Hello Creative cloud does not start after installing from the cloud on MacBookpro M1 / ​​version 11.1. The program manager was uninstalled and still unchanged any sugestions? Thanks

Hello, I've noticed Adobe Portfolio doesn't include LinkedIn in the list of social media icons.I wonder if it'll ever become available? I believe many designers would like to include it in their portfolio as a CV of sorts.. Thank you!

Hi All, Just a quick question. I have just purchased an Adobe Ink and Slide (stop laughing please) to use on my Ipad 4, which I underdstand is compatable. However I have tried to download Adobe Sketch in order to use it but it cannot be downloaded as it needs IOS 13 or higher in order to be downloaded. The Ipad 4 however cannot upgrade beyond IOS 11. Is there any app I can download on my Ipad 4 which will be compatable with this pen and ruler for note taking and sketching?

Having used the Adobe Printer Utility for some years now to profile my printers, I now find that since upgrading to OS Big Sur I cannot open this utility.  After considerable research I understand that there are several issues with Big Sur with regard to third party apps and plugins.  Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix other than waiting for a further OS upgrade in the future?  Interested to hear from anyone with this issue.

Hi, I'm hoping to introduce my design team to Creative Cloud for our design work, most of us are on Macs but 2 of our staff are on Windows 7 and Windows 10 PCs. I have to give a video tutorial (I'm on a Mac) and I'm not sure where the local Creative Cloud files are on a PC. On a Mac they just appear in my finder here: /Users/(myname)/Creative Cloud Files, nice and easy (see screenshot). Is it the same on PC? Please could someone help me locate the Creative Cloud Files folder on PC if not.

Hello Community,I have got the problem that after the uninstall of the creative cloud I have this folder left an I want to remove it but I dont know how.I alredy tried to remove all the remaining files from my system and have used the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool but it didnt work for me.The system I am using is Windows 10 Home x64. I hope somebody can help me ?

The file name does not exist. I closed "Adobe Desktop Service" and "CoreSync" in the Activity Monitor. I restarted several times. My new and updated files are not being synced.Thank you for your help

I have an image for a sign I need to make transparent. How do I get rid of the diagonal lines?  

Adobe is charging me for the same plan, twice. I find it unbelievable that I can not contact adobe to resolve this issue. If I cancel one of  the plans, I get charged an early cancelation fee.Just not good enough Adobe.

Hey there!Almost every time I start my computer and use an Adobe Cloud program (that's usually by opening a pdf in Acrobat Pro DC), the log-in window pops up after like 10 seconds. I then have to log in - which takes way too much time when I just need to quickly check a few files - otherwise the program will be closed. This happened for both, my private account (which is now currently unsubscribed) and my university account (which I'm currently using). It used to happen less often (like once a month or once a week), now happens almost daily. After I logged in, it also tells me that "the maximum amount of devices is reached" (2) and it shows me my Laptop and my PC. This only ever happens on my PC, so it seems to not recognize that one of those options IS the device I am currently using. I have to log out the PC option and re-register it which is fairly annoying. I haven't changed my hardware in a while so I don't know where this is coming from. It's been happening for months though

One of my colleagues who use Mac noticed that some of the shared files on creative cloud were in her trash. I found out that this issue happened around 2015 for many people too. Please kindly let us know how we could solve this issue. Thank you for your cooperation.   

Share assets from a CC library using their email address, they are unable to see the library. Creative Cloud shows them as pending. A public link works but isn't ideal.

I find that Adobe has ignored the "forced log-off" syndrome and provided a "lollypop" substitute in the form of an App that shortens the log-in sequence - but does not solve the log-off! This problem causes loss of work, time, and frustrates those that rely and depend on Adobe products in their employment. Actually, the problem seems to have arisen from the paranoia surrounding the past creative community practice of using unlicensed pirated versions of Adobe programs. And what a solution Adobe has found. Simply force the user to log-in repeatedly, ad-nauseam, to insure the honest behavior of the artist. Genius! Please, be honest. Do not trick us into erasing our program folders, restarting with 'fresh' installations, or rebooting after the dreaded log-off. Please. Adobe, we plead with you!  Solve your security issues some other way. Leave us paying members of the community work in peace and tranquillity, without the fear that a bathroom break will flush our work in progress.

I am in college and I need to use photoshop for my school work so I got the all app deal for students, am I allowed to use that account for other than schoolwork while I'm still studying, I want to start a business and I would want to use Photoshop for it, can I use my student account for business work or would I have to buy a sperate photoshop for business (or an individual photoshop account) I don't want to do something i am not allowed to do ( go against any law or against terms and conditions )

Adobe spark layers cut off when I resize to certain heights it's weird. I have student plan, so it's not watermark issue.Whats going on? Hi, I haave my laptop, mobile and desk top connected to my Adobe acount.  I have all up to date files synced on both my laptop and in my web cloud, my desk top however won't sync.  It says it is syncing for the past 15 hours yet nothing is showing showing as synced
