As a teacher/internship supervisor I purchased a teacher account to save costs which we are very happy with. We wish to continue working with the program, however we do not have a large budget, so we are wondering what the best option is.

Hi so i just brought the photography plan through the adobe website. I downloaded creative cloud, but when i go to download photoshop is gives me a 502 error code. Saying Your Adobe serial number has expired or is invalidYour serial number has expired or was illegally distributed. Try genuine Adobe apps with a 7-day free trial. But I brought it through the adobe website.And also I never got a serial code. I've checkde in the products page but it just says to search for one. I've checked all my emails but it only says an order number.

HelloI looked through everything I could find this is driving me insane because nothing I have read has helped me so far. I have been trying to uninstall adobe creative cloud from an iMac and everytime I try it says "Couldn 't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications on your computer that require it." I have nothing from adobe creative cloud installed except camera raw I cannot figure out how to get rid of Camera Raw. I have no photoshop or anything from adobe that uses Camera Raw. I tried searching for Camera Raw in finder to uninstall that way or just drag and drop it in the trash but finder is not finding anything for "Adobe Camera Raw". I have included a screen shot of the alert I get when I try to delete Adobe creative cloud for desktop and a screenshot of the list of things adobe creative cloud says I have installed. The title says it all. I'm new to Apple computers. Since 1999 I've been building and overclocking PC's. Now I bought a Mac because of photography, Lightroom and Windows 11. I didn't know Creative Cloud was a crucial program for this Mac machine. I thought it was an unnecessary, watered down version of Adobe Creative Cloud. Then I read somewhere, after I partially deleted the program, that it is an essential part of Ventura. That's when I said, "Uh oh!" I contacted Apple support this morning and they suggested that I contact the developer to determine if the part of the program that is still on the machine is enough to function without a problem. I didn't backup the machine using TimeMachine because I didn't know about it. I saw it in settings and overlooked it. After the incident, I searched online for the description of the program. Too late! Now I've learned an important lesson about Mac OS. What can I do to restore this, if necessary? Attached first image displays the machine i

Hallo Community,   diese Woche wollte ich aufgrund einer Neuinstallation meine damals legal erworbene CS3 neu aktivieren, was aufgrund der abgeschalteten Aktivierungsserver nicht mehr geht.   Mir tut es die CS3 nach wie vor wunderbar, und es wäre schön wenn mir jemand einen Tipp hätte, wie ich die Version doch noch aktivieren kann.....es ist schließlich ein Produkt, welches ich mal teuer bezahlt habe   Merci und viele Grüße

When I open the Adobe creative cloud apps, it shows that I downloaded the camera raw cc app. I have no memory of this and when I go to the gear icon on the side to uninstall it, it just says "uninstall unavailable". I tried refreshing the computer and doing it again, but no luck.

I recently updated to Ventura on my Mac. Having terrible issues with photoshop today. Won't let me RESIZE any photos. Constantly crashing... has never behaved like this before.  Taking longer than usual to load.  I've done virus checks and system disk checks and can't seem to find any issues on my end. Any suggestions?

I just increase the size of the SSD on my Mac. I downloaded creative cloud but it says my Adobe Apps are not compactible until i update the OS. I have updated the OS but it still says its not compactible.   Does anyone know how i can fix this? The only reason i increase the size of my SSD is so i can use photoshop on my computer. Previous storage was too low.

I am using Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection. Recently, I lost all setup and update file for CS4.I was able to get the "latest" CS4 complete installer, but it does not include the latest updates available for CS4.For example Photoshop: the CS4 complete installer includes Photoshop with version 11.0.0, but there is 11.0.2 available. I found the update on Adobe - Photoshop : For WindowsHowever, this is just Photoshop, and I would like to receive the URLs for the other products.The support refuses to give me the URLs, just trying to forward me to this forum.Do anyone of you have (some) URLs for the product updates for me? Bonjour, Je souhaite réinstaller Creative cloud, Lightroom et photoshop sur mon mac.Il était installé précedemment mais j'ai changé la version de mon mac (anciennement bigsur) à cause d'une incompatibilité avec adobe, j'ai donc désinstallé les applications et les ai supprimé depuis mon compte adobe dans les appareils connectés. Cependant, depuis ma nouvelle version (high sierra), je parviens à me connecter sur mon compte en ligne adobe, mais dès que je souhaite accéder à mes applications, une page de connexion adobe s'ouvre et s'ouvre encore sans jamais s'arréter ou me donner la possibilité de rentrer mes identifiants et mots de passe. La page s'ouvre s'actualise et s'ouvre à répétition.J'ai cherché dans les supports d'aide adobe, qui connait ce problème, mais rien de ce qu'ils proposent ne fonctionne...Que faire ?Merci

Having a tough issue trying to get rid of this message and update my adobe products.Will not let me sign in from web either, restarted the computer and refreshed the application with no luck.  

I subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Lightroom etc). I have just purchased a Seagate External Hard Drive which has 4 months free Creative Cloud subscription. I'm not sure if I need to cancel my existing subscription and uninstall programmes or can I  just suspend my payments for four months?

I had a computer crash and lost the installer to my CS3 suite. I got it on adobe.com and it didn't require activation. Now the installer is no longer available. I have the intallation number, but need the installer file. Anyone know where I can get a copy of the installation files? I have the numbers I just need the files, I am pissed a HP a bad naim board shouldn't have required a reformat of the drive. And please no it is obsolte replys. I am on old retired guy and I use ot for a few things at church. Heck my wife still uses Pagemaker. I does what she needs and she is comfortable with it.

Habe mindestens 40 Mal versucht, das heruntergeladene Photoshop Elements Upgrade 2023 zu installieren. Die Installation hat immer mit dem Fehler 183 bzw. mit dem Hinweis, dass die MSCRV120.dll fehle, geendet. Inzwischen ist mein aktuelles Programm auf dem PC ebenfalls kaputtgegangen (konnte nicht mehr gestartet werden). Ich habe es deshalb gelöscht. Jetzt wollte ich die Testversion von Photoshop Elements 2023 herunterladen und installieren, was aber mit dem gleichen Ergebnis endete. Ich kann also auch Photoshop Elements nicht mehr nutzen!!! Weiß jemand Rat? Alfredo

Hi! I want to end my adobe package, because I thought it expired this summer. Now I have one unpaid bill from there, but the programs are blocked on my mac. I don't have access, but this is because I haven't paid. Is it the case that I can just skip paying, so the package is automatically terminated? Can't cancel the subscription on the website, or I don't understand. HELP MEE!

Hello    Downloaded from Dell everything went fine.  However, when I click onto my 2023 icon it takes me to a page showing different things that you can do with the program, and below 3 boxes, a "Organizer" Photo Editor, and Video.    I was able yesterday to access the photo editor, it shows the name of the last graphic.  No matter what I do it will no longer open.   I went and signed into Adobe hoping that was the problem but nothing.  Help!   Thank you

I get this error trying to update Creative Cloud applications on my Windows Server 2016 box.Exit Code: 190 Summary - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Sanity check for installation failed. Current OS version 10.0.14393 doesn't satisfy OS requirements. FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 190 error messageAny reason that Windows Server 2016 is not supported to the same extent as Windows 10?  It is similarly updated and supports all the dot net frameworks.
