Hello there! Just started to use the Adobe CC Apps (Photoshop, illustrator, Indesign, Bridge) up to date (2021 update) and everything is crashing or becoming unresponsive all the time. I don't know what to do but I can't be working like these. The Apps become unresponsive even when I try to close them. Photoshop is a pain, can't even move typography around without waiting 2 mins straight for it to respond.I' using an Imac 27" late 2013 with Catalina and 32 gb on a 1Tb HD with 856 gb unused.My files are really heavy more than 3 gb on ram, 1 gb for file but the late Adobe CC Apps were working just fine with the same computer, never had this lag issue or the sudden crash or unresponsiveness of the Apps. Can anyone help? PLEASE!!!!

Hello everyoneI could use to advice or help. I have been working with all kinds of apps trying to make, fix, trying again and again to fix and make a logo that google merchant center branding will allow.   I am trying to make sure my logo file doesnt go over 5 mb. But i dont have a clue how to do that i know how to set the pixels but not file size.  Or make a logo they havent rejected.   If anyone can help me with this please. This might seem a small bone to pick, but it has been itching at me for a couple years now. With the update to macOS Big Sur, it is glaringly obvious. Adobe’s CC icon never consistently appears in the Finder window’s shortcuts at left, and with light and dark mode, the always-black CC icon in the Menu Bar is not only annoying but shows Adobe as a company isn’t on top of things. Not make-or-break by any stretch, just a brand showing its rust and wear and being out of touch.   

L'application Creative cloud charge indéfniment, je n'arrive pas à le faire fonctioner. J'ai tout fais d'imaginable: la réinstalation, suprimer OOBE, installer Windows 10, utiliser l'outil Creative Cloud Cleaner... L'applicaton de marche toujours pas.

Hello!So me (and others in my university) have the issue that Adobe keeps telling my the Cloud is full. I deleted EVERYTHING.There is absolutely nothing I can find on there, even in the delted folder I cleared everything.Yet it says 35.8 GB out of 2 GB are used. I really don't know what else to do at this point. I noticed the "used" GB keeps going up, but again, everything is empty.(I can take screenshots from everything, If needed.) Has anyone any idea how I can fix this?Thank you in advance!

My Cretive Cloud stopped syncing my files. I just bought a new computer and everything is up to date.I've already tried reinstall Creative Cloud, change my folder location, create from scratch all my configurations. Nothing seens to work! It freezes syncing when its 4% of my full storage. I already left my computer on for 24 hours, but nothing happened differently.Please, someone knows what's happening?Thanks!

I've been using Photoshop for years on a Mac - I have Creative Cloud 2019. Suddenly today it stopped functioning. Whe I clicked on the CC icon on the top of my screen, it apologized for taking longer than usual to load, gave me a message about something being corrupted, and then completely disappeared. In attempting to reinstall the Creative Cloud App (as one of the posts recommended) I get Error Code 1. The installation is still in progress but barely moving. Goes without saying I have a huge project I need to get done NOW! Advice?

I thought I had some kind of Windows issue, but apparently ACTIVE BRIDGE is a component of Adobe software?  So I regularly, once a week or so, goet a small window come up at start up or soon after logging in saying.... "ActiveBridge has stopped working....A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program." I close the window, but nothing seems to be effected, or at least in the capacity I use the Adobe software suite.  Anyone else have this, or can explain how to solve? ThanksTom

Hello,I'm having an issue with the "send to Illustrator" function in draw, fresco and capture :I have a macbook pro under under Mojave (10.14.6) and it opens illustrator files send from my iPad (in draw, capture and fresco) without any issue.The other macbook pro under Catalina (10.15.7) received some files the first day I used draw. Hi there, I was really excited to try the trial of the Adobe suite, but none of the programs are installing. I've updated my iMac and everything. It also says File syncing (waiting for connection) but it's not explained if this had an effect on the install, which I assume it does. Please for the love of god don't tell me I have to code things in etc. Thank god there's a trial because this is unnecessary hard work already 😞 help anyone? thanks x

Has anyone else been hacked? I'm getting kicked off and it says b/c I'm using another device. I tried contacting the help center but they said it's impossible. I have no other devices. It shut all my programs down and said you're logged into another device. I then had to resign in.

For some reason, Adobe thinks I need to pay for services - but I'm already doing so. I just updated to Catalina 10.15.7 the other day, and this is the first time I've had this issue. Does anybody have any suggestions?

In Creative Cloud, I can see several updates are available to me and compatabile with my computer, but nothing happens when I click "update." Please help! 

Olá, podem me ajudar ??? Quando abro meu Creative Cloud no computador nao consigo acessar minha nuvem atraves do programa nem minhas fontes baixadas, ja analisei o mesmo, analise meu plano e tudo mais, mas nao consigo acessar a nuvem nem fontes atraves do Creative Cloud, espoero que me visualizar ajudar , obrigado.

I return to my office after photographing an important job that needs to be sent out ASAP. Turn on the computer, launch Creative Cloud  and boom - I get sucker punched by Adobe. I have to stop everything to download and install a huge CC update which I knew nothing about. No warning whatsoever from Adobe. No option available to wait untill I have time to deal with an update. I wish someone would invent photo editing software to compete with Adobe. Or, better yet, how sweet it would be for Congress to step up to the plate and break up the Adobe monopoly. Maybe then we'd stop getting kicked in the gut by Adobe because they'd have competition. Adobe is jepordizing my job by forcing me to miss a deadline.

Creative Cloud Desktop will not download any of my files and I believe that the default fonts aren't installing as well.  I did a fresh install of windows 10 pro 20H2 and I notice that the install of Creative Cloud install seemed to be different that before... there was always a slight computer hang up when the fonts were installed.  Not so with this version.  None of my files appear in the Creative Cloud Folder and eventually the file syncing will report "waiting for connection"
