I'm trying to get this lab up and running. I actually needed it last week but just got the software disc to instal CC Wednesday.I am the administrator. And every answer I see says I need to use the Admin Console. I am computer savvy but by no means a network nerd.I can't get to the Admin Console at all and I know my userID was used to set up the device machines. Help!

I have removed and re-installed the application and get the same error. PC is running Windows 7 Enterprise 64Bit.

For some reason, when we create an application using the Creative Cloud Packager, they are no longer installing.  This summer, we could build an application and then double click the MSI in the Build folder that the Packager created.  Now when we create an application using the Creative Cloud Packager, it will start the install for about 30 seconds, the screen will flash once, then the application will uninstall what it tried to install.  Ideas?  It worked fine this summer.

I am attempting to install Adobe Acrobat onto a Golden Image I've created.  We use Citrix XenApp, and MCS to create clones of our golden images.  I have followed the instructions located in this post, as it was exactly what I was trying to do : Acrobat Pro TLP prompts Adobe ID ? , and initially my first go round had the same issues, where my golden image, I could launch Adobe Acrobat, with no issues, or prompts, but any created machines would prompt each user for Adobe ID. So my basic steps were as follows,Use Adobe Customization Wizard, Did not enter Serial # , Did not check Grant Offline Exception, and Did not check Suppress display of EULA. Need to install a specific version of InDesign and don't see anyway to do that within the enterprise site. Do I have to download CC Packager and create my own package with it?

Hello,we try to deploy acrobat standard dc via wds with an automated installation process which includes the install key. When I customize the msi file without giving the licence key the installation works, but the product isn't activated because of the missing key.When I customize the msi file with the install key the installation stucks with the error message: "An invalid serial number was provided"Does somebody already got the same issue?Has somebody a hint for us how to resolve this and include the install key into the installation?Any kind of help appreciated! Hi there,we use Adobe Reader 2015.006.30119 Classic Track and IE11 on about 300 Workstations. To get a special application working I have to disable the feature "Display PDF in Browser" by GPO.I have deactivated the Adobe Reader Add-On in IE by using the ClassID and everything was ok using Reader XI. But not in 2015. The setting shows no effect. Although the Add-On is deactivated,the PDF's are still shown in a new tab in IE11.I also tried the regkey  [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\2015\Originals] "bBrowserIntegration"=dword:00000000   but with no success.Can anybody help me to get this working?Thx in advance.Bodo

Hi,One of our users of your software is having issues with the Adobe Creative cloud. When trying to access the cloud on the corporate LAN they cannot download assets. When he is off LAN he can access the assets.We have contacted our proxy support teams and they have told us that the proxy is not blocking any contact with the Creative Cloud and that we should ask Adobe to whitelist our proxy egress. Could I get an e-mail or a more private form of support so we can discuss this in detail please?Thanks!

Hi,I'm completely new to Adobe products. We're currently learning to use various Adobe apps through school, and therefore I've had almost every app installed on my computer by the school's IT department. Since most/all of them are Creative Cloud versions, Creative Cloud is installed as well, but there's no account associated with the program, and we have been strictly told not to log in with our personal accounts. While some apps can be updated through Adobe Application Manager, all the other apps can only update through the Creative Cloud app. But when I press "update now" on the prompts from the programs, it takes me to the Creative Cloud app, where I need to login.So my question is, how do I update the apps, if I'm not allowed to log in to Creative Cloud?Best regards, Aske.

I have a situation where multiple users are being upgraded from Adobe X to new machines with Adobe XI. I have read where Digital IDs and security settings are transferred via password protected files created by the user. Are there other types of configurations or files I should be transferring as well?Thanks for any help.

I work in a University environment and we'd rather not force everyone who uses one of our Stand-Alone licenses to create an Adobe ID in order to use Acrobat. Is there a way to create an installer that just asks for the Serial Number? I did some reading that you could disable the cloud functions and that would probably be in the same ballpark, but can't find anything about not having to create and ID.  Ideally, we would like for users to just have the same features they had in 11 without creating an Account, without having cloud functions and without having to do too much work on the back end to make that happen (there are only two of us in the office and we don't have a ton of spare time to figure it out).  Thanks

We have upgraded a user to a new computer.  On the user's legacy computer, we had installed Adobe Acrobat V11.0.   We are now trying to install Adobe Acrobat V11.0 on the users new computer.   We downloaded the SW from the Adobe CLP site and also retrieved the serial number for the software from that site.  When we get to the point in the installation where we can either select Trial License or I have a Serial Number, we enter the SN and the software informs us that the SN is invalid.   I have tried this via a cut and paste and via typing the serial number in.    Same results both ways. Any help would be appreciated.THanks

We have a single user of Creative Cloud For Teams and all its associated apps and now wish to add additional users.  Logging in to the user's CC account it says "contact team administrator to make changes"  We have logged into what is recorded as the team administrator to make changes in the admin console.... but there is no record of the user or the specific option to "manage team" as described in the "Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership" page.  Where can we find out the details of our user's team administrator? ...as we must have the wrong login information     

We are administrating licences and users via the adminconsole.adobe.com/team - the only way installed licenses are identified is by the computer name where it is installed. The status of the license is indcated as Active or Temporary, with the comment that payment is required. Our proiblems is that we can not identify the actual user or department through by the computer name only. We would be a better customer if we could be provideinformation about IP-number and date of activation in addtion to the computer name. We are about to migrate about 2000 computers to Office 2016.We have a problem when Office 2016 and Acrobat Pro are both installed. We'll submit it to both Microsoft and Adobe.The problem occurs when Acrobat Pro is present and the plugin is integrated in Word 2016. From Word, if we close a document using the "close document" menu item, the document closes, but the cursor is changed to a spinning cursor. The computer/application (MS Word) is not frozen but the cursor is in spin mode until we move the cursor to the top or bottom of the page (in order to go outside the document portion). If we close the document using the x (top right), the document closes properly. Otherwise, the plugin is functional.To simplify the problem, I've done a clean install of Windows 7 (without joining the computer to a domain and without any configuration). I then installed Office 2016 (32 bits) and installed all updates (Windows Update AND Microsoft Update). The Word version is 16.0.4456.1003. I then installe

My tech staff updated my operating system and deleted my copy of Acrobat Pro.  I have the disk, but cannot find the product key.  Any way to get that from Adobe?

I'm trying to reinstall Acrobat 9 Pro on a user's PC but the installer is telling me that my volume license is invalid.  Is there any fix for this?  I tried chatting with customer support but they sent me here.
