Tonight i bought license for photoshop and have problem with opening file,not saw nothing like a window.See video.

The old PC died.  Can't deactivate CS6 on that PC because it won't boot.  To be more specific, only the system board was replaced.  The programs are still installed, but they refuse to load now.  Need Adobe to do it.  How do I contact Adobe to do this?  They've had to do this for me before, but apparently, I was able to find a phone number for this last time.

I am looking for Adobe Illustrator 2021 V25.4.1 (64-Bit). This is the last version that works with a software the company uses. I need a download file for this version please. Or does anyone know where I could find that version of Illustrator. I have tried to contacted support but they just open the AI bot and it never understands... HELP!

I rececived ertir mesdages when updating yje vloud softwsre AdobePCbroker so as recommended by Adobe i unistalked the Acrobat Pro  but when i reinstalled it abd entered the correct serial nimbet it states invalid serial number!i contacted support who infirm me its the correct serial number but as older software they cannot asdust me!!!! So i. have valid licensed software which durvti yhem i cannot use!! Dies anyone have a work around?

Hi my name is Richard Deighton. I had CS5, Acrobat Pro, and several other Adobe products installed on my souped-up power-house laptop that I did all my work on (at school and at home). Some A-hole stole it and I lost all my software and a week's worth of programming and thesis writing!!! I replaced it with a desktop that has a tape backup system and an ultrabook so I will never loose my important stuff again to some idiot. Anyway, thanks to your download policy I was able to recover my Adobe software and install it on my desktop. But, my ultrabook version of Acrobat pro just told me I must purchase the product because the serial number is already activated on two computers. I wish there was a way you could track down the serial numbers of the stolen products to catch the guy; but, I understand that's impossible. However, I am still stuck with a problem of getting a legitimate copy of my Adobe Products for my ultrabook so I can work at home. PLEASE HELP.Kindest regardsRichard D

I have a problem. One of my competitors is hacking my adobe  creative cloud constantly .This is what happens : 1) I am already signed in2) When I want to open a PDF or send a PDF for signature,I am asked to sign a second time  .If I say no, I am prevented from working with PDF's, and the window shuts off . If I say yes, I can go on , but then when I check on active sessions,I see a new computer listed . It has a ID and a location. So I terminate the new unrecognzied session, change my password , and go back to work. Just five minutes later, a  new window  opens again and asks me to sign in again and the whole process starts anew. I must have changed my passord 10 times yesterday.3) Does anyone know how I can stop this ?Also I know who is doing it. Does anyone know how to trace those guys so I can take them to court? Hello, I was previously successfully able to install some of the Creative Cloud apps at an external SS (Samsung T7, formatted to APFS).I temporarily uninstalled Creative Cloud desktop app, reinstalled, and now I am getting an error when trying to install apps on the SSD. Is this a temporary issue in between updates? The SSD Drive has plenty of space. I am on a 2019 Intel Macbook Pro Sonoma (latest OS). Thank you!

I paid for a year subscription to the 20gb photographers plan. The payment says it went through on the but doesn't show up in my purchase history in adobe. any solution please ?? 

More specifically, can I still get the products back if the products are linked to the device, not the account itself?  I gained access to Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop through my school adding my laptop to their list of devices using Adobe products. Will this connection go away somehow if I factory reset my laptop? Or can I re-download them once my laptop is in proper condition again? I know that my files would be reset so I'm saving them somewhere else, I just want to know if I will be able to gain access to the software again.

I forgot my password and I'm trying to recover it (the only reason I can even access my account is through the link in Premiere Pro) so I can export a project I made. Unfortunately, I associated my account with my college email and didn't switch it to my current email before it was deactivated, and it's the same deal with my phone number (I got a new number and forgot to update that too) so I can't get the verification code to change/recover my password through those means. Is there any other way to change/recover a password? If not, is there a way to export things from Premiere Pro without it? I really don't want to make a new account and start from scratch. *Btw I only selected the "Installation" topic because you're not allowed to post something without a topic tag thing, and this is a post for the "Download & Install" discussion so it seemed most relevant.

I'm trying to install  the Creative Cloud Desktop application and I'm  getting this error message: Installer was unable to access a critical file/directory. Error Code:46Please try reinstalling  again.Well, I have tried at least 5 times, and the same error message pops up each time.What am I doing wrong? I'd would greatly appreciate your help.

Hi guys, Completely removed CC the other day after a successful trial and now I get this, usually not long after start up:  Tried running the Adobe Cloud removal tool but the issue persists. I notice I still have 2x Adobe start up entires set to run in the background - related maybe? Thoughts?

My computer has a 128 GB SSD which is the C drive.  And it has a 1 TB regular hard drive which is the D drive.  I'm trying to install Photoshop.  I have it set to install to the D drive, but I keep getting an installation failed message with an error code of 120.  It says insufficient disk space. There is more than enough room on the D drive. Please help.

Hi, I have Creative Suite 5.5 installed on the same computer. After reinstalling Windows and installing Creative Suite 5.5, a window appears about the installation limit used. Is it possible to release the serial number so that it can be recovered?

Jetzt habe ich vor ein paar Tagen alle Applikationen gekauft, kann sie aber nicht installieren....Mir wird jedesmal angezeigt das ich sie nur testen kann oder das meine Testzeit abgelaufen ist....in meinem Konto habe ich bereits auch nachgesehen und dort befindet sich auch kein Hinweis das ich bereits ein Abo habe.. Dennoch habe ich von meinem PayPal Konto eine Bestätigung über die Bestellung bekommen.Woran liegt es das ich die Programme nicht installieren kann?

I just purchased a standalone version of Lightroom 6 full install in a retail box and am attempting to install it on a Windows machine.The installer program is a displaying a screen with 6 small boxes where I am to enter the serial number.  The read me file on the supplied DVD says "You can find the 24-digit serial number (e.g. 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000) on the back cover of your DVD holder".  I assume that means the white paper envelope that contained the DVD.There is no 24 digit number on the envelope.  The back of the envelope contains a small sticker on the bottom right corner with two lines.- The first line contains an eight digit number beginning with the number 9.- The second line contains a mix of 30 letters and special characters beginning with DVS/A,LTRM,6.0, etc(I did not supply the full set of characters incase it is a unique code for this DVD.  Please let me know if more is needed.)The install program will not accept alpha characters, only numbers.&

Hi.I need to install Photoshop and Lightroom CS6 on a new PC and new system.Products were legally obtained and registered a long time ago on my Adobe account by now my product list is empty.I lost my PS key but I have the key to LR... but I can't register it now because my license has been used (message after trying to register).Of course, I use this key long time ago but as I said, the product list is now empty. 

Hoping someone may shed some light on this issue. I have photoshop elements and premier elements 14 (disk version-in case that makes a difference). I just opened them and put them on my (brand new) computer a couple weeks ago. I was able to download them, entered the activation code from inside the box, was given a serial number. Then when I went to log in, it tells me the serial number is expired. I have reached out to adobe, who just pushes me off to someone else, and then claims I need to take it up with Best Buy (where it was purchased from). When talking to Best Buy, they seem to want to help, but they say it's an adobe issue. I have been told numerous reasons, but never the same reason twice. I realize some of this is on me for not loading the software sooner, had I know it would "expire" I would have. But, I still don't understand why I can't use the software, I feel like adobe could do something. Does anyone have any insight if this should be able to work?
