When I try to update on my C Drive (with app installed on my D Drive except windows I get errors that I do not have enough disk space to update. I have clean all files remove everythng excepting the OS and Adobe Products. I ahve 5GB of space and that appears to not be enough to run a simplae update. Is there a way to tell CC tp use a different drive  

I'm from Brazil and I going to do a trip to Europe. I have an annual subscription, and I'm going to install some programs on a 2nd machine (macbook).Am I going to have some trouble to use the programs there? Something like a license restriction or something?Thanks in a advance!

What happens when you’re on the student discount and graduate in the middle of that 1 year? (eg get student discount in January then graduate that same June) Also saw that the subscription automatically renews itself. What happens when the university email goes away/gets deleted? Will the subscription keep charging me, or will it know to stop? Will there be a way to log in and make it stop if the email has been deleted from the school system?

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this...   I have a retail copy of CS3 master collection, bought some 4 or 5 years ago. It is installed and activated on my main PC, and has also been installed and used on a now-deceased laptop.   I'm building a new laptop now, and have installed the bits of the suite that I need - but I can't activate them. When I try internet activation, I get told that the software has reached it's activation limit. There is no option in the installed copy on my desktop to deactivate, and the previous laptop is dead.   I've just spent 45 completely fruitless minutes on a "help" chat, and gone round in a loop of "your serial number is invalid", "talk to the reseller you purchased from", "your serial number is invalid"...   I apparently have two adobe accounts (business and personal), and can log in to both of them, but the CS3 software doesn't appear in either, and I can't add it. I got a refurb MacBook Pro about a month ago & installed High Sierra. Installed Adobe Creative Cloud on Feb 18. Since then, Adobe folders have been magically created in several locations, and they have been multiplying into totally random areas: In a /Users/Shared/xxx/xxx/ folder containing some business documents, there is now an Adobe folder with two subfolders: SLCache and SLStore. The SLCache folder is empty; the SLStore folder has an Adobe01.bmp file. Under /Applications/Adobe Bridge 2018 there is an Adobe folder with 4 subfolders: Adobe PCD, AdobeGCClient, SLCache, & SLStore. Seems normal. But there is an identical folder structure under /Users/donna/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Donovan. These files are dated March 8, 2018, so they're a fairly new addition. There is another Adobe folder like #2 under Users/donna/Dropbox. At the root of my internal drive there are three folders: /Adobe (with an AdobeGCClient subfolder), /AdobeGCClient (empty), and /SLStore (with Adobe01.bmp).

When I wanna install CS6 Matster Coll. I'm asked to verify my lisence no., but when doing so I'm met with a statement that the computer is not connected to the internet and all I get access to is a 7 day trial period - why? And how do I get around this silly situation? Does anybody know? Thanks in advance. 🙂 

I got a yearly plan recently (already fully paid for the next 12 months) and it's been fine on all my devices (iPad and macbook air).Today I can't do any editing on my iPad because it says I need to upgrade to premium but it continues to work fine on the macbook.I've signed out of my creative cloud and signed back in, same thing. I only use one account so there's no chance of a mix-up anyway.The adobe apps are all up to date.I'm not sure what to try next to be honest , are there any issues with Adobe servers ?My plan :Creative Cloud All Apps 100GBGet 20+ creative apps including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro with 100GB of storage

My Utilities folder in the launchpad is full with those Adobe / Creative Cloud apps (for example Core Sync, Creative Cloud helper, CC Throubleshooter...) I want to know if there is any way I can hide those apps, because this literally messes up my folder.I'm using a 2019 MacBook Air Core i5 1.6 GHz. Thanks.

I am trying to export some old home movies from Premiere Pro onto DVD to be played on a DVD player but I'm not having any luck. The closest I've come is advertisements telling me to download other software that I'd have to pay for. What's the deal Adobe? I have created a selection menu in After Effects and now I want to combine the two, sync them up and burn as a working DVD. How do I do it? These are being done for an older person who isn't computer savvy and only wants them on DVD.

I've recently purchased Photoshop Elements Version 21.0 for my older Macbook Air running Big Sur 11.7.8. I've managed to download the files but the "install" file needs to be updated and the pop-up says to contact the developer. Any help please? 

Trying to install Photoshop 2022 on Windows 10 21H2.Error message says "The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Choose 'OK' to download the installer that matches your Windows. Error Code: 717"Pressing OK directs you to install the exact same installer. It's an endless loop.The Creative Cloud installer does the same thing.The desktop meets/heavily exceeds all System Requirements.

Hi,I'm currently taking the Coursera Google UX course, and with it comes a 9 month trial to Adobe XD. However, when I click the 'Claim your reward' button, it takes me to https://www.adobepartneroffer.com/, which just says "We are experiencing a network outage which is impacting your partner offer. We do not have an estimated timeline for resolution yet, but it's being treated with the highest priority." This site has been down for weeks now and I am unable to get XD, which is needed for the course. I've also contacted Coursera, but this seems more of an Adobe issue. Please help as I cannot progress in the course until this is resolved.Thank you.

Hello, As said in the title, in the creative cloud application, the software installed on my computer are not in the "already install" list.So it's a bit disturbing.I probably don't know if there is new vesrion to install, as creative cloud told me that they are not install on my computer. Any idea ?

Hello,On the 4th March 2019 I payed £54.91 to cancel my CC subscription, was not happy, but contacts are contracts apparently. I noticed two days ago that you have taken a further two payments from me on the 18th March and 18th April! Not only am I paid up (without the service or software) until next February but you've also stolen two further payments from me!I opened a live chat conversation (reference number can be supplied) two days ago and the guy said "they'd look into it". I've heard nothing since.Who can I actually talk to for a refund?Regards,Paul

Sa ne semble pas avoir fonctionné, Adobe me charge 40$ us par mois et si je l'annule, il me charge 120$ us. Je fais quoi pour arrêter de payer un service que je n'utilise pas?

The year is 2023 and even Microsoft has been developing for Linux platforms and has been concerned with the further development of Linux. It would be a leap into the future if Adobe would also rely on Linux. And with all the Creative Cloud, we would also move from Autodesk 3D software to Adobe to have an all-in-one package with Linux Debian or Fedora.

   The last month, month and a half, after one of the latest updates, this annoying red dot is about always there.It goes away after clicking the icon (and the Creative Cloud window appears with nothing new), but it's back when my computer wakes up the next day. I don't have a clue why.There are no messages, no available updates and I don't see any setting that might cause this dot to be there. Can someone tell me how to get rid of it before it pulls out my eye and suck it up? Could it have to do with "syncing"? I have a Photography subscription, I use Lightroom Classic and I don't use the cloud.

I am stuck in endless loop with Adobe CC. 1) I sign in but then get message"Password Reset Notice To protect the security of your account, you must reset your password. Please check your inbox for an email to reset"2) I then open new email from Adobe Customer Car and click their link that expires in 72 hours to reset password. I am able to change password with no problem/errors. 3) Back at sign in I use new password but I get is back to #1 above.I did this many times and keep getting same result. Any ideas?I've been using Adobe CC for a year and never had to sign in or change password (after the first time) since it remembers me so unsure why I got this all of a sudden.

Hello. Recently I've bought a second hand Adobe CS5.5 and I want to transfer the license betwen the original user and me. Adobe support tell me that I have to publish a message here to open a ticket to start the license transfer process. Any help? Thanks!
