I have an application set up which has all OAuth scopes enabled with the modifier "Account" ("Self" was also tested). The call is made as follows:new WebhooksApi(apiClient).createWebhook(authorization, webhookInfo, null, null);However, I always get the following error:{"code": "PERMISSION_DENIED","message": "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation"}Can anyone tell me what permissions are still needed? About the online swagger client I had the problem also already, mostly however it goes.

Hello, I am trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps with feature restricted licensing on a newly imaged Win 10 laptop, which meets all system requirements. The laptop is running Win 10 21H1. Around 30 minutes into the installation the process fails and what I can find so far is this: "The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (107).Stopping the installation process." Any help would be appreciated.

Olá, tenho um Macbook Pro e recentemente instalei o Parallels para poder rodar o Windows. Baixei o Creative Cloud e tenho o plano completo de todos os apps. Porém, só consegui instalar Photoshop e Lightroom, alegando que não é possível instalar o Illustrator, por exemplo, dizendo que não está disponível para o dispositivo. Quando acesso o programa da Creative Cloud não aparece o Illustrator como uma opção para baixar (só Lightroom e Photoshop). Só apareceu o botão Instalar quando acessei pelo navegador, mas ainda assim disse que não está disponível para meu dispositivo.O que faço para solucionar esse problema? 

Hi, I am the Adobe license administrator for my company and I also use some of these licenses. I use a "master" account to purchase licenses and assign them to individual logins (including mine). I recently purchased a one year license to Lightroom (payment accepted, invoice received) but this time I did it directly through my individual login. The problem: I still only have access to the licenses assigned by the "Master" account but not to this new one. I understand that if the Lightroom license is not taken by the "master" account and then attributed, I can't have access to it. Which is not good since I use the same login and paid in full... Can you help me?

Hi all,It appears the latest Acrobat update installs an extension for Google Chrome. Is there any way to prevent this?I am aware that it would be possible to block the extension using the "Configured extension blacklist" Google Chrome group policy, but I don't want to block it entirely, just prevent it from installing automatically.

Hello,I have a question about the users, If a user is currently licensed and i happen to remove them do they lose all the files they have saved in adobe creative cloud. I am assuming it will interupt them using the application but i am just wondering about files or anything else. If I re-license them can they just use the same credentials to get back in with no errors?I am just curious since i have to do a mass export and a mass import of users and it makes more sense to remove everyone and then re-add them everyone since even the people i am removing are part of the import since they are ont he new list as well. It is a lot to expalin but i am just wondering. But i am hearing they want to keep current users and not to remove them. it will create more work to not remove current users if that makes sense. i will have to look through two spreadsheets. thank you. Thank you. 

Hi one of our users is locked out of their Adobe account which they have stored cloud data in that they need to retrieve, unfortunately they log in with an email address that no longer exists at its host, the email address was once a Gmail business address using a custom domain. When logging into Adobe it redirects them to Google to login but this just states the account no longer exists. This is expected I suppose but there isn't any option to recover access to the Adobe account or unlink it from Google, the only option is to reset the password but this is no use as it sends a verfication code to the email address that doesnt exist... I've been on the phone ad web chats with Adobe support for a fair few hours today and have not made an progress in recovering the account, has anyone managed to resolve the same issue? Thanks.

Oh my days, so loading up today Adobe have now seperated my account into two, one business which is all the CC apps that my company provides for me as a standard and now my Personal Account under the same business address that covers my substance subscriptions as this is specific to my team and payed for by company card. The issue is i can no longer access all the apps at once, before this I could run substance and photoshop for example at the same time, now if i say need to make a texture and bring it into substance I have to close substance sign out, sign back in choose business account laod photoshop, do my business, save, close photoshop sign out, sign in choose personal then load substance. WHAT THE FRICK ADOBE? Can we please have the old way back ASAP this has destroyed my work flow! Or allow both accounts to be logged in at once, i mean its just one account with a business option and a personal option. Sorry to rant but this has screwed my design pipeline!

We currently have 2 organizations on our Adobe account and we would like to migrate the named users from one organization to the other.Is this possible and if so, do we need to prepare licenses on the organization who'll receive the new users? 

I had an all apps plan then set up a teams account to give two licenses of premiere to my editors now half of my apps including premiere say I need to start a trial. Any leads here? 

I can't access software distribution or adobe experience manager or admin console. And my organisation Id is displaying as undefined. (Picture was removed by the moderator)

Since the changes to the team's adobe sign in on Monday 18 July, the Adobe Acrobat Pro app has been deactivated on my computer and I can't access Admin Console to check. I am the administrator. I think I have been allocated a personal profile but should have a business profile as I manage two licenses on the Admin Console platform. I don't know how to fix the problem - can anyone help me? Hello, We have three full creative cloud licenses with a total Storage of 3GB. However, I use most of it due to our team workflow. I am at 1TB, and the other two licenses far below that. How can I use change the user quotas so that I can access lets say 2.5TB and the other two 250gb each? Best Martin

When we start to use "Acrobat for Teams", Teams requires MS365 administrator's approval.This approval is to make an "Enterprise Application" includes "Graph APIs" into AzureAD/Microsoft 365. Our MS365 administrator requires to know the "Graph APIs" for "Acrobat for Teams".  Could you please let me know what Graph APIs will be registered into AzureAD/MS365 to make "Enterprise Application" of "Acrobat for Teams" ?

I have an issue with Adobe CC desktop (Mac version). It doesn't sync nor updates the files nor I can install/uninstall Adobe Applications. I re-install it and I restart my mac but the same issue is still there. I am looking for your advice.

Since yesterday I am having problems logging into my Admin Console where all the VIPs contracted by our University are located.We have tried with different browsers, different operating systems, different internet providers and the problem persists.I hope you can help me. Thank you! 

Hello, Hope you're all doing good. I'm using an Adobe for Entreprise subscription.. Had access to almost all apps and services but recently I started having some issues with my account starting with :- Behance: Found a new behance profile ( the username is based on my Adobe ID ) and it's empty.. the problem is that my main Behance profile is linked to the same Adobe ID and now I don't have access to it. - Some services like Adobe Fonts : when I try to open the website and login, I get ( sometimes ) an Access Denied error.. seems like I can't use the service via my subscription, and had the same error when I tried to login to behance too ( Meaning I can't login to neither the old profile, nor the new fresh one). I'll attach a picture of the error.  Thank you in advance. Greetings, Zaki.

The Libraries are working locally but not syncing to cloud - not good when 12 people are using the same libraries and store files there. Any help with this will be appreciated!!!

Hi, I need to provide Adobe Acrobat to a team of users. Our usage is infrequent, and we never have concurrent usage, so what I'm looking for is the ability to buy a single license and share it between ~15 or so users on a network license basis. We do this for a number of other applications such as CAD, MathCAD, Rhino/Orca etc. etc. Can I achieve this via a Creative Cloud team subscription? Many thanks,Paul

I need to send an email to multiple people using the POST Aggreements and I only need one of them to sign. Hi! I lost access via my enterprise ID log-in (University of Edinburg). My local IT has been contacted multiple times and tried to assist without success. I have since created a free account using my work email - but I need access to my premium account via the enterprise ID because all my projects are saved there, and I cannot access them (I need to access them urgently). The error message when logging on via School account (enterprise ID) says:Access Denied.You do not have access to this service.Contact your IT administrator to gain access or sign in with Adobe ID.  This is a message that pops in for all Aboebe services, not just Express CC when I try to log in using my School Account.  I'm logged on to my EASE (my school's account credentials) and to our VPN network. I have tried different browsers and incognito mode, and it always comes back with this message. It has been an issue for over a month now. Can someone please help? Iwona  &nbs

Hi, I dont want to remove Adobe Reader when installing Acrobat DC. I used the Adobe customization tool and unchecked "Remove all versions of reader" which set REMOVE_PREVIOUS_READER property to "No" but when i install Acrobat DC using setup.exe, it is removing reader. What am I missing? Is there anything else that I should be doing to prevent Reader from getting removed?
