A stupid question I know and probably has a very simple answer.I am trying to create a sitemap and do loads of site checks to improve my search ranking which is dropping almost daily.So how can I find the total number of pages that I have created on my site www.ultimate-top-trumps.co.uk?Thanks in advance!

Dreamweaver hangs while loading. Sometimes says Loading Site Cache but not always. Using very little CPU, some netword. Files are on remote server through VPN. It has always been slow but this is catastrophic.Should I uninstall and reinstall?

We started using an AWS server to host our images. It is accessible from anywhere, not limited to our network. But DW doesn't show the hosted images in Design View. It shows them in Live View. No other server ever had this problem with DW. How to fix that? I tried deleting DW's cache, but it did nothing.

Dreamweaver USED to keep the server's file modification date when it downloaded a file. That is, if you had a file dated 1/1/22 at 3:00pm and downloaded it on 5/10/22, the local file would be dated 1/1/22. Now it just takes today's date. Why did this change happen? This is using version 21.2 in Windows 10.

Hello I install the new CC2017 Dreamweaver and now when I open de FTP screen there are no more date's to see.Is there a option or Preferences for to turn it on?With kind regards,Dick Medema

Hi Guys,I want to toss something out there for discussion.  Typically page related CSS is placed in a file called styles or something similar.  I'm a bit more picky.  Because of my programming and database background I like to compartmentalize my CSS.  To me styles are those page elements that have been given a name either by ID or Class.  There are still a bunch of others that are not given a name. body, html and the list continues.  I plan on putting those types of elements into their own CSS file but I'm gaving difficulty chosing a name for that file.  I would appreciate any suggestions you might have.   Thanks in advance.

Hello, "File not accessible" error suddenly appeared with DW 21.2 and Windows 11. I like to use an external drive. (Sorry, but I antiquated. I find this easier to switch between laptops, desktops, and when I am working say on a flight and have no access to remote files on Internet). Suddenly started getting messages that various dwsybc.xml files were "file not accessible", so deleted them all; uninstalled DW; and reinstalled. Then kept getting message that whatever file was open was also "file not accessible". Checked all permissions numerous times, but no joy. Eventually copied entire site folder from external drive onto root drive. Did this on two different laptops, one under Windows 10, other under Windows 11. Root folder sites now working all hunky dory on both. But when try to work on external drive, then Windows 10 laptop seems to continue working OK, but Windows 11 one does not.  There are no issues on Windows 11 plus extern

I'm using Dreamweaver 2021 and I'm trying to manipulate a hotspot that someone already created, however,  I can't select the hotspot. I can make it display briefly as an outline, and that's it. Additionally, I can't create new ones either. I can name an image map, but when I click on the mapping buttons, they're unresponsive. Is there some setting I need to adjust? I'm used to a really old version and this is my first time using this one. I'm just really unsure as to why this wouldn't be working out of the box.

I'm on a Mac with the latest version of DW. After resetting preferences to no avail, restarting my mac, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I continue to experience the following: 1) Trying to open any menu with a click does nothing. If I double-click, I'll see the menu appear briefly but I don't have the opportunity to actually select a menu item or have the menu persist.2) Moving my cursor into the code in code view isn't predictable. For instance, I can click between two empty paragraph brackets and it'll select the > of the first p tag and the < of the second. It's not letting me simply click within and start typing.3) Trying to select lines of code sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Any ideas? This was working just fine for hours this morning and then noon hits and chaos ensues. 

DW has a feature of automatically push files to testing server. Then, is there any functionality of the converse: when a file in a testing server is updated, it will automatically download and update a file in the local?

I am running CS6 Design and Web premium.  Dreamweaver and Photoshop interfaces look extremely small on my large 2560 x 1080 dell monitors.   How do I enlarge the interfaces?  Its very hard to use these this small.

Hello all, I've been Googling about with no real success. My client has been using CushyCMS to make edits to content on the site I created. It appears CushyCMS is no longer running. Both the client and I have been unable to edit, we just get an error code. Is there a simple CMS solution out there? Nothing fancy, just enough for the client to make the occasional update. Thanks for any guidance, Dave

Essentially I was trying to add a media query for an assignment and switched tabs to see what exactly to add now I can't seem to interact with Dreamweaver at all. Like I can not even close it

I have a web site made in Word Press, and I want to move it to Dreamweaver and continue editing it, developing it, from Dreamweaver. Can anyone advise the process how this is done.   Thanks

Just upgraded to Monteray and 21.2. Open/Preview in browser no longer works, no matter what setting I have clicked it does nothing. No errors just nothing. Have deleted all browsers from the list and added them again, no diference.Same from the file menu or from the right click on a tab. I can create a temporary file if that is clicked but that's hardly practical every time I want to preview something.

Hi, If col-12 is changed to col-8, the content block is shifting to the left, even though the content within is centered. I would like this content block to maintain its appearance at the "col-8" width, but to be centered on the web page.Not sure how I can do that? I have a detailed header image on my site, but when viewed on a smartphone, it is too small to see. I have a simpler image that I would like to display when viewed on a mobile device. Is it possible to automatically switch images? www.winvoices.com

I'm having problems opening large files of 1mb or greater to edit on this new version of Dreamweaver.  My older version wasn't muc of a problem.
