Hello Friends,I am having major issues with Adobe Document Cloud integration for SharePoint.Here is my scenario.PDF files do not open when document library is added on the page as a web-part. When user clicks a PDF file, new tab opens and closes by itself immediately. When in full document library, PDF opens fine in document cloud.Now i tried removing Document Cloud integration from Azure AD / Enterprise Applications (per instructions on adobe site), the app is gone but Open in document cloud remains active, actually now i have two of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!When a PDF file is selected i see the following:Open >> Open in Browser> Open in Adobe Document Cloud> Open in Document CloudPlease Help.......

Dear All,we are a company with a number of branch offices in different countries, which use different paper formats. We are deploying Adobe Acrobat DC using a US Windows 10 image as base. The image and the applications are deployed using a SCCM task sequence, which runs a silent install of Acrobat.What I am looking to do is to preconfigure the Adobe PDF printer with different paper sizes for our offices. NY should obviously get letter format but Berlin should have A4. The setting obviously should be made at the machine level so that each new user of the machine gets the same paper size. I have been looking at the Acrobat Customization Wizard for this but haven't found an option to configure this setting in there. I also experimented with printer setting export and import techniques using native Windows tools like intl.cpl and PowerShell. Our client has Named User Licensing, managed in the Adobe CC portal.We have downloaded Adobe Acrobat DC Pro from the portal and run in to the problem that the Adobe Customization Wizard does not work when you are using Named User Licensing. Adobe support have advised that only works with Serial Licensing.We need to put customisation in to the mass deployment such as disabling cloud storage plugins and adding web sites to Privileged Locations. Has anyone been able to do this without switching their licensing?I am hoping the solution is not to try to export the convoluted mess of HKLM and HKCU settings from the registry and deploy that alongside the MSI.

Hello,since we installed a second package on another company computer we've been having trouble with our first computer's license.Our account holds enough licenses for the amount of computers required, however, when booting up CC we are greeted with it asking for a trial.We've tried reinstalling, after getting error 113 we went through the steps to check the host files and the certificate, both where fine.We've checked the admin console and have tried deactivating the computer's license in order to reactivate it but to no avail.If needed I can attach the CC package installer log fileCheers.

Hey everyone!I have a problem with Adobe XD sort of. I downloaded it and got it on japense. I wanted norwegian or english but even reinstalling it didn't work. I tried remove Creative Cloud too and change language in Preferences (Cloud) So every time I download Adobe XD it is always japenese and I can't navigate it to change language either.I think the Cloud saved it as my language in Adobe XD. Like you get a message when you uinstall it asks you "Do you want to keep these settings?". I just pressed "Yes" and didn't read carefully or think through. Is there any way to change back?

Hi All,I am having trouble installling Update Server. Just quick recap of what I’ve done so far. I’m using Windows 2016 server with latest IIS installed. I have added ISAPI extensions and filters, added Handler Mappings for xml, crl, dmg, sig, jsom and arm extesions then added path for them to web.config file. Also added wildcard “.” to MIME Type. Created a “CCUpdate” folder in my Internet Server “root” folder. Then run AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe –root=”C:/inetpub/wwwroot/CCUpdate” –fresh. It takes a very long time but it only gets to 240 out of 611 then stops with “Server not responding” error, error in 3 items. If I run it again with incremental option, it does one extra 241 out of 611 and stops. I tried many times during daytime and late in the evening but it just gets one more further and stops, my CCUpdate folder is about 148Gb but I cannot download it fully. So, I've tested that I can access some .xml files in CCUpdate folder via website, it works fine.I tried to run AdobeUpd

I recently went through an onboarding call with Adobe and I am in the process of getting my organization set up so that it can use named licensing instead of serial licensing.   I have my organization federation all set up and that is working and I am in the process of setting up the tool that will sync user accounts from my Active Directory to Adobe Creative Cloud Admin console.I have asked this question of Adobe during my phone calls and no one can seem to help me.   We are an environment where we supply a device to our teachers and students for their individual use but we also have a few computer labs with more powerful desktops for things like Graphic Design, Video Editing, and AutoCAD.  These are multi-user computers where a different student will sign in every class period so I am curious how that would work with the named licensing limitations.   I know that a user can sign into up to 2 devices at one time and if they exceed that they will get

I'm using a Windows 2003 server and trying to deploy Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. For that purpose, I've found that Adobe furnishes ready to use ADM files in Group Policy-Active Directory — DC Windows Desktop Deployment.I've downloaded one adm file corresponding the the classic track of Reader DC. I've then create a new group policy and loaded this template. The computer section of the group policy shows up fine. However, the user section of the policy shows the subcategories (ie General/Security) but the end nodes of the policy do not show anything that can be configured. We have a University environment where we will not be creating Adobe IDs for all 50,000 users. instead, we will create Enterprise IDs for the users who will receive a full Creative Cloud account. This is done because we are decentralized and have to be able to bill appropriately.However, we would like to install Acrobat on the majority of our lab machines and for the majority of the 6,000 faculty and staff who are not receiving CC accounts. This is a problem as Adobe is telling us that in order to use Acrobat, the user must sign in with an Adobe ID.  We want to avoid this if at all possible, but we can't find any solution or work-around for it (everything on the forums is from 3-4 years ago and is worthless now).Does anyone know if this can be done, or are we at the mercy of Adobe and forcing the users to create IDs to use Acrobat?Thanks

Hello, I have issue when i try to deploy Adobe Creative Suite with SCCM, the setup works but a the end, applications dissapeared and stay only 2 apps.I try to deploy with Adobe recommandation : Deploy Adobe packages with SCCM, I try to deploy a batch which start the setup.exe from a file server…. and i have the same issue.But when i start the setup.exe from file server on the computer…. installation works perfectly.Do you have same issues ?Regards

Are there any plans to create a PDF extension for Mac in Google Chrome? There is one for Windows, why is there not one for the Mac?

I am having the same issue in our environment.  SCCM reports failed installation.  I install our Shared Device package using the setup.exe.  All the software works properly after install.  I have to look at the PDApp.log for the last line, “The install workflow is terminating” to verify that the installation has completed.

The download of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool 4.3.0.23 does not uninstall Adobe CC 2019 AppsAnyone experiencing the same issue or anyone have suggestions what to look or test for to find a solution?
