I've already tried to set it at 100% and it appears right on the Editor, but when i preview the website, it goes smaller. I'd really appreciate some help, thanks.

Warum sieht meine Monitoranzeige in allen Adobe-Programmen so aus:In allen anderen Bildbetrachtungsprogrammen auf meinem Windows-Computer werden meine Bilder korrekt dargestellt (siehe rechte Seite des Screenshots). Welche Einstellungen muss ich für alle von mir verwendet Adobe Programme ändern, um dies auch mit Adobe auf meinem Windows-Computer - bei Apple-Computer tritt dieses Problem nicht auf - zu erreichen? Hello,I am talking about the Creative cloud storage web asset : https://assets.adobe.com/filesI have downloaded an MP4 video on it and sent a link to someone.  I first empty the cache in Chrome with CCleaner. Then inside Chrome (in Windows) I click on the link corresponding to the video file inside Creative cloud web asset. The result : Chrome does not show anything (the page is empty). So I reload this page in Chrome and this time it works (I can see the page of the video in Creative cloud).In other browser like Edge I have not this problem. It is strange that at the first opening of the link in Chrome it shows the page empty in creative cloud.According to you, what is the cause : creative cloud, or Chrome, or other thing ?

Hello, I work for a company that creates virtual concerts so we create export projects with multiple videos. I've been doing this since September and have only had this problem recently where an, arbritrary to me, video will render and/or export greyed out. See the person in the top left corner. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since today I updated to Big Sur 11.3 I cant access to my Creative Cloud Desktop App. After minutes trying to log, appears one message saying I must REPAIR. Click on int and download de desktop app, and the history repeats again.
