HiI am having trouble installing 7 day free trial. Is my user name my name that comes up on adobe account or my email - and is the password the one from adobe account or something else? thank you - I just cannot get passed the username and password to finalise the installation. 

Tengo problemas para instalar en mi otra computadora creative cloud al iniciar sección. Intente con todo el apartado de ayuda que me brinda adobe. Pero no me funciona. tengo Windows 10 x64 actualizado a alguien más le a pasado? en mi Mac me inicia correctamente. Tenía entendido que podía iniciar cuenta en dos dispositivos. Igual intenté cerrando cuenta en mi Mac y desconectar ese computador de los servicios de adobe. Y aún así no me funciona AYUDA POR FAVOR GRACIAS 

Good evening from germany! I find myself in a predicament. I am trying to update or install any Adobe application however the Error Code 113 prevents me from doing any such action. I already browsed the forum and know it is a connection problem. Hallo,seit heute kommt bei jedem Start von LR oder PS die Meldung"zum Überprüfen der Lizenz ist Adobe Application Manager erforderlich,Die Anwendung ist jedoch beschädigt oder fehlt Laden Sie von Adobe Application Manager unter http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanader_deherunter!".gesagt getan, leider geht das nicht, mehrfache installation des Application Mangerbringen keine Abhilfe, Deinstallieren geht auch nicht es kommt die Meldung"Creative Cloud Desktop wird gerade verwendet und kann nicht installiert werden..."Was kann ich noch tun um dies Fehlermeldung loszuwerden?viele GrüßeMichael

Hello, I've been using photoshop CS5 for around eight years and recently updated my computer to Windows 10 after some hard drive issues. I now can't run CS5 even after running the application as an administrator and updating the compatibility version to Windows 8. I don't have the initial license key since it's been ten years since CS5 was installed on my computer and I can't find what email was used to register the software. What are my options here for reinstalling CS5 on my computer, can I find my license/registry key somewhere within the CS5 folders I have on my computer?

Hey! I've recently built a pc for my office and would like to transfer all of the preferences/shortcuts/presets/etc from my home computer. I was wondering what the best way to go about doing this would be. The programs that I would like to transfer are photoshop, lightroom, premiere pro, and after-effects. I don't need any of my old files or projects, I just need the programs themselves to function as they would on my home computer. This would be a transfer from windows 10 to another windows 10 machine. Please let me know if any more information is needed, thanks.

I have subscribed to creative cloud including photoshop. This message "testperiod ended" prevents me using photoshop which I can download but not use. Unfortunately Adobe Helpdesk is closed today. Can anyone help?

Ich hab auf meinem PC (Windows 10) die Version 2018 und will jetzt ein Upgrade auf 2021 durchführen.  Nach dem Einlegen der DVD wird die Installation durchgeführt und abgeschlossen, ohne dass z.B. nach der Seriennummer gefragt wird. Nach der Installation sind auf dem Desktop auch die entsprechenden Icons für 2021. Trotz Anklicken öffnen sich aber die Programme nicht. Die Icons für photoshop und premiere Elements 2018 sind ebenfalls noch auf dem Desktop und die alten Programme kann ich auch weiterhin öffnen.Was läuft falsch?

Hi, this problem is. not only with MAC. I Have a Mac with installed CC Apps and it works with Big Sur. But i have a Surface Book 3 also and i'm trying since yesterday to installt the CC Desktop App but no chance. There is a big issue with this damn bad software of Adobe. You getting worse every day.All other software solutions i could install it very well and works fine. Only Adobe Apps. Either the CC nor the standalone Apps.Get you arse move and solve that damn problem Adobe. You screw it up.

I've purchased Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2021 from Amazon but can't open on my microsoft computer

I'm using Adobe CS6 on a large 4K monitor using Win10 with a fancy graphics card. The Adobe toolbars, icons, and dialog boxes are very small; almost too small to read.I can obviously adjust the document size easily. I can change the monitor settings but I use a bunch of different programs concurrently. Is there a way to make the Adobe icons larger on screen?  Using Illustrator and Photoshoop.Ironic a vertor based programs don't have scaleable icons

I just got an alienware pc with a redeem code for photoshop, but when I put the code in, the install button doesn't work, I did find the photoshop update setup, but I can't us it as photoshop 0.7 doesn't exist on my computer.Any help please?

Bonjour à toutes et tous. J'utilise Lightroom 6 (CD acheté avec licence) sur mon Imac de bureau + sur mon macbook.Je viens de récupérer mon Mac Book de réparation (changement de carte mère) et viens donc de réinstaller Lightroom 6 sur celui-ci. En lancant l'application, Adobe m'indique que le logiciel est déjà installé sur deux ordinateurs, et que je ne peux pas l'utiliser sur mon MacBook. Je suis coincé car sur la version 6, il est impossible de désactiver à distance un compte. (J'ai tout de même 30 jours pour trouver une solution) Merci d'avance pour votre aide.J'ai également lu qu'un chat en ligne existait, que je tenterai la semaine prochaine. Bonne soirée,

What happen? Nobody dont test anything now? All qualified programmers faired? What? Im have issue with EACH apps im using. Photoshop glitched in each new version.Last one - issue with photoshop saving (cant save until swith off all layers except "background")Starting Premier - crash on start. Second launch - dont work. White screen instead viewport. Lightroom - crash on start. After it - "wrong catalog error" until im close photoshop (no any file from lr catalogs was opened in ps). After that - crash on start again. Or carsh on catalog update. And many many issue very often. Everywhre. Problems with rendering viewport everywhere, problem with memory leaks, problem with performance. Glitchs, crashes, etc. And its looks like its going worst and worst.  p.s. im have i7-8700k, 32gb RAM, SSD drives, 2080ti and _nothing_ and no such problems with other apps. Sorry my english. 

My new laptop does not have an optical drive, so I am trying to install CS4 via the downloads provided at https://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html. When I initiate the install, it defaults to installing in my user folder instead of the Program Files/Program Files (x86) folders. However, when I change the path to Program Files or Program Files (x86), I get a permissions error even though I'm using an admin profile. Every time I've installed CS4 from the disks, it defaulted to Progam files.  This is a brand new laptop and CS4 is the 3rd app I've attempted to install. The two before it were Chrome and Origin (game client), both defaulted to x86 & x64 and x86, respectively. Since it's Windows that decides where best to install something, other than changing the owner of my C drive to me, any ideas how I can get this installation to default to x86 or x64 ?
