For the last few weeks, my Creative Cloud Desktop app hasn't been automatically logging in and staying logged in when I start my system, as it has done for years.It runs fine and the blurry white logo appears in the system tray, which used to then go sharp to indicate that it had logged in, and it would then sync.Now what's happening is that the logo is going sharp, and then immediately going blurry again.If I click on it, a window pops up saying "You've been signed out. Unable to authenticate your Adobe ID. Sign in again with your Adobe ID and password to continue using Adobe apps."If I then sign in, it's fine for the rest of that session, but as soon as I reboot, the whole process repeats, which is very annoying!Occasionally it will log in and stay logged in on next boot up, but most of the time it just logs straight out again as described.I've tried uninstalling Creative Cloud, deleting all its folders, and reinstalling it again, but no difference, it's still doing the same thing.Is

Hi All, I am getting a message evryday saying that CC needs to be reinstalled. I have been on with support twice now, done a clean uninstall and reinstall twice, but still getting the maessage as attached. Any ideas? Thank youJohn 

I just got a new Macbook Air and the CC desktop app won't work.  I've installed and uninstalled it several times, and on every install, it opens up and I can't click on anything.  It also won't quit unless I do a Force Quit.  Searching for info on what might be going wrong has been fruitless.  Any ideas about how I can fix it would be great!

downloaded applications in adobe cc are not displayed in the application library on my mac (big sur). 

Gday, migrating to a new macbook and having troubles with Illustrator, i understand i need rosetta and the updated version of illustrator however when i try to update or reinstall the CC desktop app is not working. can scroll through the menu's but cant click on anything? very strange and frustrating any advice?

Hi AllI am migrating from an increasingly unstable PC to a new one and wish to deactivate my old programs.I currently have the CS4 Collection suite and Photoshop CS6 installed, they may be getting old but they do all I require as I am not a commercial user. When I try to deactivate the programs I get they usual message about not being able to connect. I have turned off the Firewall, I don't use a Proxy and I can connect to the internet just fine. I have tried going into my Adobe account online and none of my Programs are listed as associated with my account so I can't log out of them there.Has anybody got any ideas on how to deactivate them so I can get shot of the old PC. I have managed to get all my programs working on the new PC but I want to be able to install them on my laptop as well, obviously this would exceed the number of allowed activations if I can't deactivate the old PC.

Im using windows 10, trying to use the Uninstall a program feature to delete 2019 and some 2020 adobe products (i`m a creative cloud subscriber). Howeve rwhen I uninstall attempt, nothing happens. I am attempting to uninstall one at a time, just showing how previous versions are taking up a lot of space here on the drive. 

Hi,I'm interested in learning about editing/writing my own scripts for After Effects CC 2018, but the I don't seem to have the Adobe Extendscript Toolkit available to download under my Creative Cloud App. Is there a reason for this, and if so are there any alternatives I could use?Thanks!

Hi everyone,   I've now got a new Windows 10 computer and after installing my GoLive 8.0 software, it is unable to be regsitered. Yes I know it's old but its a great and easy to work with program.   I've built a number of websites on the GoLive 8 platform and three of them are urgently needing updating and I need GoLive 8.0 to recognise the GoLive  8.0 files I built the websites with. I just can't use another program.   I've used the support chat inside my Adobe Account area and the person says the software is no longer supported and I should come to the community forums to get the answers. I can't imagine anyone here is going to help me register my GoLive 8.0 software but maybe he is right and someone here will be able to help me get it regsitered so I can use it.   When I purchased GoLive 8.0 the cost was for a perpetual licence. This is how Adobe sold the product. I was certinly NOT told it would expire one day and I would not be able to conitnue using it. &

Yesterday photoshop was lagging and in the morning none of the adobe apps would launch, so I uninstalled everything (same thing happened like 3-4 years ago, I use an external hard drive so my internal computer drive is not even halfway full) everything seems to be ok know with photoshop, illustrator, and lightroom, the problem is that now I can't install after effects nor media encoder it says not compatible. I have seen posts where they say to click the 3 stacked dot but no older version shows, I have contact adobe from my phone, email, and live chat since the morning no answer. Hello,Creative cloud just freezes once i open it, like i can move the window, but cant click on anything.Tried: uninstall, clean,repair, reinstall,installed the m1 version, restart device, cursing..nothing worked. 

I bought a creative suite package that includes Photoshop. I already had just the photography plan that included Photoshop. Will I have to get rid of the photoshop I had and download the new one from the new package? Thanks 

I purchased Lightroom 4.0 in 2012.  I recently got a new computer and am trying to download version 4 but I'm not seeing that option on Adobe site.  Lightroom 4.0 shows in my account as a product that I own.   Can anyone tell me how to download it?

Longtime listener, first time caller .... New MacbookPro and I just updated to Big Sur 1.2.3 as well as updated Premiere Pro to its latest version (2021) and now my projects that are in progress cannot open be opened for editing I get a warning that says, "You do not have permission to open the application Adobe Premiere Pro 2019" and tells me to "Contact your computer or network administrator for assistance" and now no clue what to do. Interestingly, I can open the project that I just created IF I do it through the Premiere Pro app. I can't open a saved version from a drive.

Hello,I just got the creative cloud and everything workes fine. But as I installed After Effects, it got stuck at 5% and then gave me error 176. I tried multiple things but nothing worked. And it's not an network drive.LGScraft08

As of yesterday, all CC apps crash when I got to print or save.  I tried to update the CC app but code the 1002 error code.  Unistalled CC app with the uninstaller, and re-installed.  Trying to update photoshop, illustrator.  Moving very slow.  Tried to print from Acrobat and Acrobat shut down as soon as I selected print. I need help.  Everything has stopped and it is bringing all my work to a total stop.

I have been using the Adobe Creative Cloud applications for almost 3 months now. Adobe properly charged my account in August and September. By chance I saw today that there was suddenly a problem with the third debit:    "There is a problem with your payment details. Help says when you go to the Help dropdown, you'll find the deactivate computer.  I've tried both in Creative Cloud and an app (PS), and there isn't an option to deactivate.  The instructions were from 2019 -- are there updated instructions?

Hi, My creative cloud app just constantly loads until I get this error message. 'Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from....(website link)' I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, with no difference. I have uninstalled all my CC apps, then uninstalled and reinstalled the CC app, and it made no changes. I'm on Windows and removed the contents of the OOBE folder in appdata, uninstalled and reinstalled CC and it made no difference. I now cannot use any of the apps and therefore cannot work. I can't find anything online to help me, does anyone know what is wrong or have anything for me to try? Thanks

I have tried this multiple times with the same result. I want to try PS and have gone through the installation process many times but the same thing keeps happening. Even tried restarting my macbook pro...no go as well. Every time I start the installation process, I get to the installation screen telling me that creative cloud is installing. I skip the survey questions and CC finishes installing...then the entire process just crashes. The DMG icon for PS disappears off my screen, and the file that is in the download folder disappears.  What's going on?
