Hi, my renewal period is up and payment is processed, but there's no way to remove lisences or to contact support - links to it loop endlessly withtout any actual contact channel. Is this an intentional scam or imcompetence?

I made a account with my high school email and Purchase the account with all apps while I start it up it start start free trial but only last 7 day but right next to it in gray with text of Contact your administrator. Does that mean I didn't buy the plan and while I checked my account payment plans it does not say anything. Even when I try to look at my administration account it will  not allow me also does this mean I got to contact my school administrator 

So i went to add an adobe user like i have many times before. Put in their email, they are federeated and detected as such. Then i try and click add and today it says "something went wrong while saving". How do i troubleshoot this? Can you give me a real error or an error log or something? How the heck am i supposed to know whats wrong with it if you dont give me any information! I dont know how long it has been broken for, but i did put in a user last month.... 

I work for a public University. When Personal/Business profiles were introduced last month, I selected the Business profile for my Lightroom assests (approximately 85,000 images/1.7 TB). These images are owned by the University, not me. The problem is,  I'm now getting a warning message in Lightroom that my cloud storage is full.  I only have 100 MB of storage space. I spoke with our University plan administrator who tells me the University has 40 TB of cloud space with Adobe, but he has no way to allocate it to individual users. Thus our campus is only using around 3 TB, as all of the users are limited 100 MB. Adobe has been ZERO help in resolving this issue. They suggested a work-around where I would transfer my assets to my Personal profile. However, these are not my images, and when I leave the University, they should remain with it. Adobe, PLEASE, help me increase the Lightroom storage in my Business profile so that I can back up my images in the Cloud.

Hello, I am in the initial stages of planning my variable programming department upgrades and am hoping to get a better understading of what might be expected from the next roll out of CC. I realize it's a bit early to be asking, but will CC 2023 requirements include Mac OS Catalina 10.15? I am planning to push up to Mac OS to Monterey in the near future but that will require hardware upgrades for some of my remote users. As you may know, it's more difficult to get hardware with any sense of urgency in a post COVID environment. Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide. TR.

Hello, we would like to "purchase" the free 7 day trial of Adobe (InDesign/Stock) and then "purchase" some media with it.Now when "signing" up there's only an email to enter and then the credit card details. However it's important for us to know how they link the "purchased" licenses to our company when we can't enter our company details. We want to have clarity if the intellectual property (license) is then owned by our company even if we are using the trial. Does anyone know how it works?

When signing up I accidentally opted for a staff account instead of the standard student account and now I can't access any of the apps as they're not assigned to me. The Adobe admin in my institution is currently away for the summer and it seems there's no one else that can figure out how to change this. Is there a way to delete my data and start again, or change my account to a student one on my end? 

How to disable the Accessibility Setup Assistant on first run for Acrobat DC Pro. Our Windows 10 systems all have speech to text enabled, which the adobe installer assumes all the users are disabled and it runs the ASA. This is NOT the case and causes much confusion for our end users. We basically have to walk them through opening Adobe the first time on a person by person basis.How can we turn this off?We use the Customization Wizard but haven't found settings in there.

Dear All, Is there a way i can tell a user who is having Adobe DC Pro is using the features that comes with it ( Deleting Pages, Combining files, Creating pdf) or just using it as normal Acrobat Reader 

Hallo,I could not find a solution for my problem in the other posts.We have Acrobat Reader DC 2022.001.20142 and Pro DC 2022.001.20142 on a Windows Server 2019 terminal server.We did this because only a part of the users has a Pro license.This works exept one thing.Users without Pro licence want to print pdf files from Outlook attachments using the "Quick Print" function.Instead of Reader the Pro application starts and users should login into their account.Is there a way to redirect the quick print to the Reader app?Thank you in advance.Best regards,Michael

Just a general question, is there a security risk if an Adobe VIP Agreement Number becomes public knowledge? 

I have tried everything but have not been able to stop Adobe Education Exchange from sending me notification emails. Please help, I want this to stop. I am talking about newsletter emails with general information and not account related notifications. I have clicked to unsubscribe from everything dozens of times, the emails keep coming.

I have one user on my team with an outdated email address. After following the instructions to edit the email information via the users.csv, I get an Error - user not found in this organization. But the email is valid and current in our company. Tried twice with same error. Any help appreciated.

Hello! I think that in the monitor "Program" for multi-chamber installation, it should be possible to include a grid displaying the "Rule of Thirds", so this would significantly help with installation when switching from one plan to another.

Good morning,My compagny uses Adobe Creative Cloud suite, we use a proxy and placed into it the exclusions as REGEX for synchronisation as indicated below:But it doesn't solved the problem.Viewing into our firewall and using Wireshark, we also added these execeptions as REGEX:- ans.oobesaas.adobe.com- cc-api-data-adobe.io- na1e-acc.services.adobe.combut this is always the same, "Synchronization of files" always stucks on "waiting for connexion"No problem using an external internet connection.Someone have an idea ?Thank you in advance for your possible answers.Best regards,Jonathan.

Hello,We have an Adobe Plug-in that no one is currently managing. We would like to remove it. This Adobe plug-in is accessible in Zonz4 and people are downloading it, but we don't have the license or are able to manage this account. This is assigned to Hogarth WW but we don't have any information on it to remove it. The help section says to log-in but we don't know who the account belongs to. Please if there is any information you can provide it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry for some wording that might be confusing.As a subscriber of adobe creative cloud, I am often amazed by the sophistication and efficiency of SaaS. It costs dollars per year, but I think it's well worth it. However, I noticed that some unauthorized people are selling a subscription service called Adobe Creative Cloud Pro Edition for a very cheap price — about 50 or 60 bucks per year. This subscription service is fully functional and impressively powerful.  These sellers claim to be Adobe's privileged resellers, so out of caution, I checked Adobe's official website for specifics of the service. What I've found confusing is that access to the service is usually priced thousands of dollars per year as a team subscription, but many similar businesses are selling these licenses at incredibly low prices. This makes absolutely no sense. Even I tried asking one of the sellers, he said he made about $40
