Hi, I am using a subscripted version of Adobe SPARK account, I got the information from Adobe.com that is all purchased function will be disabled when cancel the subscription and to be changed to free membership account afterward. After this change, I could also access my projects and have a limited features for new project creation, right? I would like to know that if I subscripted SPARK again, all features and projects created are to be resumed normal or not?

Is anyone else having library sync issues with this latest incarnation? The app auto-updated today and on both my Mac & PC I’m getting a Libraries sync issues error. I’ve followed both the suggested fixes which Adobe suggests, but to no avail.

Hope I am posting in the right place. I am getting warnings that I have used over 95GB of 100GB of my CC storage. However, the computer folder where I thought I kept all files stored on CC is 22GB. Admit I rarely investigate the CC app, really just use the program software, but would be grateful if someone knows where I might find the other 70 or so GB of files so I could delete or move them.  Cheers and thanks

I have just installed windows 10, subscribed to Adobe CC and installed a few apps. I am getting this error in regards to the libraries being synced. I clicked the link and followed all the instructions to try and fix it. It didn't work. Please advise, thank you in advance!Jayden

Hello. When I launch the Creative Cloud Desktop app, a notification appears "You may have limited access to Adobe apps or services". After I click on the notification, it is redirected to https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/limited_access_repair_tool.html, but the Limited Access Repair tool doesn't fix this issue. I tried updating the app, but that didn't help either. In addition, I know that some of my colleagues are also faced with a problem in the Creative Cloud Desktop, for example, an error with the notification "You are working in offline mode, check your Internet connection." I don’t understand what went wrong with the app after this month's update and how to fix the issues...

All of a sudden, these 2 things started happening:   1) Every time I log into adobe.com, I'm taken to Behance. That is not where I want to start. Can I change this?   2) After every bootup or restart, when I open either Lightroom Classic or Photoshop, I'm asked by my login. So now Creative Cloud app is not logging in automatically anymore either. How do I get this login to be automatic again?   Thanks, Marcy

Helly everyone! Have you noticed in your Creative cloud application a new Marketplace tab with access to libraries, plugins and directly to Adobe Stock  and Adobe Font? (Screenshare in French) Can you confirm the name in English? Market?

Is there any way to set up approved brand content within Spark "Manage Brand" and then share this with other user accounts? It would be great to be able to create a brand style, with a dozen stylized templates, and a library of approved photography and images to pass on to social media managers to create and post without having to worry about inconsistencies and image issues.

Any attempt to share a link to one of "My Creative Cloud Files" in the latest macOS (10.15.6) seems flaky.  I can get it to work once, immediately after rebooting the iMac, but then the icon overlays (those little green dots with a checkmark) disappear.  A file added to the folder does appear to sync with the Cloud, but there is no way to share a link to that file without launching a Web browser and logging into my files on Adobe Cloud.  It would be much more convenient to do it via Finder, but that option disappears after the first attempt. -- Michael

Hello, I am interested in building a page in spark to share with a client. Once the project is up and finalized and the client has the URL, if my adobe account were to be deactivated for some reason, would the page still be up? Would the client be able to access the page with the original URL?  Thank you, Stephen

I use Premiere and occasionally Photoshop via my institution-wide licence. Last year I was able to use my school account on three different computers, but recently I had trouble launching Adobe apps on two of the said devices. I went to the IT administrator, who claimed that as a result of some new update to CC I will only be able to log in to CC on a single computer, and will have to log off to use it on another device. Is there any new policy like this in place? And if there isn't, how do I use CC on multiple devices without having to constantly log in/log off to it?

For those of us not in software development, client feedback and version control has been a bit of a wild west. I've come to belive that Adobe Bridge, with the right mods and some love from Adobe, could be made into an amazing way to control all your files, versions, and client feedback, but it's just not there yet. I'd like to know if anyone has any recommendations for software that helps you keep track of your design versions and the client feedback on each one.

My illustrator crashed 3 consecutive times while I was activating some fonts from your website and the crashing caused my synced files to get deleted. They are not accessible anymore on my computer and the only way I can access them is on my creative cloud on the browser--not even in the assets folder it's like a hidden folder or something: apps.breadcrumbs.tabs.archive. The folders are renamed with some extra characters, some files are not sorted properly in their folders.. Is there a way to get it back to when it was before the crashing? The only way I can see is download each manually and sort them out manually. I', mnot even sure if all my files are there... I have a deadline this week and your support has not been very helpful and quite slow. Your support app for screen sharing crashed about 20 times when we were using it, your support replies very very slowly, I cannot call you through my mobile device for some reason (I am not from the US). Please, can someone who knows wha

I have a new laptop that I'd like to utilize my ACC apps on, but I'm afraid that if I install and login to my ACC account it will begin to sync my personal ACC files stored on the cloud into that laptop, which I want to avoid to keep everything organized properly and avoid any rights issues. Is there a way that I can install ONLY the apps without having any of my cloud files downloaded/synced to the new PC?

I customized one of the Spark text animation templates with my own image and text and below is the link. It’s a 5 sec mp4 that plays in a loop just fine hosted at Adobe server. But when I download it and use it in a post on my website, it stops playing in a loop. How do I enable it?https://spark.adobe.com/post/Jp3K527RaoIZl/Thanks for your help!Tomas

Set sync options (Updates)ON THIS PAGEChange location of the sync folder (to validate a OneDrive or Drive Sync Application already is running)Manage sync transfer speed (Sync Transfer Speed in Combination to other Sync Apps)Pause and resume file sync (Pause and Resume Creative Cloud Services) Creative Cloud Services and Library Sync in relation to other Sync Applications. Such as Google Drive and OneDrive Sync Applications which offer the user to download only content that is currently being used by the client/user. This option will save the user an amount of data avaible in a library but not locally installed / downloaded to the client. Some libraries especially with photos tent to beccome really huge. The time it takes to download all files to become avaible in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite can take up a significant amount of time. Please consider these preview files not to be available in the Apps and will download all files in a directory even if you set the settings of your sync

I registered through the Behance app and wanted to create a project, but he asked to confirm my email. I went to the mailbox and followed the link to confirm the mail and he writes an error. I have already tried to re-send the link, but without success, still an error. Where to apply? How to be?

Hi All, I am trying to make template. I want it so that all I have to do, is enter in a number in a text field and then the number will change automatically. I have a key frame at 0 and then another keyframe at 85. This makes it so it looks like its counting up the numbers to 85. I found the eval expression but how would I make it so that I can keep the first keyframe at 0 and then have the second keyframe depenedant on what I put in a text field?

I created some libraries in Adobe and shared them with my team. 4 of the 5 team members accepted it and now those libraries show up both in creative cloud and from programs such as illustrator.  One team member, however, gets the invite but it never does anything when she hits accept. She cannot seem to accept or deny the libraries. I removed all notifications, removed her access, added her back, and sent out another invite. Same result. I have had her sign out of adobe and sign back in. No matter what we do we cannot get the libraries to be accepted and show up on her side.

I have creative cloud folders synced to my external hard drive, but when I logged out of creative cloud, the folders and file paths completely disappeared. They come back when I log back in but is this normal? This is very concerning. The weird thing is that I have another account that was also synced, and when I log out of that one, the files remain visible on the hard drive. Can anyone explain why? Is there a way I can make sure that when (if I have to) log out of CC, the files remain on the hard drive?

As of today it is not possible to share files via creative cloud. Not from your online envorinment, nor frome filebrowser. NOT browser related. Seems server sided. FIX ASAP. PRO TOP: TEST before you change the software and decide to enroll <-- i've actually learnt this at school; try it! If it's too hard: try calling your customer service. They have a checklist ready for you. Very helpful

when will substance painter appear in the creative cloud line up? How can i save my Substance Painter files to the cloud? Does Adobe have a cloud storage service

I am having problems with opening the Adobe Creative Cloud app on my Windows 10 desktop. Every time I would try to run it, it would give me an error saying "Unable to start correctly (0Xc000007b)". I tried reinstalling the app, but it didn't work. What I eventually realized is that, in the properties for Creative Cloud, it is running for compatibility for Windows 8, and not 10. There would be no option for Windows 10 at all. I don't know how to get it to be compatible for my computer and I've looked everywhere.  Again, my computer is Windows 10, x64 bit. It meets all the requirments but there still seems to be issues with compatibility with my computer.

Does anyone know if you can upload an InDesign Masthead into Spark? A Masthead is the top part of a Newspaper. It has text, the date, the newspaper's logo and motto, a picture — things like that. I did it for a newsletter that I created in InDesign. Now I want to do a newsletter in Spark but do not want to recreate the Masthead. Would be great if I could just upload the one from InDesign. Any ideas? Thank you.

Dear Adobe:I have just downloaded and read your document "Which Adobe background processes are required for my apps?" I read it all the way through, and none of this applies to my work and application environment. I do not consider my applications to be "apps". Apps are for iPhones and Androids. Computers run applications.Having stood by Adobe since Illustrator 88 came out, I like to think I should have had something to say about it when Adobe unilaterally began intruding directly and duplicitously into my operating system and application usage. I do not need "Core Sync" and "Adobe Desktop Service" and anything related to them. They bring my workflow to a halt while they do their snooping. I should be able to disable all of these Creative Cloud intrusions without Adobe disabling my usage of InDesign CC, as long as I keep paying the rental fee every month.I do not, intentionally, use any Cloud-based applications or supposedly "free" use of Cloud-based fonts or images. I've been for
