Hi Everybody, I just did a clean install of my macbook pro to get rid of all junk and trash from the past years. Since I installed the cloud, I am dealing with mutliple actions of Core Sync Helper - And they get more almost day by day. I started with only 2 processes at the same time, a week ago.  I tried to update everything, tried to repair it with the unistaller application. But I wont delete everything again - What to do? Please see the screenshot attached.

When I turned on my iMac this morning a dialog box popped up saying Creative Cloud was having issues and I needed to enter my password to fix it. I did so and no action/fix took place. So I tried again and it still didn't work.My computer loaded oddly and my Safari windows wouldn't load fully. So I ran my "Malwarebytes" program and it found and isolated one threat called "OSX.SilverSparrow" and I gave permission to delete it from quarantine.I then turned my computer completely off and back on. The Creative Cloud pop-up did NOT return so I am fairly certain this was the guise they used. I changed my computer password. Any other suggestions?    Thank you for the assistance.

Hello,I buyed yesterday the Set with Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 2021.After the installation I was confronted with the app "Adobe Creative Cloud", I don't need it and want to remove it, but unfortunately the program cannot be removed?!Short Error Message: Cannot deinstall, because there are still Creative Cloud Aplications installed... ?!Main problem!I have now deactivated the autostart in all places (Task Manager / Creative Cloud Settings), but unfortunately services are still active in the background.I will rarely use Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 2021, as I'm a gamer, programs in the background are very bad!How can I get free from the Creative Cloud? Thanks in advance!

When I open Creative Cloud Desktop (Windows 10), I am prompted to sign in again. [The screen displays "You've been signed out" "Please Sign in to access applications"] When I click to sign in, it breifly shows the sign in page then continues to load. It will repeatedly do this until my laptop closes the program, or the computer falls alseep. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times, as well as had an expert control the computer. This problem kept arrising. This is unacceptable for Adobe, especially considering I use almost all aplications daily.

For the last few days my backup Mac, still running 10.13.6 is being overwhelmed when I startup. A reboot does not help. The CC app shows Cloud storage activity, which would not be that bad, but the CPU is locked at 98.9% or more. Here's the activity monitor shortly after a reboot and about 20 minutes later. This makes the machine completely unusable.    My MacBook Pro running 10.14 is also having the same problem, but it's a little more powerful so I can still struggle through.    Does anybody know what is going on. 

Hi all. Not sure if this is the right place for this question.... I have two Adobe accounts, one for work (paid for by my company), one for personal use. I have set up and am using the Account Access app on my phone to access my work account, but I cannot add my personal account to the app. I have tried going into my personal account's profile and changing the security method but it always asks me to launch the app on the phone to set it up, but it never gives me a setup screen. What step am I missing here? --Thanks.

Dear Adobe:Hi, can you please ask Adobe to upgrade PDF/X-1a2001 software to automatically fix high and low resolution color, grayscale, and black and white images to 300 ppi, and line art to 600 ppi bit map, so that authors and creators are not required to search and change every image, and also because the error message does not indicate which specific images have errors, which could take vast amounts of time and energy to find and then upgrade or downgrade images. Also, please add PDF/X-1a2001 on Adobe mobile for smartphones. Thank you kindly.

Hi! I'm posting my questions here because I just learned--as in learning a few short hours ago--about Adobe's 2021 Creative Residency opportunity (Creative Cloud Facebook post). The application page shows a submission deadline of March 14th, but then when you click through the application it says March 17th.  Thus, my questions are the following: 1) Is March 14 the submission deadline? 2) If so, what time on March 14 must my submission be received by the system? Again, I'm asking because I learned about this opportunity today, and I really want to apply. The application page deadline does not match the deadline listed on the info. page. Thanks in advance!    

I would like to know whether or not Adobe Creative Cloud is accessible for blind users.More specifically, is the software compatible with JAWS? Internships at my local university require to use Adobe Creative Cloud for working with technical writing documents. I called Adobe cloud but he didn't know much about screen reader.  Any ideas?

I originally set up my Adobe Portfolio on my laptop. I also use a desktop computer...when I wanted to update my Portfolio on my desktop, I could not get into my Portfolio at all. It only allowed me to start fresh...but that didn't work either. When I selected to start a new project/portfolio site, it would show a blank template selection page. When I selected to start a new Welcome page, it would send me back to the "make a new portfolio page." Only when I logged on with my laptop I could edit my portfolio (or do any portfolio work). Why does my Portfolio account not work on my other computer?

I cannot transfer the folder location for the CC cloud. I get an error after hours of seemingly transfering the location of the CC cloud from my Mac hard drive to an external HD. It looks like it is working and indeed seems to transfer most of the files. But then I get an error pop up that states it cannot transfer to the drive - no other explanation.  I have tried 4 or 5 times, always with the same issue.   

Hi guys, I would like to take the ACE exams for adobe photoshop and illustrator 2021.I know that Adobe will release the exams in June 2021 but does anyone know if I can book the exam on the adobe.com portal and be able to do it remotely? Or will I have to rely on third parties?I've never done one, I hope you can give me some more information, thank you very much!

hi, I need help if there's anyway to retrieve the files deleted on Creative CLoud? I always make sure to review deleted files from trash bin before deleting. But apparently, there's non on my bin and I can't undo the deletion. There's no recently deleted on the web archive as well.  Thanks

Hi there, I have a major problem with my account and I cannot contact Adobe. When I click Help Centre, there is a link at the bottom that says "Sign in to contact us". I am already signed in at this point (my logo is visible in the top right corner). I click it and I just get redirected immediately to "Welcome to Adobe Customer Care! Need help?" (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html) where there are only links to FAQ. There is a link at the bottom which says "Contact Us Real help from real people" - but when I click it, it just loops me back to the FAQ page (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html). I need to contact as I have a problem with my account. Please help!

My creative cloud files won't sync. I've tried the suggestions made on here i.e.: pausing the sync and restarting creative cloud, but it hasn't made any difference.Has been working fine, up until 2/3 days ago and it just stopped working  ... Help!

I click the heart icon to add to library & nothing happens. When I go to view the library, none of the assests are added. (On desktop- using firefox. I have quit, restarted etc & still having same issue. I don't have over 1000 images in my library.

Strange.  Clicking on the top bar icon in the finder on my new Mac Mini M1 (11.1) machne, the CC window opens and nothing in it works.  No links, nothing.  I can't even quit the app from the menu.  And I thought I had probolems with Photoshop?!!

Hello.Exploring saving all of our files and folder to the cloud. In reading all of the instructions, it seems you go to the cloud site, Select the Your Work Tab, Select the Folder you want to share, however for me there is no option to share. The options I have are rename, move, copy, delete.Also does not work from the CC app directly.See attached screenshot, am I missing something?

I cannot find the CC icon in my Illustrator and Photoshop programs and therefore cannot get to any of the assets etc.  Please help!

Hi, I apologize if this is posted in the wrong place. The only place I was able to find for spark was in japanese. whenever I export my projects as a PDF, I just get a black screen when I try opening it. I asked my friend, and he says that there's bogus alpha channels in the document. I also notice that exporting to PDF creates a much higher resolution copy of my document. There's usually no difference between the PNG and JPG exports. They're both low res. Why are both of these happening?

I've had terrible internet for months now and have found that the problem is coresync.exe  hogging all the internet so that it affects the internet speed for all devices using the WiFi not just my own. I have found similar forums with same problem and have tried the following - delete all cloud documents from device and on the cloud itself, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe creative cloud and all programs, pause syncing to cloud, change syncing speed to 25% instead of 100%. Nothing has worked I still can't use the WiFi on my computer it also doesn't seem to matter if I turn Adobe creative cloud off/ any programs off on my computer it still seems to affect it. But when I uninstalled Adobe it worked fine. If I'm connected to internet and go to task manager, performance, open resource monitor, network there is always CoreSync.exe sending a lot of stuff. How do I stop it, I don't even want to use the cloud. Hello. I am new to Creative Cloud services and I would like to ask few questions, because I am not sure If I understand some things correctly. First of all english is not my native language please excuse my mistakes 🙂I would like to use creative cloud as a backup to my documents. Right now I am using only my local drive as my workspace and I copy my work to external disk to backup it. I would like to use cloud as my secure backup so do you think I can copy my whole work to „Creative cloud files“ folder which is synced online? And than only work from there and save all new thing to this folder?What about when I need to reinstall my windows? When I delete file from this folder it is also deleted from my online backup. What happed If I have some kind of accident and my local drive gets damaged? Or If I need to reinstall my windows? If I format my hard drive will it delete my online cloud folder as well? Or
