Good Day,I am trying to find out how to download DW 18.1 and save the download package to a system. We have a couple of systems that I need to air gap the install to, but I am not able to download a standalone copy. Also the CC we are using is on a MAC and we need the Windows version to air gap. I am currently testing populating the tHostPerms with the iURLPerms set to 0(Custom). From my testing when you add a website e.g version:2|www.mysite.com:2 everything works as expected. The problem I am running in to is when I remove the website from the tHostPerms it does not fall back to previous expected results of blocking the links from the PDFs on site removed.Under default behavior for websites that are not in the above list: it is set to Block Access as the iUnknownURLPerms is set to 3 in the HKLM policies keyHas anyone else tried to remove links from the tHostPerms and experienced the same results? I have tried clearing all IE cache and Adobe Acro settings from Appdata with no luck.Any insights are greatly appreciated

Hello, My name is Chris, and 'm working at a school that currently has a Device License contract for Adobe Creative Cloud for the Art classes & Business Development sections. I'm trying to create new Adobe Creative Cloud installers for the new fleet of Mac equipment.I go through the steps of using Adobe CCP, making sure that I pick "Device License" and pick our "Creative Cloud All Apps" Device Pool.We previously had trouble with this, and Adobe support that I worked with before told me that with Device-based licensing, that we should not install the desktop app as that will prompt for user account info. So we stopped doing that.Anyways, did a test run with the first installer that has the following:This package contains following productsAcrobat DC (18.0)Illustrator CC (22.0.0)InDesign CC (13.0)Lightroom CC (1.0)Photoshop CC (19.0)Premiere Pro CC (12.0.0)After Effects CC (15.0.0)This package contains following updatesAdobe Application Manager (update14)Illustrator CC (22.1) (Full i
I keep getting an error message when trying to manage my teams. Please help.
Hi there,I am a frustrated new customer and just got out of a bad chat experience with a technician so hoping the community can be a bit more helpful.I have created several different creative cloud packages. One with ALL Adobe products and another one with just Adobe Acrobat. I have tried 32 bit and 64 bit and tested over 3 Windows 10 machines which includes a machine that was just reformatted and contained no history of Any Adobe products. Unfortunately, Adobe Acrobat is never installed on any of these packages; regardless of the configuration I select.I should say it works perfectly fine for MAC packages. In addition, if I manually go to a computer and run the .exe package to install Adobe Acrobat it will work. However, who wants to do that on a several hundred computer network?I could use some help on how to get a .msi package to correctly start to deploy Adobe Acrobat as part of my bundled package or a standalone.
Hello adobe:My company Seabridge, LLC has a cc membership for 4 team members. 2 members are full cc, and 2 are just Acrobat only. I reset the acrobat only and my one colleague said that when he logged in he got a message that the license was for PC only, and we need the mac version. Please guide me on how to fix this problem. Thanks,William Kengla[contact info removed by moderator]
Hello,I've struggeling at the Acrobat DC installation with a customized package. We've named user Enterprise licensing. So I've downloaded the Acrobat package from our portal and customized it as needed.Problem now is, that when I try to install this package it won't create the required regkeys for named users. As per Common Deployment Options — Enterprise Administration Guide these keys should exist.[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Licensing\UserSpecificLicensing]"Enabled"="1"[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Identity\UserSpecificIdentity]"Enabled"="1"The command I'm using is this one:msiexec /i "AcroPro.msi" IGNOREVCRT64=1 TRANSFORMS=AcroPro.mst ROAMIDENTITY=1 ROAMLICENSING=1 /qn /L*v C:\Temp\AcroDC.logThanks for you help
Hello,Does anyone have any sort of how-to guide with creating and deploying Adobe Acrobat DC via SCCM 2012? I've found stuff for 2007, but that is no help in our case.I have no other issues with any of the other Creative Cloud applications, just Acrobat. Thanks for any help on this,John
I want to create a single MSI installer which includes the current base MSI (Reader DC 2018.011.20035 English for Windows 10) AND the MSP that comes with it.I downloaded the current exe installer from the distribution portal and extracted the files shown below from it:Is there anyway that I can update the MSI with the contents of the MSP file into a new MSI? I tried the msiexec /a acroread.msi /p acrordrdc1801120035.msp target=c:\newloc but it just created a new AIP. I don't know why but I was hoping it would have given me a patched MSI.Perhaps there's a way I create a new MSI file from the contents of c:\newloc?Am I barking up the wrong tree trying to do this? The reason I need a single MSI is to deploy via Intune which only supports MSI. I've read the recent threads on Intune deployment but I don't have the luxury of shared locations to put the MSP in and reference with the Intune app deployment package. If anyone knows of a fancy (or not so fancy) way of creating a patched MSI I woul
Would like to know how to deploy and control/manage the Adobe Acrobat Standard DC via Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams in a Citrix XenApp 7.x environment. What we’d need ensureSome users will require access to the full version of Acrobat DC Standard, under their logins (Adobe accounts and credentials) with which they will open and edit PDFsNormal users will require to open and view PDFs in the normal Adobe Reader DC, they should not have access to or see the full Acrobat DC versionThe PDF printer should not be installed or should be restricted to only users who have access to the full versionThe Adobe Office toolbar, should not be installed or only users who have access to this should see it The licence/activation of the full version should follow the users who are licenced and logged in across serversFile associations (FTA) control to prevent s user trying to use Adobe Acrobat StandardThanks
Please help

All end points are Windows 7 SP1.After uninstalling Acrobat XI pro and installing Acrobat 2017 pro the Check for Updates option is not available on a few machines. Most work fine and update as expected when the Check for Updates option is used. Seeing conflicts between registry locations in the Customization Wizard and the web site. I found these because I followed the documentation in the Wizard and it works for Acrobat DC 2015 and does not work for Reader DC 2015. I guess this is due to "Note: This preference is not respected for any Reader 10.x version with Protected Mode enabled. There is also a bug in DC products which prevents setting permissions via tBuiltInPermsList." that is documented in the web site with the conflicting doco. Has anyone successfully used the tBuiltInPermList to keep their company safe by only whitelisting the extensions needed?Wizard Doco:[HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\<product name>\<version>\FeatureLockDown\cDefaultLaunchAttachmentPerms] "tBuiltInPermList"Web Site Attachments HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\(product name)\(version)\FeatureLockdown\cDefaultLaunchAttachmentPerms
When I drop down the print box to print as an Adobe PDF, an error message pops up telling me that I am not licensed or it's expired. Which is strange, because I do have a license and can edit, redact, highlight etc with no problem. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks
