Hello Everyone. I would like to share with you what I did to solve this issue. Basically, for months I have struggling with Creative Cloud not loading, Error Messages, and Not Compatible Signs. This is what I did that solved the issue. Please Note: I am a PC User. Also, I noticed few times after getting the Windows update I had to redo this again. 1- In the Search Bar Type: inetcpl.cpl 2- Inside Internet Properties Click on Connections 3- Inside Connections, Click on LAN Settings 4- Make Sure Automatically detect settings Is Checked, and Use a Proxy server for your LAN is Unchecked.
Hello. I see that lots and lots of other people have asked about this, but they're all locked and I wanted to add +1 to all the people saying I don't want any of this BS on my computer. I see all the patronizing offical "solved" answers that try to reassure us that these are necessary and unintrusive, implying that we should just not worry about it.That's shouldn't be your call to make. If my apps take 5 seconds longer to open because I disabled your background processes, that should be my choice. Stop forcing things on us. I don't want any adobe processes running unless I open an adobe app. You are driving away your customers with this BS. Stop it.
I am graduating TOMORROW! While I am very excited, I will be a wreck if I loose this project I have been working on for a while!I am on a student account and I want to be able to access it from someone elses account as I will be loosing access to this account.. All the media lives on my computer so that is good......I just need to know do i make it a team preoject?Or do I save the project and then import it into a diffferent users account? I have a form that calculates many future dates; I did not create it but now have been given the task of correcting the calculations. An example: Filing date 02/19/2021 task needing to be done next is in 13 months which we have as 03/19/2021. The dates should always be the same date in the month but when using the number of days it's slightly off. I know I can change it to months not days but there are times we have 31.5 months or 29 months -10 days and I have not been able to make that work. Does anyone know of a way to either have both months and days in the calculation or perhaps just a way to do this in general? I've only just recently started using Adobe as I am now and I'm still very new so any help is greatly appreciated!
I received an inquiry from an instructor about obtaining the "All in One Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Certification" bundle from this link:https://stacksocial.com/sales/the-all-in-one-adobe-creative-cloud-suite-certification-bundle It does not look legit to me. Our Adobe vendor had no idea what it was. I chatted directly with Adobe. The tech support rep said it is not supported, and the sales rep stated that they "no longer provide chat support for that product". Basically, I have an instructor that wants to get certified for the creative cloud apps. Does anyone know of the legitimate way to actually do this? Thank you!
I've been payin for Adobe creative cloud for about 6 months now. As I sign in to the cloud i dont have access to over half of the apps I should be able to have access to. How do I fix this problem with adobe?
I have a Creative Suite Membership which includes Business Catalyst. They took my website down by mistake and I can't get any service to fix that. They should be ashamed to offer such a service. I estimate that I lost over $10,000 of business revenue because nobody cares. I believe we should be proud of our work. At Adobe they should be ashamed of their service.

Hi,I've spent past 6 months and many, many, many hours working on my portfolio site and just found out the site link doesn't work anymore and "Something went wrong! Page not found" appears. All the work that I've uploaded, layouts and customisations can no longer be seen. I'm an annual paying subscriber to Adobe CC, I also published the site and had a password page so only select clients could see my work. Now it's all gone...Has this happened to anyone else and did you find any solution, besides of having to waste more time rebuild everything again. It's very frustrating and gives me no confidence to rebuild it using the same platform in case it will disappear again.Im so angry and frustrated! I've emailed Adobe, but still waiting for a reply... Any help/ suggestions much appreciated. Thank you!
how to fix this "invalid menu operation" issue
I have seen this error notice mentioned here but my circumstance appears to be different. I created a 7 minute video. Later I created a 1 minute version from the longer video. It worked for a while but then the 1 minute version started to crash. Now it crashes shortly after the video begins, everytime and always in the same place. Is there anything I can do to save this video? Any reason that it might be doing this? I'd like to avoid this problem in the future.
I'm aware that this issue has been mentioned before, but none of those solutions have worked for me and it feels somewhat more aggressive than the issue stated before. The majority of the time I open an adobe app on my machine, it asks me to sign in. Especially after restarting the machine, but sometimes I might have to restart an app and it will ask me to sign again and sometimes it will close an app whilst I'm working on something (fortunately, it usually asks if I want to save first) and then ask me to sign in again when I re-open it. Which is very annoying. What's worse is, sometimes it just gets stuck in a loop. I'll sign in, it will accept it and open the app and then the app will imediately close and it will keep doing that until I restart the machine. Although sometimes it might do it two or three times and then work fine. It even seems to happen between apps, I might have Premiere Pro working fine and then open After Effects and get this behavi
(WINDOWS 10) Hey I've been having trouble with creative cloud, the "You've Been Signed Out" Loop, I've tried everything I deleted/unistalled everything, tried deleting some of the files and I'm just stuck, does anyone know how to fix this?
Hi, I have gone through the other posts in the forum regarding CCS Library sync issues but nothing so far has resolved my problem. For example some basic/quick templates that I create on Spark I cannot see them on the Windows Create Cloud. Files seem to be able to sync correctly though. I have literally tried everything in here. Deleting all the adobe programs, deleting only CCS, the official guide too https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html. Nothing has offered any help. Dear forum,I need an app to prepare a timeline (chronology of events) for my PhD thesis. I need a professional and academic-looking option. I saw Adobe Spark but there are lots of information on the web. Actually too much information;) So I need advice from people who know the Adobe apps well. My timeline will start from 1700 and will go 1900. I need to add a date, event, short description, and maybe an image. There will be 4 different categories: Historical turning points of 2 countries and major developments in performing arts/entertainment in these countries. I need to use it digitally as well as I need to export it as PDF (or else) to add it as an Annex to my thesis. Is there anybody who knows the application well? I have folder on Creative Cloud that will not stop synching. It contains a jpg file I tried to delete but also a .gstmp file I do not recognize. It just keeps on synching over and over. I have tried deleting the file, shredding the file and it just keeps on going. The only way I managed to stop it was to pause synch altogether. Has anyone got any idea how to fix this and what causes it, please? Thanks.

Leider werde ich immer wieder auf eine Hilfeseite verwiesen, die mir nichts bringt, da die erwähnte Funktion "Abo kündigen" bei mir nicht verfügbar ist. Zu sehen ist lediglich "Kostenloses Creative Cloud-Abo" mit der Option "Abo upgraden". Ich möchte meine Testversion umgehend kündigen und finde es mehr als dodgy, dass es keinen einfachen Weg dafür gibt, sondern mir nichts übrig bleibt als in dieses Forum zu schreiben! Ich bitte um schnelle Antwort, Adobe!
Bonjour, J’utilise avec ma collègue « créative cloud files » pour travailler en collaboration. Problème, à chaque fois qu’elle modifie un document et l’enregistre, je reçois une notification push avec du son. Je souhaiterais : soit supprimer la notification, soit pouvoir couper le son car quand je suis en visio, c’est très pénible.Savez-vous où sur gère ces paramètres ?Merci beaucoup !
I have searched the web for this answer and everyone seems to have this same problem. Even if you align the masterhead to the left, the container is centered and has about a 70% screen width, so the content inside can't go any wider.I have been thinking and this could be done by adding rich text maybe? but the template doesn't allow you to add one. I am using the Thomas template and I know it can be done because of these 3 examples:https://jacobtejlmand.com/https://robertlicau.com/https://hellojohnolson.com/ This might have the simplest solution, but I have been searching and looking for this for about a day, so if anyone could shed some light, it would help me big time.Thanks in advance 🙂
Hello, where can I find my photos on cloud where they were synced? on cloud as I had a problem with my hard drive and thousands missing which were synced on cloud? Wishes to all
Continuous CC crash and then goes to login screen. I have tried every fix scenario that I can find including uninstalling apps and creative cloud then re-loading. One proposed fix said to delete the Adobe User Profile Info and Adobe User OS Info and then restart Creative Cloud to create the files again. The only problem is these two files do not exist. The same files do exist on my MacBook Air and I don't have any problems. I haven't been able to get Creative Cloud to create these files on my iMac again. I believe I lost those files on February 14 during an Adobe or OS upgrade.
I've followed the direction a few times and it would work for a few days but then I get the error all over again. Any suggestion on fixing it permanently? The app was updated a few days and worked until today. I'm a late 2013 MBPr Mojave 10.14.6
