Not sure if there is a solution to this, but will lay it out. I had an Enterprise account through my college, but changed the associated email to my personal email for convenience. I graduated and was trying to migrate assets (including an Adobe Portfolio site) to a new professional email, but portfolio support is unable to assist as it is supposedly still an Enterprise Account. The email does not register as being associated with an organization though, because it is not an edu, so I can't use the migration portal. I also cannot change the associated email back to my edu email. Is there anything I can do to recover my site to my new account? I have already paid for creative cloud and do not want to repurchase it if I won't be able to migrate the site either way.

I been having some problems with CC cause it doesn't let me use the apps that I already have and paid for. i don't know what's going on. Have any of you this problem too? I have a student plan, idk if that's relevant.

I imported a .csv file of new users.Site gave a "Successful" notification.No accounts were created. Any clues?

I read online that Aero can export to USDZ but when I select export I only get Aero export or PNG?Has this capability been removed?

I called just 20 minutes ago and got hung up on when I was trying to explain something. This rep did not ask me for a call back number, give me her name or attempt to ask me of account information relevant to the issue. I have worked in IT for 22 years, worked in various call centers and we always strived to help the customer through whatever problem they faced... But this.. I have called Adobe CS several times, 10+ and it's always Do we have an account rep? We pay you guys $8k a month can we get special help? I'm not trying to cut in front, I'm saying WE HAVE A LARGE ACCOUNT AND IT'S COMPLICATED. They never give me a proactive solution, I have to pull it out like their not used to Enterprise accounts OR they don't have a L2 OR L3 Techs/Engineers. Don't get me started on Account reps. recently users are no longer able to self update creative cloud, i have downloaded the package from the adobe admin console website with the option to all self updating and installing yet users still can not update when its installed. i found if i right click and "run as admin" the creative cloud it updates. anyone else find this happening?

Currently in adobe password policy if we made any change in password policy it will apply to all adobe id users. In our organization few adobe id users need to change the password in 60 days and few users need not to change password ever. So we want to categorize the password policy for different categories of users. Please add this feature to adobe. This will help in security for different organization users.

Hi there!Since yesterday people in my office can't use Creative Cloud files anymore. The desktop syncing isn't working and, when we try to access the web version (https://assets.adobe.com/files/), we get an error: "Unable to load assets. Error occurred while loading assets. Try visiting this page later. - Something went wrong". See attachment.Cloud XD documents aren't syncing either.  Is there currently a server problem? We're in Italy. Thank you.-Matteo

 Dear, I would like you to help me. We accidentally deleted our package - Creative Cloud All Apps Annual Plan, Paid Monthly. I would like to ask you to activate it back for us. The problem was that we did not receive a new credit card for a long time. this has now been fixed and we would like to ask that this package be activated and that everything will work again, 

Why does this keep happening? What does this mean? Been going on a few weeks now.   

Would a licence need to be purchased if the Myriad pro font was distributed onto a 3rd party windows machine through a business solution we are planning, but not used. Bearing in mind that we have an active Creative Cloud solution in the business.

I recently made a new adobe account for a user, she has been using it fine - adding herself into the license pool and taking herself back out when finished.She keeps receiving these emails however saying that "Your users have not received their invites" I have checked her adobe account and her email is verified, everything is in order - why would she keep getting these emails? Any help appreciated.

I'm trying to remove all Adobe software silently on our campus windows machines.  I can acheive this with the creative cloud cleaner tool with one problem, it does not remove start menu shortcuts.  Most of our end users don't have admin credentials, which are required to delete these shortcuts.  It's difficult to delete these with a script since we do not know which products and what versions of those products the user has installed. Does anyone else have a good method to completely remove adobe products silently?

I'm trying to install Adobe CC on my new Windows 11 laptop, but to no avail. Whenever I enter my enterprise e-mail address, a new window opens for Enterprise Login. However, this window stays blank. I've tried everything I could find: the Adobe help page for blank screens, uninstalling IE mode, reinstalling IE mode, changing the Windows Internet Options to enable everything... Nothing works, and I'm at the end of my wits. What can I do to fix this?
