Hey guys! So I logged in to my Adobe account this morning and did a quick security check and found that someone running Internet Explorer on Windows 8 had logged in just yesterday. I've changed the password now so that should be fine, but I remember someone saying that the Creative Cloud app sometimes gets confused and lists a login as something like the above. Can anyone verify this? It's really important that I figure this out as there was private stuff saved to the cloud. Thanks.

Does anyone know where can I get an online certification on digital design based on Adobe Created Cloud?

I want the customer service number for MENA (Middle East and North Africa Region) to cancel the subscription. They are not allowing to cancel through manage account. And even Chat doesnt work in this region.

I'm experiencing issues ever since MAX happened. When I try to "Brandify" in Spark, it simply stalls the program and the crashes or freezes indefinitely. I have to manually apply brand elements like font, color, etc. to each layer of the project or risk a greyed-out screen or lost changes. Why won't Brandify work properly right now?  

The Apps / Updates page in my Mac Creative Cloud app has died.(This is the app that presents as a little icon in the Mac's top menu)Went into it a few days ago, saw a long list of updates includingPhotoshop 21.2.4 and 22Illustrator 25InD 16and the rest – hope this is enough to identify where I amClicked "Update all" and the process appeared to start, then hung with the dreaded Waiting message.After a few mins, I gave up, quit CC and went off elsewhere.Returned today, same thing. I'm trying to figure out how a webpage like this one Artsy made for there 2014 annual review can be made?  Was this done in an Adobe program? I know Spark had a GlideShow option but it's really limited.

Hi there! I was just reading through some of these forums and had trouble finding a form. It makes sense my searches led to nowhere, because there is none! Below is a question I posted to publishing a few minutes ago. If you have any insights into this issue it would be very appreciated!    I am having some trouble with a website I made for my wedding and engagement photography business. As a landing page, I made a little into blurb with a large image and a button to see the galleries of images on my homepage. However, on the button the only linking options I have is to Behance projects that are not on this account or the contact page. I already disconnected my behance projects because they are old and outdated. I tried to make this landing page as a page and it still will only allow me to link to old Behance projects or my Contact Page.    Goal: I would like this to connect to 'Home' rather than 'contact' However, my home page is not an option to link.   

Nvidia sent me a redeem code for a month of Adobe Creative Cloud and when I enter the code it says it's invalid.

I wonder what would happen if I password protect a whole site and then I loose the password, is it possible to still edit the site accessed through the Adobe Portfolio application? I would assume so, but wanted to ask before doing that, I have spent a serious amount of time working on it but wanted so show it to a couple of people remotely before I go public with it.Obviously I will be careful about the password, but feel paranoid about getting shut out. Thanks.

Sorry for the title.  I'm just exhausted of this issue.   My Creative Cloud authentication signs me out multiple times per day and force closes all my apps.   I've done all the steps in the troubleshooting guide: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.html I've also had Adobe customer support connect to my computer, do all the steps again several times plus some other troubleshooting with no resolution.  The last customer service person told me to "contact Microsoft".  Hahaha.  Like they are going to help me.  What am I supposed to tell them?  "My software keeps logging me out of itself."  "Is it a Microsoft product?"  "No. It's Adobe."  "Sounds like you need to call Adobe then." I've spent dozens of hours restarting my software and with Adobe Customer support.  The premium costs for the Cloud service isn't cheap but it doesn't work! &

I was expericing the Creative Cloud desktop launching problem as many of you had described here: blank screen and flickering mouse. I tried many solutions: move OOBD, run creative cloud cleaner tool and reinstall (I ran into P206 problem btw), checking special character in my user profile, run in 256 color mode reset internet options, etc. None of them worked except one: running in Safe Mode of my Windows 8. I successfully signed in so that my CC apps are now considered "geniune". Hopefully this can help some of you experiencing the same problem. Now I'm back in normal mode still experience the same problem when launching Creative Cloud desktop. I hope it does not affect the "genuity" of my CC apps. Any thought on why Creative Cloud desktop can only run in Safe Mode?

Even when I don't use Adobe, I see Adobe Notification Helper using about 30% of my cpu. How can I stop this from happening?I am using windows 10 OS

I'm logged in Creative Cloud, but window "Library" in indesign/photosop/etc. say Login to "Creative Cloud for use library"....

Trying to help our client with this tool but not showing anything or even message after downloading and running it, what could be the cause of this?Thanks,  

If i permanently delete the "deleted" files in cc, these wont then delete them permananetly from my hard drive will they? I just want to free up somne space and im guessing the deleted folder is holding a lot of this space.

What happened to the line tool? Why does it not stay visible when I click on another object? Why does it disappear whenever I click something else?What good is having a Line Tool option when it doesn't work like it did before?

App keeps not saving my stuff or exporting .. then closes out on its own

I have been working with Adobe for 2 weeks, via email and phone. They keep sending me different techsm, none of whom, are able solve the problem: since wiping my computer, where all my other programs still work, Adobe does not and I cannot re-install it. No Adobe tech has been able to help, they keep making me go through the same motions. How can I escalate this and get some actual service?

Hello, I use Adobe on my server Windows 2012 R2 for home working. Since 1 week ago, I can't lunch Creative Cloud and upgrade Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. The Adobe help online said to me only windows 10 is compatible, do you have any solutions ? Adobe can change the compatibility of  the suite like this ? If I change my windows server (2019), i'll can used CC ? Thank you for answers, Sylvain

When I save my project as a PDF file the Image I have set as the background moves.Here is the file saved as a Jpeg which is how it's supposed to look and in the saved PDF the background image has moved.  Does anyone know how to resolve this? 

Hallo,seit ein paar Tagen muss ich beim Starten jedes Adobe Programms immer wieder in der Cloud anmelden. Auch in der Creative Cloud selbst ist immer wieder ein Anmelden erforderlich. Das ist extrem nervig und raubt ungemein meine Arbeitszeit.  Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen.im Voraus vielen Dank!
