Hi.A message came up on Adobe Creative Cloud stating that there was a problem with the software and it needed to be reinstalled.  When I tried doing this, a message came up saying that there was a problem with the installation process and this took me to the troubleshooter page, where it told me the software was not genuine.  I am confused because when I purchased Creative Cloud, I got it directly from the Adobe website so I do not see how my Creative Cloud is not genuine.  Is anyone able to help me?

I need help. I have a new MBP 2018 and recently Core Sync is hogging resources, turning my Mac into a frying pan. Constantly chewing up 100% CPU on Sctivity monitor and firing up the fans. I have closed all processes, uninstalled CC with the official Uninstaller as per previous answers with this issue. Reinstalled and boom, 100% CPU usage. When I'm not plugged into the main I'm lucky to get 30-45 mins battery time with Core Sync running.Any help would be appreciated.

Creative Suite installed a bunch of auto-running programs like update checkers and core sync. Now that I just found out Core Sync was the culprit hogging the CPU at 100% and draining the battery (this is on OSX) I am looking to disable it altogether — or more precisely, prevent them from running on startup. I'll run the updater manually and don't need to sync stuff to a cloud that don't use. What's the best way to do disable these services?

With my macbookpro I work in many monitors setup conditions: at home, at office, around.At home I've a 27" on the right, at office on the left, around no monitor connected.Any time I change place my adobe applications don't detect the different setup (mac os does) and arrange windows and tools in a crasy way and I have to reset the all setup.Any way this can be solved?Thx!

Hi!My problem is started a couple weeks ago, all my Adobe apps that I use (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are frozen, when try to export my work and click to Save button. With command + S I can save the .psd, .ai, .indd file but the exporting dosen't work. I'm working on Macbook Pro 2020, laptop and the apps are up to date. Last time when I was in this trouble I deleted all the apps and the Creative Cloud and it solved this problem. This takes too much time and all my preferences are gone. Now I tried to repair the CC, but it doesn't help. Does anybody know a better solution for this problem? Thanks,Reni

Hi, there is a mysterious new Library folder on my Documents folder after the last Creative Cloud update on my brand new iMac mid 2020 with Macos Big Sur 11.2.2 installed does anybody knows how to delete it? and if it is safe to do that?Thanks

Hi! the Cloud is always chashes, since i updatet on Big Sur, so i cannot work anymore! Adobe support fixed it once but it worked only one day; after that, it was impossible to work with any application so i often removed all of them and reinstall the cloud with the few Apps i need. It is such a mess - Adobe support means it is an Apple problem, Apple means the computer is so slowly because of Adobe. Please help me so i can use the Applications i need again!

Good afternoon, I am a long time user of adobe products and seem to be having a problem that I can not fix. I can not log into the creative cloud desktop app. I have read many threads about to fix this issue, the only problem is that all of them require you to sign-in to the app. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, however, it tells me that i have to uninstall all the programs that require the app to run, ie: premiere pro, photoship etc. So, I go and try to uninstall those, but for the uninstaller to work, it has to log into the creative cloud app. This is very frusstrating. Any ideas on how i can uninstall and reinstall?

I've created a couple of websites using Adobe Poertfolio and I'm pleased with them andv the app. But how do I add a downloadable pdf to the site. I've converted it to a jpg and put it on the site but it's not the answer I want. A pdf can have links in it and is preferable to a jpg for a document.

Hello there! I just installed the Creative Cloud application on my PC and Mac. I had no problems logging into the Cloud on my PC and I was able to download programs like PS ect. Then I tried to log in with the same account into the Creative Cloud on my Mac and I get a Message saying that there was an Error and that I should try logging in later. I already checked and tried out some stuff. First I restarted my Mac, then I reinstalled the Creative Cloud. Then I logged out of the Cloud on my PC. I also made sure that I had only activated my Adobe Cloud on less than two systems which of course I had because I just bought the cloud and just activated it on my PC. I just updated my Mac to Big Sur as well to make sure that there wouldn't be any compartability problems. Right now I just don't know what else I could do. If somebody could give me some advice I'd be very thankful.  Much love

Hi, my daughter is trying to share her art portfolio for an university application. She has made it public but the UNI can not open it. They do not have Adobe. When we have gone back into setting we see that the adult content has been ticked and the administrators has deemed it to contain mature content - it has 2 life drawings?? What can we do ?? This is urgent, because if the Uni cannot open it - her application will be denied. Second question, can non- adobe/behance subscribers view a portfolio? Thanks 

Hello everybody, currently I noticed multiple problems in different Adobe applications such as: - Impossible to export or save as in InDesign, simply nothing happens- Impossible to save as in Photoshop, dialoge shows up for cloud or lokal, after clicking lokal nothing happens- Cannot load images to Muse slideshows, a click on the load images button (the little folder) nothing happens And that is probably just what I found since I stopped working after I cannot do what I need to do. This is for the last three days without any changes made to the system. I run CC on a Mac with Big Sur and the latest versions of the applications. I hope this will be solved soon, otherwise I will have to look for alternatives to Adobe applications with constantly new problems showing up. Way too expensive for not being able to work with it!

Macbook, Parallels 16.1.3 is installedI use also Adobe products on my MacBook. For this I have to use the Adobe Creative Cloud App.Since 1 year the launch and use of my Parallels VM (Win10) most times kills then my Adobe Creative Cloud, which has then to be reinstalled new.Somehow these to programs are not working properly side by side.I'm the only one who has to reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud every 5 days?Thanks

Hi Whenever I want to log in to Adobe on my web browser to use Adobe Spark, my chrome browser keeps going into a refreshing loop that continues indefinitely. This doesn't occur when I use incognito mode or Microsoft Edge. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks

I am at the absolute end of my rope with Adobe products.I subscribe to the Creative Suite and actively use PhotoShop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, Rush and occasionally Illustrator.   I have the app installed on my hard drive, but am now running out of space on my SSD to the point that I can't update Windows. (less than 3GB free)   After doing some digging -- you guessed it -- Adobe files are taking up all the space.  Log files, app files, and now it looks like there are some of my project files in there despite the fact that I've been saving them to the Creative Cloud.   What am I doing wrong?   I don't want ANY Adobe apps or files on my SSD, but i can't seem to find a way to get my ADobe project files and leave them online in Cloud.   This has me frustrated to the point that I'm ready to cancel my Creative Suite subscription when it comes up in a few months.   I can't believe with a company as big as Adobe, I have to spend ho

Hi there,A file — icml-file linked to InDesign — shared with my colleagues via adobe created cloud became damaged: zero bytes in size. A lot of work has been lost. Unlike DropBox, the creative cloud has no option to restore a previous version.The same happened a few times with my files during the three months I switched to the creative cloud, but I had backups to restore then.Is there something a can do with it?Does anybody else experience this problem?Any ideas why this happens? — Kasyan 

Hello,I have Adobe Creative Cloud app installed on my Windows 8.1 Professional (x64) system.I am running version 5.2.1.441 of ACC -- which, ac. to the Adobe ACC release notes, seems to have been released 07/30/2020 (mandatory release)I see that on 10/20/2020 Adobe released the APSB20-68 Security update for Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application.They say APSB20-68 applies to version 5.2 -- and that the updated version is 5.3Here's the glitch: when I do a Help :: Check for Updates in ACC it says there are no updates available.How can this be when the APSB20-68 writeup say that version 5.2 contains a "critical vulnerability that could lead to arbitrary code execution"How come ACC tells me their is no update available?Thanks.-RD 

For some reason my colours that I have saved in my libraries suddenly are off. The red is to bright, the green to dark etc. Each colour in the library still has the right colour mix when I check the rgb numbers, but they don't match anymore the correct hue when actually used for drawing. Can anybody help?Thank you.

Hello everyone!I'm having trouble working with Adobe Photoshop 22.3 and Indesign 16.1 on my Macbook pro M1 (macOS Big Sur 11.2.3).Everytime I run those softwares, I notice lag, problems with files import system and sometimes even a System crash.I know these apps are not native on this device, but I thought your latest update could fix biggest issues.Is there something I can do to improve my Adobe apps stability?Thanks
