Hi all,I have a package with Indesign, PS, IL and some other applications. The Indesign-version is 11.4.1. I need specifically that old version and it's unavailable in the Package-tool.Would it be possible to remove all the other Applications from my existing Package so I end up with an Indesign-only package ?I presume it takes more than just removing the other applications from the Contents/Resources/Setup folder.Any tip/guidance is welcome.Thank you in advance,Ralf

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum but here is my question. I am charged with deploying our 400 (100, 100, and 200) device licenses of Creative CloudI log into the Creative Cloud Packager using the bottom option (Creative Cloud desktop apps for Education)but when faced at the license settings I have two options:Serial Number LicenseNamed LicenseAll three of my licenses are for 100 or 200 devices . I dont have options to add named users since it not that type of license. I didnt recieve a serial number for each of my licenses but I not sure how to proceed. I found a single older key in LWS for creative cloud but not for my current licenses.
Hi,I have a discussion with my partners about implementing or not AUSST. The main question is what are the size of the updates. From what I see the latest Pro msp was around 300mo but what is the average for the other CC products? What is the frequency? Thanks,
When trying to install Adobe Acrobat Pro package downloaded from the console, below error appears:From the information, it looks that some process is conflicting, but I don't know which one. Could anyone tell me how to solve this?
Hi,From the website: Use Adobe Remote Update Manager1, I am reading to update with RUM Pro or Reader I would have to use:--productVersions=APRO#15.0: Deploys updates of Adobe Acrobat DC with major version 15 on Win32, Win64 and OSX10-64. For Acrobat installations with major version other than 15, appropriate major version needs to be used in place of 15.0.--productVersions=RDR#15.0:as parameter. However, Reader is not installing RUM. We may download it from the website but with CC, OOBE_Enterprise directory is created on RUM installation. From the admin console there is only the exe and it is failing as OOBE_enterprise is not created. This is bad.So is it possible to update Reader with RUM?2. From that page:Adobe Creative Cloud Packager apps deployed without their base version present APRO is not list as productversions for RUM. So what am I missing?3. What should be the productversions for Creative Cloud application? Thanks,François
We would like to know how to install this on our Citrix environment. Can you direct us on how to get this done?

Hi,We have a device license of Adobe Creative Cloud, and I tried to do a clean install via the 'Creative Cloud Packager'. However, after creating a package (via device license) and trying to install, it prompts an error message after a while saying 'The Installation Failed'. I am running Mac OS v10.14.1. Is there a reason why this is happening or a solution for this?I've tried installing single applications by building them as separate packages, including Photoshop and Lightroom, which works fine. But when I try to build a package with all the applications, it just fails. Any idea if there is a specific application that is causing this issue? Thanks!
I have an Adobe Enterprise account that allows me to package Adobe CC products for installation on a air-gapped network (no internet access), When I create the package using Creative Cloud Packager the package installs fine on a computer with internet access, but when I move that package to my air-gapped network the installation fails. The packager is supposed to add the license etc to the install files so that I can install it on a computer with no internet access. I have checked the PDApp.log and I see a few errors:(FATAL) The Bootstrapper Process return code is (42). Stopping the installation process.(ERROR) Failed to get/verify the UpdaterCore inventory base path (C:\Program Files x86\ .......\)Has anyone had similar issues and figured out the problem?
Hi,With Creative cloud, I created a pack for Dreameaver including RUM then tried installing my pack. Everything is looking fine. With Acrobat Pro, I did created the pack in the same way but never got RUM installed.I am installing Dreamweaver and Pro with MSIEXEC /I ..msi /qn for both. What I see is Acrobat pro is updating with MSP and not Dreamweaver. Does it matters? Thanks,
I want to use Adobe Remote Update Manager, RUM, to keep our Adobe Cloud Enterprise installs on our lab computers up to date. However, testing RUM I am not getting it to update our Adobe applications. I have been running it as administrator from the install folder. It returns that Adobe Acrobat/Reader is up to date and does not seem to try to install the cloud updates. The Adobe Cloud App shows about six applications need to update: Photoshop, InDesign, etc. The Cloud apps are packaged and serialized so students can use them without logging in to Adobe. Several are 2018 with a few older cloud app. Any help as to what I can try would be appreciated.RUM log:11/07/18 08:43:39:305 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | RemoteUpdateManager | | | 7400 | ##################################################11/07/18 08:43:39:305 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | RemoteUpdateManager | | | 7400 | #################################

I currently have a named user enterprise license and when I update my applications to the newest versions they are reverting to trials. I have followed all troubleshooting that I can find and nothing is working. My understanding is that serialized enterprise licences cannot be updated to the newest version, but since mine is tied to my user login, I should be able to. Can anyone help me with this?
I am using the latest version AcrobatDC-19.008.20071.
I just purchased 85 Audition CC device licenses. I followed the instructions to create an install package, which installs correctly, but when the user launches it it requires an Adobe ID login. Hoe do I create the correct package for device licenses?John
