I can't seem to access Adobe Portfolio. I was able to last weekend, but now it gives me a blank screen, no error visible either. I am using firefox. I tried clearing my cache and history, but it still doesn't work. I also attempted to access it from Safari, but that's down too.

Hi, I am confused. For the last 6-7 days, I have been unable to access the Behance site. It always shows this message: "HTTP ERROR 403." I don’t know what the issue is. I have cleared my browser's cache and history, and I have tried different browsers as well (screenshots attached). Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I am upgrading my website. I am buidling it in a new CRM system I recently signed up for. I created a simple page with all the information I need in there, but I want to keep my portfolio samples in Adobe Portfolio.I created a link in the new website pointing to my current Adobe Portfolio sample page and it works great. The only issue I'm having is that I cannot find a way to point my visitors back to the main page once they're done viewing the samples. The logo at the top only gives me a choice to link to pages within the Adobe Portfolio site. Is there a way to create a link that points to an outside website? Help!

Can you used creative cloud to find where files were placed and linked to? For example I have an icon I used in various files. Can I find which files the icon was used in?

Hallo zusammen, kann mir jemand sagen wie ich mein 100GB Cloaudspeicher upgraden kann? Ich habe die Adobe Creativ Cloud und finde nirgends eine Upgrade Möglichkeit. Ich nutze einen deutschen Account. Alternativ hätte mich interessiert wo ich den Speicherplatz verwalten kann. Ich finde bei mir nur PhotoShop Dateien von ca. 5 GB und kann keine anderen Dateien finden die die restlichen 95GB belegen. Papaierkorb ist leer... kann mir jemand drinngend helefen da ich keine Firefly Videos erstellen kann ohne mehr Speicherplatz. Danke euch vielmals für eure Hilfe!!!! Lieben Gruß, Tom

I just installed CC.  The default location for the Creative Cloud Files folder is C:\users\name\Creative Cloud Files.  Can I move it to another location and still retain sync capabilities?

I have sevral terabytes of local storage. I want to be able to download all my cloud files to my own storage. Is there a way to do this that doesn't involve individually selecting each of the 10s of thousands of files?

You guys need to step it up and fix this ridiculous activiation limit nonsense and just do it like Maxon. I am on the Adobe security page logged out of all sessions except my current PC and I am STILL getting an activation warning dialogue when opening After Effects. NO other computer is using CC except the one I'm on getting this stupid warning. Worse yet the dialogue box is sloppy and shows I have about 12 sessions activated for the computer I'm using WHILE ALSO saying "This Device" is "not activated" lmao. Why should anyone pay hundreds a year for this low quality coded mess? I highly recommend if you are having this problem to go Google "Adobe Killer" and run that when you need to completely nuke CC out of existence in your services as Adobe doesn't care. 

I have a problem with my account. When I turned on my computer this morning and opened Adobe Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud asked me to change my password. So I created a new password. I logged in with the new password, it shows me my account. But all Adobe applications are locked. Despite the fact that I paid the annual fee, which ends on November 24. I have already reinstalled Creative Cloud Desktop. I don't know what else to do. It doesn't even show that I have paid for Creative Cloud. I just cleared the cache in appdata as you advised me. What else should I do?

I was just accepted to be part of the early users of the sync function with Creative Cloud and would like to use it but do not want to take up any of my computer's hard drive space. I would like to move the Creative Cloud folder to an external HD. How can I do this?

Nachdem die entsprechenden Adobe Hinweise zum Fehler 127 das Problem nicht lösten und ich auch schon versucht habe die Programme neu zu installieren (Lightroom Classic lässt sich nicht deinstallieren), bekomme ich mittlerweile nicht mal mehr die Programme re-installiert.Berechtigungen für den Vollzugriff stehen, Firewall sowie Virenschutz waren ausgeschaltet, nichts funktioniert. Es ist schon bezaubernd wie oft man trotz der hohen Kosten mit der Creative Cloud Probleme hat... 

Two issues: 1. None of my images are loading in my builder, but the styles are working correctly - both in the builder and the preview. 2. My live site has zero styling, but pure HTML. I've tried viewing it on desktop and mobile, I've checked my domain name, and tried it on Safari and Chrome. How can I get my site back?

I'm on a Macbook Pro with 32GB running MacOS 15.6.1 (24G90).AGAIN I am having problems updating the Creative Cloud app and Photoshop.  This time the problems even come with some very weird behavior.1) In my CC app I get the message that an update of the CC app is available. I click on the update link, the message goes away, and nothing happens except the “updating Creative Cloud” message. The two pop-ups that normally follow, where I have to enter my admin password do not appear, and then the update message reappears at the bottom of the CC window.2) In the app, it also indicates than an update for Photoshop is available.  I click on the update link, which does not show the usual animation for when it is clicked, and again nothing happens except the “waiting” message. No popups (creative cloud services and I forget the other), nothing. Then the “waiting” message goes away and the blue update link reappears. I quit the CC app, restart and try again. Hi everybody - I teach in a computer lab with multiple students using the same desktop throughout the day., each logging in with their unique user profile to the machine and their own CC account. I have a new student who speaks absolutely no English, and after following the directions to switch his CC language preference to Spanish and reinstalling Photoshop, he can now use the app in Spanish. However - every student who sits down after him is also forced to use Spanish. In the Ps Preferences under Interface, there is an option to select a language - but there's always just one option, whichever option the app is installed in! Is there ANY way for the student to select which language they want to use on the machine? It seems like at a minimum this should be possible since each student is using their own unique computer login. I tried to install multiple instances of Photoshop, and that doesn't seem to work either? Any advice is appreciated!

In any Adobe app related to typography, choosing the typeface is one of the most important steps in the design process. Unfortunately, every app is plagued with the same problem - all your carefully curated fonts are diluted in a huge list of system fonts. You can't disable/delete the system fonts as this will break other apps and even simple web browsing. The ability to disable system fonts is disabled in macOS for this reason. The solution is simple:In the Creative Cloud app, there's already a Manage Fonts section (great!).In this section add a "hidden fonts" page. Display all system fonts in a list and allow the user to toggle certain fonts as hidden.These fonts will now be hidden from the list in all Adobe apps. If a document is loaded which contains a hidden font, it will be displayed as normal - the fonts are hidden from the LIST ONLY, they NOT disabled.If you really want to remove any ambiguity, you could have a "show hidden fonts" toggle in the app font menus&nbs

I confirmed with Adobe headquarters directly through 3–4 employees that the products I purchased were genuine, and of course, I did not sell them.However, on a major corporate site, individuals can open personal stores. The sellers there all claim their products are genuine, but my investigation suggests a group of about 20 people may be selling counterfeit products. The presumed leader, a woman, operates two stores and has been selling for four years, with reports of tax evasion. Adobe has stated that selling products as genuine without being an official partner—or even using non-official accounts—is punishable. For the last several weeks, I've been unable to view Behance.net because Chrome flags it as having an invalid SSL certificate. I get the error code net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. Since my work doesn't allow me to bypass the warning, I can't visit Behance anymore. I've tried deleting my temporary internet files for Behance and turning off extensions, ensuring my Chrome is up to date, attempting to visit from an incognito window, etc., but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue lately?

We the customer put in weeks to develope a portfolio site and then Adobe just says, "Doesn't work? not my problem"! Hello Adobe Team,I am a Creative Cloud user and would like to provide feedback on a localization issue I've noticed in the latest software update.My operating system（MACOS 15.6） is set to Simplified Chinese. While most of the user interface is correctly displayed in Chinese, I've found that a number of buttons are still showing up in English. This creates an inconsistent experience for Chinese-speaking users.I've checked my settings and everything seems to be in order. It appears to be a bug with the software itself.
