I'm at my wits end. I started a subscription in December 2020. Within a couple of days, I started having the issue where randomly Illustrator would force me to save and then close. I realized this was happening because Creative cloud was randomly signing me out. It got progressively worse and happens a couple of times daily, which I'm sure you can assume is very inconvenient. I contacted support and the person went in remotely, changed the folders to ".old", cleaned out adobe files and reinstalled. Everything worked fine until last week.The issue started again. I contacted support again. This time the person asked me to uninstall Acrobat and then proceeded to remotely uninstall all Adobe files and install again. It happened again and the 3rd person made the suggestion of adding certain folders to the antivirus whitelist. Today, I noticed whenever I leave Illustrator dormant for a while, that's especially when I get signed out. I am able to access my CC files/work online but have not been able to put the folder on my desktop. I'm using Windows. Any advice? 

When attempting to utilize the "Creative Cloud Uninstaller.exe" utility, from a CMD prompt, in a silent/unattended fashion ("creative cloud uninstaller.exe" -uninstall), it successfully uninstalls all Creative Cloud components, but hangs when finished and will hang indefinitely unless a key is pressed. Is there any way to force the process to close at the end?

This post has nothing to do with any of the following topics:File sync, Collaboration, Libraries or Cloud storage web assets I selected it because adobe didn't give me any option for others or general support.  It took me 40mins to find adobe support phone number, as they keep rerouting me to https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/contact.html where they only have articles and another "contact us" link that also take you to the same webpage (https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/contact.html)  where you just came from. After almost breaking my laptop out of frustration of not been able to contact adobe support I found two different phone numbers listed for support, 1(800) 585-0774 and 1(800) 833-6687 when I tried to call them an automated greeting answered my call as expected and place my call on hold for only a few mins however at of the holding period an Indian guy (best guess as his accent was very close to mine) answered my call "hello" and then immediately ended it with a g

I would like to know how to get started contracting with companies to do Adobe Analytics work? Is anyone doing remote Adobe Analytics for companies? If so, what is the contract process with Adobe? How did you find companies that needed analytics? etc.?

Hi,  I am a creative cloud member so I am not sure why I keep getting a specific message while I am in Spark.  When I have been in Spark for only about 10 minutes, I get the message, "Your session has timed out."  And it tells me I need to log back in "using the following ways."  This message makes no sense to me since I should be able to stay logged in indefinitely.  I would really appreicate if someone can shed some light on why I keep getting this time out message. Thank you so much! Greg in Colorado

Hello Everyone.I noticed all my Adobe programs are running Ok, except Premiere Pro. Premiere Pro Freezes when Launching, but If i wait 3-4 minutes it gets Unfreeze. After Effects Photoshop Lightroom Audition are working Fine. I notice my creative cloud cant reach the server.Would you please Help.Thank you very much.

I've seen a few posts about this topic, but I'm having the same problem. The creative cloud app is not loading on my Lenovo Yoga computer. I've tried all of the solutions that were given in the previous post about uninstalling and reinstalling, but none of them have worked. The app simply does not load. Any suggestions?

I've seen several people attempting to run the creative cloud on Lenovo Yogas and being left to an endless loading screen. Regardless to how many forums I've observed, no troubleshooting seems to fix the issue. I've been working on this for 24 hours with no avail.My Lenovo Yoga Series C940 is a personal computer, and the Creative Cloud has a student discount, but was bought personally as well.Adobe states that this model is compatible with Lenovo Yoga, but I'm beginning to have my doubts. The Creative Cloud runs perfectly fine on my desktop, but refuses to load on my Yoga.I have attempted restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, deleting all files from the OOBE folder and restarting, as well as attempting to access the app properties and run in 256 colors.I am hoping to get more support on this as I see may others have the same or similar issue.

Creative Cloud files syncronization from PC to Cloud IS A NIGHTMARE !It causes a 100% CPU usage, that is blocking everything else in my PC. As you can see from the attached screenshot, File Explorer is heavely engaged.This situation lasts even if I click in "PAUSE" syncronization in Creative Cloud App.To solve it, I need to kill the Core Sync process in the process manager of Windows 10.This is a shame, even that the App is 32 bit ... Please, update Creative Cloud Desktop App as soon as possible.Best regards,Roberto 

Hi AllLooking for some advice please 🙂My son is 14 and has the Creative Cloud subscription which gives him access to all the Adobe apps.  He is also doing the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award and wants to learn how to use Adobe (particularly Photoshop) as his 'Skill Learned' module.He has 6 months to complete the module and is willing to put in the work.I've looked at the tutorials and some of them do look a bit dry.  He is NOT a reader so videos is the way to go.  He has done a lot of 'tinkering' with various bits of free design software downloaded from the internet and has brought a XP-Pen Artist Pro tablet so is definately keen to learn.So, I guess my question is, if you had to start from scratch, where would you start?He has never used his Creative Cloud account btw so I wondered if it would be a good way of recording his learning for the module?  Ideally, I'd like him to learn, then demonstrate his learning to get the module signed off each

Hello, for some time now I have been asked several times, a few minutes apart, to re-login to Creative Cloud. Means that all apps that are open are closed before login. What can I do to stop this cycle? I have already found and tried a few things here but unfortunately nothing has helped. I am grateful for any tips.Kind regards

Is cloud bundle license will be only for desktop apps, or it's including mobile apps 

Hi, I've got a little problem here. Around a week ago I installed Adobe XD via Creative Cloud. Everything was working well. But today I couldn't log in. I've got spinning wheel and message that says "Loading Creative Cloud". And after a while window pops up and tells that I need to log in.(I'm from Poland so everything is in polish)I already tried to repair CC (passed without errors), checked internet connection- it's working), and reinstall. And yet I still cannot login so I can use Adobe XD. Does anybody know what could cause this? I'd be gratefull for help

Hello, I am experiencing some problems with creative cloud, first of all when I work online it slows the process too much? Second, I have too many duplicates in lightroom, is there anyway I can delete them? third, Cloud starts up when I am teaching online and slows my connection, therefore problems teaching. Fourth, Whenever I look into my cloud files it tells me there is nothing there although I get notifications of it being nearly full, how can I locate my files and download as my external drive has broken and I need to see what has been saved if anything! HI,Every day, when I connect to one of the ACC programs such as Lightroom Classic or Photoshop, I have to enter my username and password. Before that only happened once in a while now it is always. How do I keep from having to do this all the time?Thank you

I accidentally deleted a pattern from one of my libraries in creative cloud.  I briefly saw a transparent popup that included an undo button.  This vanished as I was moving to click it.  CMD+Z (I'm on mac) did nothing, and I see no menu option for undoing anything.  There is surely a way to undo what i just did other than the now-vanished popup.  Please tell me where i can find it.  The attached screenshot is the view I had into the library when this happened.  I would like to sarcastically thank Adobe for hiding this feature, and for allowing one-click deletion without a confirmation click.  

I have tried everything to fix this but none of the tips found on Adobe website are working. Creative Cloud is loading and loading without any luck. I would like to mention that my internet bandwidth is limited.
