   no display the items

Hi, I cretaed a quick Model in Mixamo where the character is pointing up. I exported the FXB model and when I import it inti Adobe Dimensions it is in the T-Pose and not the Pointing Pose.I imported the Mixamo file into Poser Pro 11 (after th eBlender hack to make it import properly) I exported it as an FXB file and it still goes into Dimensions in the T-Pose.Hoe do I import the FXB model into Dimensions in the correct Pose?

Hey guys !I work on a cup design for a festival and i've this problem for my label. How fix it ? 

A few months back (maybe July-ish) I had downloaded Dimensions on my work computer and was able to create no problem. Now (in November) I only get a grey screen and objects do not show up at all on the canvas. Not even the background pictures or in the tutorial mode. My computer has not changed (besides the standard updates) and I have the newest version of dimensions. Anyone know what the problem is or what changed? Better yet: is there a way to fix this?

I can not download Dimension. For some unknown reason It does just fine until it gets to 37% then it stops and will go no further. I have tried multiple times over 5 days but it always stops at 37%. Any suggestions?I have tried it with my virus protection off and on and have even updated my video driver. I am using Windows 10 by the way.

This has taken me several hours to figure out and this may help someone in the future. I currently have a laptop that is connected to a HUB where it is then sent to two monitors. Regardless if you force Dimension to use the GPU or not if I have a display from one of the monitors off of the Hub set as main display, it will have a greyed out canvas. Once I set the laptop screen to the main display, Dimension would open just fine. I just wanted to put this out there if anyone else may have this same issue. 

I have created a 3D model in Adobe Dimension using their textures and models and would like to import it into unity. But whenever I export the model and import it to unity there is always a problem with textures, materials, or models. Please help me find a solution, Adobe lets you export as a GLTF, a GLB, and an OBJ.

Does anybody know the best way to place decals onto a cube precisely in ADOBE DIMENSION? I've designed an image to the exact specs that match the plane of the cube but no matter what I do it doesn't fill the space correctly, and no amount of stretching and fiddling with the decal gets it to sit correctly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  

Hey All,  I have seen a bunch of threads on the app not working on Mac pro towers, but I downloaded the latest version of Dimension and it locks up now on the page creator. I have to also force quit to actually shut the app down.My system:- MacOS - 10.14.6-2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon-32 GB 1066 MHz DDR3-Radeon RX 580 8 GB 

I have 2D JPGs that I want to be able to view vertically on wall us AR.- What is my best workflow?- How do I get the images on a fixed-sized vertical plain?- Any ideas for exporting to USDZ files?

I get this error for every render I've attempted since I've updated the software this morning. Any ideas? I have the Blackmagic eGCU plugged in to my 2019 MacBook Pro so I was eager to get this update but now can't render anything.

updates fail because its trying to update 2 versions of the same software at the same time... this is dirt basic stuff that testing would have spotted Adobe!    

Hi there, I am having problems importing an OBJ file created in Rhino 3D into Adobe Dimension. Its a bit more complex than what I previously have imported into Dimension but the geometry is still rather simple so not sure what the problem is, its coming out all warped and triangulated and only part of the model once imported into Dimension. I have attached the screenshots of the file in Rhino and one of how it looks when imported into Dimension. I think the files are too big to post here, if someone at Adobe could take a look it would be much appreciated and let me know where I can send the actual files for sometone to look at. In theory I dont think Id have to, but the one time I closed dimension while it was processing the file finished with just a blank background. Even when I have it rendering in the cloud dimension still uses a ton of system resources on my 2017 MBP, so Id love to just close it and check on the process when Im ready.

Anyone having these issues and know how to solve. At first it was happening in my higher res renders (2400px and up). Now it's appearing in all renders no matter what pixel size. Super frustrating as I'm now having to Photoshop them all out. My renders are pretty simple. Basically a bar graph. It's super frustrating to have this happening with no resolve.

Hello. I created a floorplan in Dimension. Using a mix of simple cube, pyramid and plane elements. I need to convert the file to an OBJ, but all I get when opening the OBJ in Photoshop is the H, which itself was imported into Dimension. When deleting the sign first and then exporting – I get a weird cube. any help would be appreciated. thank you.

Dimension's render on GPU or CPU?

Hi all, I'd like to model some wine bottles / glasses but unsure what method to use with Dimension as far as the liquid goes.I assume the liquid should be modeled as a separate object... and would like to hear from anyone who's done this successfully! thanks

Is there a way to make the field bird's eye view? Also, is there a way to make the field perfect isometric view? Or does every view have to have a convergence point? Thanks. EDIT:So to give more details, basically I'm working on a stationary letterhead business card mockup. I have two scenes, one in bird's eye and one in isometric view. I dropped in their logo into Dimension hoping to line it up nicely with the background image of each scene but it's not quite right. The logo would look like a physical plastic sculpture object next to the stationary objects. For the bird's eye view version the logo won't lay flat. It's forced into a bit of a perspective lean. Same for the isometic scene, the logo sort of pinches into a slight perspective rather then the exact slant degrees on the top and bottom of the logo. Hi, I'm getting more familiar with Adobe Dimension, and having got the hang of creating 3D models, I'd like to create my own materials/textures. I know there is another thread on this, but it doesn't outline how to do this from scratch - something I think would be useful for everyone. The video below was useful to a point, but is an older interface and becomes irrelevant at the point when he brings the images back to Dimension as the options in the properties menu are different. Also, the textures he creates here have to be applied manually in a step-by-step way and would be better if they would appear in the library with the default materials.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPWR6ke9Nls All help welcome! I would like to create a fluor bag, and then make it beautiful using texture I know I can download a *.obj model but I want to learn how to do it.If I can't do it with dimension what software from ADOBE can help me to create model in obj file ready to import?
