This app is called "Account Ac..." on my phone, nothing at all to tell me it is the Adobe app among the hundreds of apps on my phone. To make matters worse, it looks almost exactly like a "Secure SIgnin" one for another product. Both app widgets have a lock inside of a shield. To reduce the amount of trial and error, and improve user experience, it would be really useful if you'd please rename it Adobe Security and/or replace the icon with the Adobe logo as the favicon, instead of a generic lock icon.   (Also, this requires a topic be selected when posting, but none of them are relevant. Add more topics or make this not required, otherwise it is not helpful in the slightest to help users find a post.)

Everything looks fine on desktop but when I load my portfolio site on mobile theres a tint over everything. Like the background color is somehow showing through.

The pop-up keeps coming on to my doc every 10 seconds. I put in my computer password to make it disappear, but it does nothing. The pop-up still comes back. Now Creative Clouds won't even launch on my computer. I have no idea how to make the pop-up go away or creative cloud to open.Here it is popping up as I'm writing this.

Hi! 🙂 I´m currently using Creative Cloud services on a student discount but I won´t be needing the programs for a while so I was thinking of cancelling my subsciption. But if I want to start my subscription again in a few months I wonder if I will get the same discount? Or is the student discount a one-time offer? 

Hi I've used less than one percent of my allocated storage. If i try to upload fonts or audio files they are rejected. Also I'd like to view my files in list form as in mac folders etc. I'm having problems with that too. Might anyone have an answer to this problem?K

I´m sharing my CC libraries with my colleagues, they´re able to edit and such, but they can´t view the shared library in the app, it says "only online", which is quite unfortunate as it would be more efficient to view those files in the app directly. Any suggestions what could cause issue? Many thanks in advance for answers!

Good morning, I installed on macos ventura and lost adobe muse. I went with my subscription on adobe creative cloud but it is no longer available even in doing search on old software. Can you tell me where it is possible to download it. Thank you.

[Moderator moved from Photoshop to Creative Cloud Services.]   Hey EverybodyI created my portfolio on Adobe Portfolio and now all of the sudden the pictures are all distorted/deformedHow can I fix that? and will that happen all the time now? do I have to redo the website every 4 weeks in order for it to stay the way it's supposed to?!  My mac is running out of data volume, does it have something to do with that? in general do I have to keep the Adobe Portfolio folder on my mac? can I delete it or at least put it on my hard drive? why does it automatically save on the mac?   Thank you for your help,D

Hi! I recently encountered that some of the images on my Adobe portfolio page under this page became distorted while others did not. I did try to move them around, and it did not seem to fix them.  I am confused about why, and on my other pages, this problem did not occur at all. Please advise on how I can fix this problem. 

Spent a long time creating a structured libary with mutiple groups of assets, images, logos and photography which looks clean in my creative cloud space but not in the clients. It's just all listed under the same group and nothing is organised. Has anyone figured out a fix for that? And if not, CC Libaries doesn't seem to fit for purpose. So back to Google Drive might be the best solution.Many thanks

A collegue invited me to collaborate on a CC library, I got the email and clicked the link to accept the invite, and then it opens up the CC Web version but the library I try to join does not show up in my list of libraries shared to me. I don't see it on the CC desktop app either. Other people I'm working with have the same problem. This problem seem to have started for us this past week.

Bonjour, depuis la mise à jour du 5 aout 2024, à chaque tentative d'ouverture d'une application, elle ne s'ouvre pas. et je vois ma mémoire vive monter à 80%. et je dois forcer l'application lancée à quitter.bref je ne peux plus travailler avec les applications adobe.avez vous le même soucis? I just got a subscription which comeswith the  20GB of cloud storage but upon install, it says I have used up 7.6GB of space our of the 20GB. I cannot find the source of this 7.6GB. My Files, Archieve folders are clean and empty. I tried reinstalling the cloud app, uploading some files and deleting them and purging them from archive but still this 7.6GB lingers around. Because of this I am unable to sync all my files cos i exceed the limit but my files are only 17GB well below the 20GB quota. Anyone else has this problem or have an answer?

The problem is that library files (images chiefly) are also being saved onto my small C Drive which means it ends up completely full resulting in it being impossible to update my OS. Is there a way to configure them to be web-only? The Adobe folder in AppData is 9.9GB

ich würde nach dem neuaufsetzen meines pcs gern die creative cloud neu instalieren aber es geht nicht die webseite downloaded mit nur einen Mac installer (.dmg) keinen plan wieso und man kann ja nicht festlegen für welches system man den installer downloaden willund einzelne programme downloaded es nicht weil es sagt mein windows ist nicht auf dem neusten stand (21H2) obwohl ich auf 22H2 binich vershe nicht wie ich monatlich für so einen schlechten service geld bezahlen muss

My annual adobe licence is up for renewal, I only have 3 months of my studies left so I'm still entitled to the discount. Once my studies are over my email will be disabled, will this mean if I purchase the adobe student licence my adobe account will also be disabled in 3 months? I think it should be okay as long as I don’t log out of creative cloud. If anyone has done something similar like this please let me know, as I'd like to buy the licence asap.

We are developing a standalone application that is built on top of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This application is designed to enhance and extend the capabilities of AEM but operates independently rather than as an integration with other systems. I am interested in listing this product on Adobe Exchange. However, I am unsure about the correct approach for listing a product that is not an integration but a self-contained application designed to work within AEM. Submission Process: What are the specific steps and requirements for submitting a standalone AEM-based application to Adobe Exchange? Are there particular guidelines or criteria that need to be met for non-integration products? Connector Requirements: Since my product is a standalone application, do I need to use or reference Adobe connectors in any way, or is this only relevant for integrations?

Unable to navigate help options or find HELP regarding the inability to organize, duplicate or move files between folders using CC app on iPadPro....2 years its never worked I get "unable to...." please direct me to comfirm this cannot be done (so I can stop wasting my time trying?). Thank you.
