Questions

Hi Is anyone else having problems publishing content from Spark?  I have tried across three machines, two browsers, two different accounts.  I have from both my workplace network and my home (general) network and it will not allow me to publish (I have never had any issues before). I am on the free account.

Trying to access my Spark presentations and it reads "No healthy stream" when I click on the hyperlinks?

My clients are getting the error when trying to view my Adobe Spark pages: upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failureI posted in an online Facebook group and others are receiving the same message

I show two Creative Cloud icons in my notification area. I wish to remove both. They behave strangely. The black and white one has no name, but launches Creative Cloud. The color icon shows the name "Creative Cloud" when the mouse point hovers over it. But clicking on it does nothing. In any case I wish to remove both.  Pic attached.Going to Personalization -> Taskbar -> Notification does not give me the option to remove these icons. Thanks,

I have had multiple instances of the Adobe CC app shutting down or logging me out while my mac is asleep and then causes all the apps to close. All open and unsaved documents then have to either be saved as is or lost. There is no option to save as or cancel the cascade of shutdowns. On top of that, the CC app then ends up in an infinite load situation and only recovers once I force quit and log in again.  I have spent hours with Adobe Support on this and they have not managed to do anything except cause issues with my Finder app which had to be fixed by Mac Support.  I am at my wits end. Has anyone had similar issues and found a fix for this?

Hello, my question is: why I can't open my creative cloud, he keeps charging endlessly. And when I try to uninstall I can't do because why do I have to uninstall apps, AND when I try to uninstall the apps he do NOTHING, I try and he ignore. (and I uninstall in control panel). Please help me I work wi photoshop and illustrator and I can't use them Adobe creative cloud is required to resolve this issue, but it was not found or is corrupted Download and install the creative cloud again at (is what the message of the pixture say)

Hi folks. I just got 1TB of storage through Creative Cloud and went to upload a few hundred GB of data by moving them from their current location on my pc to the Creative Cloud folder on my pc. Things are moving exceptionally slowly though - I'm only getting about 1-2GB uploaded per day. That's insane. After testing with speedtest.com, my upload rates from my ISP are ~25Mbps normally and 1.77Mbps while I have file sync enabled. In CC, my upload/download speeds are uncapped and set to 100%, so it's not that. Any tips on what's making this run so slowly?  My CC Files folder is located on an external hard drive (WD Elements 4TB Portable), but I don't think that's the bottleneck. Over USB 3.0 I can usually get between 50-100MB/s write speeds.  Thanks for the help.

I recently moved the folder location for CC files from one hard drive to another (using the Creative Cloud app), and it appears my files are now syncing indefinitely. Creative Cloud was able to recreate the "Creative Cloud Files" folder on the new drive, but the folder remains empty and "Syncing" doesn't display a number of files or percentage (even after sitting idle for 2 hours). Here are a few things I have already tried that did not resolve the issue:restarting computerrestarting Adobe CCending all Adobe tasks and restarting Creative Cloud apppausing/resuming syncdisabling and re-enabling sync (the check mark next to Creative Cloud Sync in Preferences)delete options.tix file (Command Prompt failed because file was missing from path)Here are a few screenshots, but let me know if there's any additional information I can provide that might be helpful.

Hi! My name is Ana Isabel Herrera. I´m working on my Thesis project call “The impact of Artificial Intelligence in the design process” ... And I was wondering, if any of adobe tools implement any type of AI, machine learning or deep learning? Are they developing any kind off new app that will help us designers, work with the help of first-hand AI software?? I really will like to know! Thank very much! Greetings from Guatemala!

Hello -  I installed Big Sur today. After I installed it, I lost access to my external hard drive. I don't even have an External option in Disk Utility. I tried restarting my computer, plugging the drive into different portals, etc. I also tested it on a PC and the files are still on the drive. It worked earlier today on the Catalina version. Any help is much appreciated.

I can't use fonts. The fonts are "downloaded" in the app. Downloaded in Settings. But I can't find them in ICLOUD. I can't copy them to the app for use! How do I find these fonts in iCloud?

Hello all,We use abobe sparks on an organisational account to create webpages - all of our projects from the last 3 weeks (and beyond) have totally disappeared this morning. Zero access. I can still the pages are available as links - but I'm no longer able to edit or even see the projects. I've seen a couple more reports of this on Twitter. Firstly, is anyone else experiencing the same issue at present? Secondly, will Adobe be reinstating back ups? Image below: what comes up where multiple projects used to be.

I was using a student plan, but Adobe changed the plan without notice. I'm 18 years old and have been writing student plans since last year. Still a student slip. However, from last month, I was suddenly billed at the general plan price instead of the student plan price. It's really embarrassing. This month, 35,000 won was settled instead of the original 24,000 won. How should I solve it?

File sync does NOT work. An error occurs. Can't share this document. Also does not sync files to ipadI can see synced folders but they are empty. Also, the work in the Fresco is not synchronized, I see only an empty document.

I have recently logged on to see one of the files I have been working on recently is missing from the creative cloud folder and its not in the deleted (Cloud or desktop). You can still see the published link of the prototype (have attached a screenshot of this) but the original XD file is nowhere to be found. Does adobe make a backup of synced cloud files somewhere on the computer and, if so, where can I access them? This is for a high profile client with tight deadlines and I dont want to recreate the design again. Many thanks in advance

THE LATEST  UPDATES(CREATIVE CLOUD) DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD AS EASILY AS BEFORE. THERE IS NO LONGER A FOLDER TO DO THIS AS IT WAS BEFORE??? I MEAN, A FILE ON THE DESKTOP WHERE FILES CAN BE DRAGGED.

Is there a way to make life easier with selective syncing of folders please?Like folders from previous works are using up my space. Thanks for any tips.Tim

So to begin, No uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the problem and I don't have a cacheing issue. The extra programs included with Photoshop are constantly running on my computer. Specifically when I haven't opened any Adobe program and have turned off sync and notifications. For some reason Adobe has seperate programs running several sercvices constantly. These programs are accounting for about 10 times what all the all the other background process require, combined (except my anti-virus, which has a defined and requested service that I can turn on and off). I checked my logs and Creative Cloud was running at 158mb all night, despite no adobe program being open, or requested in several days. They are also extremely difficult to close in Task Manager as they just simply keep starting back up again.  When I go into my service directory (which by the way is not recommended for user level and most people have no idea how to do this and shouldn't have to), this bloat and its f

Hallo, ich möchte alle meine Photos aus der creative cloud in einen eigenen ordner auf meinem mac verschieben.  Wie geht das ?`

My creative cloud subscription automatically extends itself and I paid using PayPal. Now this time my credit card expired and I got a notification to update my payment method. So I did but I am still getting notified twice almost every 30 minutes. Everytime I click on the notification I get redirected to my Adobe profile but on the website, there is nothing wrong. This is very annoying! I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance.

#aigpusniffer crashed and destroyed my Mac. It's a known issue according to a manager at #adobecreativesuite on Macs but I can't get my suite paused or credited. They told me to call back when I get a computer but it's taken 2 months for a new computer (pandemic) and now they just hang up on my calls after I wait forever on hold.   Help! How do you reach customer service? I'm trying social media now.
