Buenos dias equipo Adobe.Mi nombre es Lloyd William Smith y soy un estudiante universitario.El motivo de este mensaje es que inicié una cuenta Adobe como un estudiante este mes de junio que se ha pagado por tres meses. Y puse como mi empresa Chapman UniversityLa cual es la universidad que estoy atendiendo actualmente.Este semestre escolar la Universidad nos ha dado a cada estudiante una cuenta Adobe de empresa la cual es pagada por las clases que tomamos.Al oír esto quiero cancelar mi cuenta de Adobe de estudiante ya que la Universidad me proporciona una cuenta ya.Pero al cancelar la cuenta me exigen pagar un cargo de cancelación de $90Aunque en mi situación yo no estaré parando de usar sus aplicaciónes.Podrían arreglar mi cuenta para que no realice este cargo ya que solo quiero cambiar de un plan a otro estoy usando el mismo correo en abas cuentas.Confio en su honestidad y esperó que puedan solucionar mi problema.

Whenever I get invited to cc library, I never get access to it in the adobe applications. It shows in the browser thought. But I can't access it in the applications. For an odd reason and after couple of days, one of the libraries showed in the application but the other one won't.  I get these two error messages

Hi and thanks for any help. I am a teahcer and was added as an admin to a user group that should have access to student accounts which has all the prorams. Most of the students login and it works, but many login and it still says trial. I've logged them out. I deleted cookies. I've restarted computers. I removed and readded them in the Adobe Admin account. I don't know what to do. Thanks

Hi This qn  has been asked several times and adobe is clearly ignoring the same. Is there any option to check the usage statistics of a creative cloud app? I would really like to see if my employees are actually using the product that we bought for them.

Admins out there, how do you delegate ownership of important assets/libraries in your organization? I realize that with the new Admin storage features, it is easy to re-delegate access to assets from deactivated user accounts, etc. I know how to do that. The main issue we're having is with a user not wanting to be the owner of certain assets/libraries. She would like IT to create an IT-controlled account that the assets are assigned to and have us delegate access from there. What is your practice? I wonder, in most organizations, do they create a separate account to manage important libraries/assets or are they usually assigned directly to a user?

A recent change to our Adobe logins has caused so many issues with Libraries.Adobe for Enterprise - when now logging in, you get asked to choose a profile, company profile or personal profile. For some reason Adobe have added a new profile to all our accounts, however all of our existing Collab Libraries are connected to our personal profile. Having looked through all the online help, Adobe say to export the library from personal and import into company profile. The MAJOR issue with this is then the 'Shared' library is no longer 'Shared' and you will not receive any updates any of your team make to the library. WELL DONE ADOBE!! The only way forward I can see is to get all my teams to remove themselves from the Libraries (for which we have approx 50 - All individual client based) for myself to re-invite them, making sure they are on the company profile when accepting the invite. We also have Libraries that one of our Client's external agency has invited us to, for which we ar

Hey everyone, I am currently still enrolled in the student program for Adobe CC, but my enrollment at university ends today/tomorrow. I tried to migrate my assets as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/migrate-student-assets.html, but when I go to https://graduation.adobe.com/ and type in my university's mail address (the one my student account runs on), then I get the error message: (roughly translated from German) "Personal accounts are not being supported, use a company's or university's account instead to use this service." ...which is what I am already doing. Can anyone help me?

Hello, I am Being charged even without any plans, subscriptions or card details entered. There is nothing left me for to cancel so I think someone is using my card. I purchased CC all apps today but in my account it's still showing "Try or Buy" against apps. It is also only showingthe old renewal amount for only Adobe Acrobat.

Hello, I recently got a Macbook Pro 64gb with the M1 Max chip specifically for video and image editing. I transferred the data from my old mac to the new one using Migration Asssitant. I attempted to install my Adobe apps through the creative cloud app and only a handfull of apps are available to download when I have access to the entire suite through my student enterprise account. When I attempt to download the apps through the web link, it brings up the CC app but doesn't install the app at all. I can't contact Adobe support directly because it's an enterprise account and my school administrator doesn't know what's wrong. I uninstalled and reinstalled using the CC uninstaller and the Cloud Cleaner multiple times along with restarting my system.The only amount of progress that I've made is creating a seperate admin account and downloading the photoshop app through there, which in turn downloaded the cloud app. This did download photoshop and also gave me access to al my other app

I'm looking to get an IMac to start my graphic design degree however this would be on a budget so ideally looking for a cheaper option rather than buying the brand new ones , therefore looking at older models. which is the oldest mac that still can update to use the newest versions of creative cloud?I've been looking at 2015 iMacs but not sure if they can update enoughthanks 

Hallo zusammen,  wir haben intern den Adobe Update Server aufgebaut und getestet. Bei den Tests ist aufgefallen, das eine Meldung über ein Zertifikat erscheint. Der Server ist Zertifiziert. Bei dem erscheinenden "Zertifikatsfehler" ist auch kein Zertifizierungspfad einsehbar. Leider wissen wir hier nicht weiter und können nicht erklären woher diese Meldung kommt. Screenshots der Meldung sind angehangen. Wir hoffen Sie können uns hier weiterhelfen. Vielleicht weiß jemadn was es damit auf sich hat. Vorab schonmal Danke und Grüße

Hi all. Nice reaching you. So, i am now in a company that uses and needs to renew the Creative Cloud license for enterprise. In my country, there is an authorized reseller that for what i can see, charges in one payment and 25% more expensive. However, i am looking at the regions and countries for every location and my country doesnt appear. Is it correct if i buy directly from Adobe.com and avoid this expensive middle man?Thanks a lot!
