I have an upgrade offer but when I click on it, it says not availble. I want to either upgrade or terminate my current plan and do a different one. Is it just me or is Adobe very difficult?

Everytime I turn on my computer I get a pop up that states CRLogTransport.exe - Application Error:“The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click “Ok” to close application” And I can’t open Photoshop. Everytime I try to open it I get another pop up that states  Photoshop.exe - Application Error: “The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click “Ok” to close application” I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop to no avail but it is updated. I’ve checked my Drivers but they say they are up to date. This is only happening on my Surface Pro X, Photoshop runs fine on my IPad (2018) and Surface Pro 4 (2016)

How do I find real help?  I spoke to a customer service agent that could not think beyond the script written for them. How do I find real help at Adobe? I need to either buy the products I need vs. keeping a scription where I am throwing money in the wind constantly.  I am in a subscription and did not figure out the problem until few months later.   

Creative Cloud Desktop application opens for a brief moment in the system tray but just disappears without doing anything. The window for the application never opens. When I check task manager all of the Creative Cloud background processes are all running, including Creative Cloud itself. When I try to reinstall Creative Cloud the results are the same. A peculiar thing I've noticed is that the Creative Cloud Installer never actually completely closes and just runs in the background as I've noticed from task manager, even when it has "finished" installing. I've used the Adobe CC Cleaner tool multiple times and deleted any trace of Creative Cloud before reinstalling, done numerous restarts, tried running it in compatability mode, installed the MS C++ Redistributables for both 32 bit and 64 bit systems, but nothing works. The outcome is always the same.I just want to try and install Photoshop, but Creative Cloud isn't cooperating with me. What can I do to fix this.

This issue is not yet resolved as of July 2021 contrary to what a locked thread concerning this issue suggests. I'm on an M1 Macbook Air with the latest Creative Cloud version but the issue still persists. The "CCX Process" and "CCLibrary" still flares up now and then. Now I have to open Activity Monitor continously and check it regularly to force quit the process. I just recently left my Macbook in sleep mode over the night (unaware that Creative Cloud booted this process) only to find it hot the following morning realizing it has been running this proccess even in sleep mode – for about 8+ hours!Please fix this unresolved issue. It's not like I'll get a laptop replacement if Creative Cloud breaks my machine. This issue poses significant risk to all Apple machines.

  Adobe is charging me twice for the same level of subscription, this has been done several times . You charged me the whole year amount when I cancelled my previous subscription. And here again you are trying to rob me by charging twice for same month for same level of subscription.I found that it is very frustrating and mischievous.it is disturbing to treat customers in ill way & it is wrong.I am living in Canada and I don't expect such things in a civilized society which I consider the actions as robbing me in a day light. Good morning, Is there any possibility to delete a stupid new "improvement" they just implemented and will delete my files from creative cloud (if I want to keep I have to go to Deleted files... which makes for me additional and not needed job). Thanks to all for support and hope someone from Adobe will ask us before starting to manage anything in our files 😞 K. 

Hello!The marketing department at our company (which is just one person) uses the Adobe Creative Suite. We are just preparing a new computer and now the Adobe apps like Photoshop, InDesign and so on can't be started any more. This happens on the old and the new computer as well. The message says the activation limit is reached. We opened Adobe account with browser and tried to deactivate all connections. We did this several times now but it doesn't help. We even changed the password, still no change. I found no way to contact Adobe directly, what can we do now?Best RegardsJürgen Mayer

Extorting payments for cloud storage by making it essential for optimal results in subject selection is obnoxious enough,  but Adobe went farther, sending customers who agree to a vicious circle of being told to change your password first, then try again - which, if the user submits, and changes their password, then tries yet again  to pay their exhorbitant monthly fee [on top of the small fortune this user already pays to subscribe to every app Adobe sells - or rather makes available to rent], the whole thing repeats. This is how a company behaves when the greed of its shareholders has it in a death spiral.As an artist and photographer who has paid for decades, without complaint,  to use Adobe products, it is very, very, disappointing to be this ill used.  

When I upload a file to Creative Cloud Web it shows up as just a symbol and I'm not able to view the entire file, nor make comments on it. It creates a link to share, but the users are not able to view the file either. For example, a PDF file (created in Indesign) shows up as a PDF symbol. Anyone else have this issue?

I am a student enrolled at Tafe in Western Australia, giving me access to the full Adobe suite for my studies and projects, but when I log in to the account at home on my own computer, instead of the on site computers, I am denied access to the software by Adobe, who instead ask to start the free trial or purchase the subscription, how do i avoid this issue?

I'm looking for the optimal shared online storage solution for our creative files (paintings, sketches - mostly PSD, png, jpg, occasionnally a few After Effects and Video Files). Each artist should be able to access the works of others. This shared folder needs to be secured (we work on confidential projects), it should have file versioning (since you're never safe from file corruption or human error), support a complex folder hierarchy and it should be as straightforward to use as possible.Up until now, we've been using Google Drive to do this (like a lot of creative teams, I think). In trying to save a design I received a message that file cannot be saved due to fact that there is no more storage space. When checking via Creative cloud web I am using only 10% of available storage space. What is wrong here? 

Hi, I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator membership on April 20th 2023. However, on SaturdayI noticed a charge on my credit card of aproximately 130 € for an Adobe Illustrator subscription (charged April 22nd, two days AFTER I cancelled my subscription).I did not approve of this purchase and am not interested in continuing to use the platform.Given that I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date, and was still charged, I would like to request a refund, but there is no email address or phone number that I can contact (I am from Romania).How or who can I contact to get a refund? Thanks in advance.

I Searching the internet, I found a download link but it turned out to be the Swedish version and I want the English version instead to be compatible with foreign teachers. What can I do to replace my Swedish version with an English one? Rolf S

Hi there, I have created my digital portfolio on my school's account on Adobe Portfolio, and now that I graduated, and won't have access to that account any longer, I created my own Adobe account and would like to bring that website from my previous account to the new one. I have a licensed version of Adobe Premiere Pro through Partners Group. Certain assets (video, audio, images) are available with the license; however, I am unable to download the videos assets. The reason given in the error popup is "Download file from CCLibraries failed. Reason: Invalid user access token." This looks to be a known issue since 2021 at least but none of the forums ever had a resolution and I can't get ahold of anyone from Adobe, but this is insane. Is there a workaround? Why am I paying for this?

I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me.I spent a lot of time putting together a nice online portfolio for myself in Portfolio. The desktop view looks just as I want it. The responsive mobile view however looks terrible! I know this has been mentioned on here by others before and I'm not the first.Adobe Help have told me there's nothing can be done to make my paras of text which sit above each piece of my design work in the mobile view, wider, which is what I need to happen. They appear too long and skinny at the moment and it looks so bad! Adobe say that changing the template will not help either. So what can I do? I just want my text columns to be more than three words wide!It's not going to make a good impression for me as a graphic designer if I send my portfolio out to clients, looking like this!If no solution exists within Portfolio then I'd love to hear about other quick and effective workarounds. Thank you!
