Okay, so I get my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription through Work, but I pay for Photoshop monthly on my personal account since it is not a work expense.I work from home and need to be able to use both Photoshop, and Acrobat during the day.Each time I use one of the other I have to keep signing out and signing into the other account. All I need is to be able to sign in to Photoshop with my Personal account, and Acrobat with my work account simultateously on the same computer.Why is this not allowed if both accounts are licensed?

Hi, We are struggling with UPIA command line error like:'Request failed with status = -641'.We often use CLI and there are cases when we don't know what happened and how to deal with it.According to KB:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-common-addon-installation-issues.htmlThis error occurs when you are trying to install extensions or plugins using commands with sudo on the Universal Plugin Installer Agent (UPIA) command-line tool. To fix this issue, open the Creative Cloud desktop app. Then try installing your extension or plugin. So above states that we use sudo, but not true at all. We try to open Creative Cloud desktop app, and partially it fixes a lot of these '-641', but there is something more. We want to tell our clients what have to do in these cases, but we don't know what extra activity we have to fulfill to let the UPIA install or list our plugins.At this moment we let the CC update itself so waiting for updates is a blocker to instal

Any idea how to enable Syncing for a Teams user account?? I want to sync files from my old individual Adobe license to my new Teams user account. But the new user account appears to have no syncing rights and I can’t find out how to enable that. When I log in to Creative Cloud desktop app with old account I can click File > Open Sync Folder and save the files to computer. But when I log into the app with the teams user account, I can't click Open Sync Folder.In File > Preferences > Syncing, I get this message: You don’t have access to manage preferences for Syncing. With the individual account I have syncing rights and with the Teams user account not, so it’s not about Admin rights on the computer. I tried all the below:Log into Teams admin account to try and find a way to get this user account syncing rigths: I did not find itlog out and back into Creative cloud desktop applog out of Adobe account in browsersI tried this solution:https://helpx.adobe.com/cr

We are a school district with CC a enterprise license, I have mostly Mac computers so my CC installer is on my Mac.  However I need to create an install package to put Acrobat Pro on a PC.  Can I do this using the packager on my Mac.

I am planning to remove local storage and move fully into the cloud for a team of 8 graphic designers - maybe also motion designers. Can I configure cloud storage to be used as a "Team server" - so that it’s possible to create a common folder with customer projects from A-Z?

School Administrators can now connect their Adobe Admin Console to Clever or Classlink to make top-down deployment easier. With just a few clicks, administrators can sync user account creation and product licensing. Integrating with Clever or Classlink also enables Adobe role ingestion to accurately tag accounts as teacher or student roles.  After initiating a sync, student accounts will be created, and Adobe Express licenses will be entitled based on the rostering setting in District Portals.   Learn more about how you can configure roster sync.

Hello, this is probably a silly question, but is it possible to pre-install Photoshop onto the classroom computers for my students? Or would I need to walk them through logging in and downloading the program individually?  If so, then were a student to switch computers for whatever reason, would they have to go through the process of redownloading each time?  Thanks for your help! I'm new the cloud format and am just trying to figure it out.

Mir geht es gerade ähnlich, versuche seit dem 8. August unsere Lizenz zu verlängern. Ich wüsste auch mal gern, warum das so kompliziert ist und man gerade zu darum betteln muss, etwas kaufen zu dürfen. Nicht gerade kundenfreundlich! Abgesehen davon, wer wohl die Zeit bezahlt, die ich dafür benötige oder wenn demnächst der Betrieb nicht mehr arbeiten kann. Ich hoffe, Du konntest dein Problem lösen - ich bleibe weiterhin am Ball 😉

Hallo,wenn ich ein Cloud Abo for Teams habe, 2 Abonnenten im Büro, jeder hat noch seinen Homeoffice PC sowie einen Laptop  für Präsentationen - kann ich die Software da jeweils auch auf diesen  Geräten installieren und ohne dass ich einen Lizenzverstoß begehe? Alos nur jeweils für diesen User?mfg

My AUSST stops downloading at 175 files. I let it sit for 3 days and it never progressed or stopped. Your documentation states that AUSST log files are in Windows/Temp but there are no AUSST log files there. There are AdobeARM and AdobeGC logs in there but no AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.log

I need to see how many users are actively using the subscription Adobe Acrobat so that I an effectively manage the licenses.  There is no reporting capability, or at least none that I can find.  When will we have access to these reporting capabilities?  

Hello!By mistake I bought Illustrator through Business plan. I added my email to be an authorized account to download Illustrator. What's happening is: I don't know where I can update Illustrator. When I open it on my computer it always displays the "expiration message".Can anyone help me, please? Thank you.

Therefore, we badly need to clarify information if there are any country restrictions for Adobe products in use? Are those specialists allowed to use licenses in Poland, which were purchased locally in Ukraine through VIP program?Also, our company has branches in Poland, Bulgaria, Brazil... Should we purchase licenses separately in each country or in one of these countries?We find answers by ourselves, but information looks somewhat doubtful and questionable, that is why we decided to address you for advice. My school offers the adobe-programs on the school-owned computers. To be able to use those you do however need to log into you adobe-account evertyime you open any adobe program on these computers, although you simply need a log-in an can access the adobe programs even without having a subscription of your own. I would like to buy the adobe-package to be able to use the programs on my personal computer, which I then would be using the same adobe-account for as on the school computers. Would buying the package with my already existing adobe-account, meaning using the same log-in for the school computers as for my own, cause a problem? Is the fact that I currently for free can log in on with my adobe-account and use the programs on the school-owned computer something that could be disturbed by me buying my own subsciption with the same log-in? Unser Problem ist, das immer zuerst die Creative Cloud auf den Clients installiert werden muss, damit der jeweilige Nutzer sein lizenziertes Programm (Indesign oder Photoshop) installieren kann. Zur Installation der  Creative Cloud benötigt der Nutzer des Clients bei uns Administratorrechte, die er nicht hat. Wir würden die Programme Indesign oder Photoshop lieber per SCCM paketieren und so auf die entsprechenden Clients verteilen.

I had canceled a Photoshop plan on my enterprise account in April, because I got myself All Creative Cloud Apps subscription on my personal account. I have still been charged up until now for my Photoshop plan which I have received a confirmation e-mail for when I cancelled it. Now it says that I have a Photoshop plan, but there’s no way to cancel it. I have tried the chat bot and I called the help line.I could barely hear the person on the other side of the line, I could hear my voice echoing back to myself louder then theirs, not mentioning the constant background noise. I tried to spell out my e-mail 3 times but they kept telling me I am not in the system and don’t have a plan. I was on another line earlier, with a very helpful person who told me that they found my account and can see that I have an enterprise plan and they will redirect me to the relevant line to handle this with all of the info. The documentation for the user management api details adding an AdobeID, and creating EnterpriseID or FederatedID.  All my user accounts are of the identity type: BusinessID when viewed in the web console, but userType: adobeID when returned from the get user UMAPI endpoint.  When creating a new user via the UMAPI - am I supposed to add an AdobeID, create an EnterpriseID, or is there an undocumented endpoint for creating a BusinessID user account?  I've tried creating a test user with the "do" action of "createBusinessID", but recieved a 400 bad request.  The UMAPI seems to be neglected what with the deprecated endpoints with no replacements, the notification stating that an update will be provided by end of 2017, and the Github samples dating to 2017/18 (assuming when the UMAPI was created).

When I log into my Adobe Developer Account Console, it lists me as a "User" (not as "Administrator") and does not provide a place to Add/Manage Users to the account.
