 Merci d'ajouter la possibilité d'afficher les fichiers dans la vue Fichier triée par type de fichier, première catégorie :  les EXPRESS avec les EXPRESS, les PSDC avec les PCDC et en sous catégorie, par date dans les deux directions, par ordre alphabitique dans les deux sens aussi, en effet si on a beaucoup de fichiers, il sera compliqué de retrouver un fichier précis.De plus, la dernière ligne du tableau, si afficher en mode lignes, n'est pas affichée, donc le typedu dernier fichier ne sera pas affiché,

Hi! Just bought my Lightroom + 1TB plan and when i was trying to install it, the installer froze in a blank window and never installed anything. Tried running the Tool to repair or uninstall but it always said it was done with errors. Tried disabling WIndows Defender but nothing worked.What should i do?Running Windows 10 on PC.

I just typed several pages of text into a portfolio page, selected "Update Live Site" and now it's gone. I tried clicking back, hitting CTRL Z, refreshing the page, reopening the page and enabling/disabling the page but no luck.  It sure was a lot of work to lose. If anyone has a solution, I'd really appreciate it.  For now, lesson learned and I'll never type anything directly into a portfolio page again.

I installed the creative cloud app on my new mac (m2pro) with macOS Ventura 13.4, and it immediately gives me a connection error.I am attaching a video to better understand the problem.Has anyone had this error and how can it be fixed?It does it with the wifi home connection, as soon as I connect with the mobile hotspot ... everything works.   

Adobe cloud files how to copy a different cloud account

Good morning,I try to explain my problem in the simplest way possible.To allow my user to work, we associated his email with a new non-enterprise license until we buy a new one.After she followed the steps of the email she received and logged in, she lost all her libraries.I checked in https://assets.adobe.com/libraries but everything is empty, as if it were the first time you log in.Do you think it is possible to restore the disappeared libraries?Thank you for the support.

Liebe Community,  ich habe mir für Piktogramme und Farben 2 verschiedene Bibliotheken erstellt. Wenn ich nun auf color.Adobe.com mir bestimmte Farben für mein Projekt aussuche und auf  "Zu Bibliothek hinzufügen" klicke, werden mir die Farben die ganze Zeit in die Piktogramm-Bibliothek geladen. Ich möchte aber dass mir die Farben in die zuvor erstellte "Color-Bibliothek" geladen werden. Wie kann ich das ändern bzw. aussuchen in welche Bibliothek dies reingeladen werden soll?  Über Hilfe würde ich mich sehr freuen! Liebe GrüßeAlex

Is there a "correct" was to activate & deactivate the machines I'm using on my account. Because at the moment, there seem to be about 20 steps when there surely should be one!! Firstly, when I go into the CC app on the desired machine, it doesn't know my username & password! Why not? That is messed up! I have to go to the Adobe web site, log in there, navigate to my account settings & deactivate the machine & then repeat the entire process on the other machine, except Creative Cloud asks me to log in again every time but DOESN'T REMEMBER MY USER NAME & PASSWORD. So I have to go off to Safari, log into the passwords section & then copy & paste the password from there.What a complete mess!!Surely all I should have to do is to go up to the menu bar, click on the CC icon & go down to a menu item that says "deactive on this machine" then go to the other machine & go to a menu item that says "acitivate on this machine".Why is it so ridiculously compli

My creative cloud has a question mark showing up.And all of my adobe programs are black screen and can not access anyI tried logging out and refreshing or even turn off the computer still have the same problem.

Absolutely so tired of what is in my opinion this companies anti-consumer caca lol. Between the fact that they refuse to listen to users in allowing them to select where they want to install the program (forcing you to install to the system drive [which is absolutely rubbish considering how many ppl use small SSD's for their root]) and the fact that they can't get neural filters to work properly without crashing, the fact they will try to bill you if you cancel early the same way a phone company will, and the fact that they threaten that people could get sued for using older versions of their apps.... Yeah, it's just not worth it. Photoshop is nice & all, but given some of the other tools out there that offer almost everything PS does (and sometimes more, without all the hassle and headache and telemetry and horribleness that has been my experience with Adobe) I think I'm done. Vote with your wallet ppl. Later Adobe, I will be cancelling my subscription now

Hi!I´m a bit confuced about creative cloud syncronisation. I can´t remember ask for any syncronisation andI can´t se any synced files at the web. Yesterday I upgraded to Win11 and now my computer runs hot by some syncroisation but no files are synced??? Is it possible to close down syncronisation for good? Regards /PeO

This page says that the library assets are saved locally and synced with the cloud (down under FAQ).  I cannot find where the library assets are stored locally though. I can find my Creative Cloud Files folder but library assets that I add and can see on the Libraries web page simply don't show in my folder on my hard drive. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi folks,We using Google Drive File Stream for storage and collaboration on our company projects and have had syncing issues since Google switched to Drive File Stream. We use Apple MacBook Pros and keep our files online only. Our Creative Suite apps are all up to date (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Bridge).We are frequently (in my case 5-7 times a day) crashing while working in InDesign, usually when accessing files in Finder (Command-D, for instance), doing simple searches, opening up Finder directories/windows.Syncing is ongoing and continual, and occasionally gets clogged up and freezes the computer.The laptop that does most of the crashing was built mid-2015, runs on the Mojave OS and has a 2.8 GHz processor. The other laptop was built early 2013, runs on High Sierra, and has a 2.7 GHz processor. Both have i7 Intel cores, have 16 Gb RAM, 1600 MHz DDR3 (we're getting into geek speak and am rather challenged as to what that means).Memory is not an issue.Question: is

For the size of these companies you think they could provide actual support for paying customers that have questions ????   I mean wtf.

On a fresh boot my PC is idle, no windows have been opened, and no applications are running. Yet the "Creative Cloud Desktop" process is burning through 5-10% CPU without stopping.This is 24/7 without any break. It's not open.It's not been opened.It's not updating anything.It isn't using any Disk or Network.It shouldn't be burning through CPU cycles like this. If my other services (Steam, Backblaze, Nvidia, ShareX, Discord, Spyder Utility etc) were all doing the same, I'd have 30-60% of my CPU unavailable for whatever I'm working on, due to background processes taking up CPU while doing nothing productive.  I've disabled "fonts" as suggested in another post I found, but that didn't help... Any ideas what the heck it's doing 24/7?I've attached a screenshot here of it doing "nothing" while I had chrome + Discord open... 

Estoy suscrito al plan adobe stock y creative cloud y no hice el pago de este mes por tener una retencion en mi banco y quiero cancelar el plan por no tener dinero. en los terminos y condiciones para cancelar el plan tendria q pagar el 50% del monto de suscripcion anual pero al intentar cancelar el plan mediante "administrar plan" la cuenta de stock ya se cancelo y creative cloud me dice q si no hago nada se cancelara automaticamente. quisiera saber como funciona esa forma de cancelacion automatica sino hago nada 

So my boss used my workstation one day, and felt the need to install Creative Cloud Desktop.I However, have no need for this software at all. So I wanted to disable it from starting automatically and eating up computer resources every day. Not only is it completely impossible to stop the program from starting itself on windows using normal Task Manager settings, you can't even close the application by right clicking it in the task bar! Absolutely crap design choices here.But to add even more insult to injury, I've been forced to make this account to even have the possibility of turning it off! What a scam this is. Every single developer that worked on this should be ashamed of themselves.P.S.: Why are the only topics I can chose from 'File Sync' 'Collaboration' 'Libraries' and  'Cloud storage web assets'. There should be a 'bugs' or 'feature request' section if you guys want to actually provide a modicum of customer service. That is also the reason why the topic for this post make

When I try to open creative cloud it says it can't connect to Adobe's servers and to check my firewall. I tried uninstalling creative cloud, I tried the CCCleanerTool but nothing works. Everytime, I get the same error. I even tried to connect with another account but I got the same results.

I import RAW files into Adobe Lightroom Classic on Windows PC. Sync Smart previews with Ipad and work on the Ipad until I'm ready. After that I export photos from the PC for the full resolution. The problem is syncing itself. Today I found on the Ipad I have 137 chosen and edited photos and when I open PC version theres 97. I open Sync setting and rebuild sync data. Nothing change exept half of the Ipad's work not showing and photos are reset to default. I edited for second time and close Ipad Lightroom. Open it on PC and again there's nothing change. Why syncing not working as well it must?

Hi guys last year I was able to uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud not without going through some hassle. This time I can't do so, I will always tell me "Creative Cloud can't uninstall there are softwares that require it." I even used the separate creative cloud uninstaller provided here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html but when I restarted the laptop, all the Adobe files inside the hidden /Library where still there, and also the background processes! That Sync process that looks more like a Trojan. Why am I trying to unistall it the day after paying for it? Because my laptop has become very slow after installing the creative suite, especially when on video calls. And this is terribly affecting my productivity. I wanted to uninstiall it as a troubleshoot step to assess that the deteriorate performances were to be attributed 100% to Adobe. My laptop is an intel i9 8-core, 2.3Ghz, 64Gb RAM a

I have an Adobe account through my school email, where I have a personal and school account with the same email. (when I log in, it asks if I'm using personl or school). I bought an Adobe plan but it is only active on the school account which I didn't realize, so I switched my business website from school to personal today and now it won't let me switch back as it says "this email is already in use" even though it let me switch in the first place. It says my website will be taken down because I don't have a plan, but the plan is on my school account and I don't want to pay twice. The chat bot will not connect me to an agent because I "don't have a plan." Please help.

Hi. Can someone please tell me how to show the filenames of images? Either in the the grid, or displaying an image, either below, next to it, on it, or hover over it or click on an info button....anything will do. I just can't find any way at all of doing it at the moment. Thanks!

Hi I'm using MacOS Ventura. With the Adobe Creative cloud desktop I'm constantly getting the error File Syncing Error - Some Files failed to Sync. When I login to the adobe website and browse my files, all appear synced, but how can I fix this error on the desktop? I've tried logging out and in again on the desktop app, restating services via activiity montitor and can verify it is setup as a serive to start when i login.
