How on earth do I contact Adobe?  I am sick of getting e-mails from them that I cant reply to and there is no guidance about fixing up my account.Very frustrated.Steve

Hi,How do I add previously purchased license for Photoshop? I do have a team cloud with 6 licenses right now, but we have a few permanent licenses that we'd like to reactivate now after these machines have been reinstalled. I extracted a serial number from original installation, but adding that number in current team cloud is impossible because Adobe server claims number is too short.How can I activate these original licenses? Or add them to cloud? Or actually use them in any way?Thanks,Mario

Hi there,we use SCCM to deploy software and configured Reader DC similarly to how we used previous version of reader.Part of this process is make reader the default pdf handlerWhen deployed as part of a task sequence, Reader is not the default for any user. (Edge remains the default)When deployed as an application and installed by 1 user, reader becomes the default for that user, but no other users.Any ideas on whats needed to resolve this?

HiI have been told to ask this question on the forum regarding an error i am getting with Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, it is a Volume Licence Key used by my company, however it has reached too many activation's, and I no longer have access to the previous computers that it was installed on (decomisioned or scrapped).I have spoken via a webchat to get the activation reset, however I am still getting the following error when I try to activate my serial in Dreamweaver CS3.Please can someone from Adobe assist me.

He everybody,we try to install the german Version of Acrobat 2015.If i start the Setup is all german, but i cant Change the GUI-Language in the custom-install-menue. I can only choice "Englisch"I try to start the Setup with the Parameter "--Installlanganguage=de_DE". But, when i enter the Serial, the Setup says, that is an invalid key. When i use the Parameter LANG_LIST=ALL, i can enter the Serial, but dont Change the language.I try also, to Change the preferences in Acrobet itselfs, but, any choice is english.I try the Change the registry-keys, but nothing Change the language.anybody an idea?many thxRobert

Acrobat standard and pro 2015 are asking if I want them to be the default every time I launch the program.  How do I automate setting this to no so my users will never get prompted?  I know I can manually set it in options but I do not want me users to have to do this.  Is there a reg key I can populate to prevent it from asking?

To Who May Concern,I am using enterprise acct and try to download the softwares that approved from my company. I could download Dreamweaver and Photoshop but the illustrator won't download. the problem is the cloud said the download complete and I said the illustrator icon from download area jump back to install area, and I could not download it (as you can see I had tired to download so many time on the print screenPlease I hope someone could help me to solve it ASAP.Thanks

Hi All,I am getting a invalid key error popup while entering a Serial key for the Acrobat pro 10 version installation, which I received from Adobe worldwide Licensing website. previously  it worked fine for me. now I am unable to activate the software by using the same key. Hi,I work for a very large ad agency with a site license. We all have cc 2014 installed on our work desktops and our mobile laptops. Since we are all logged into the same enterprise account, we cannot backup and use our individual preferences across creative cloud. If I change my preferences, everyone's prefs change as well. (It took us a while to figure out why our preferences kept changing.) Another issue is we cannot store files in our creative cloud account because there over 200 people logged in with the same account and it gets very confusing and unorganized.I would like to be able to share my preferences between my laptop and desktop as well as use online storage without having 200 other people's stuff in there too. If I log out of the enterprise account and into my personal account, I get constant reminders to buy Creative Cloud.There has to be something I'm missing here. Adobe can't be that short sighted to think that an entire agency under the same shared account would work.A

Hello,I'm thinking about deploying an AUSST and I can't seem to find any good technical information about how the system works. Do the clients all pull the information all at once from the server? How many clients can one server support? Is there any documentation that gets more in depth about the requirements?Thanks for your help.Steven

I had two occurences of this so far. I download different CC Packages via CC Packager on Windows.The package I last tried just consisted of Photoshop and Acrobat Pro, German, Windows 64.First we install the "Exception" which works flawlessly as it seems, as Acrobat is installed.Then we start the MSI and everything seems fine till then end, but when we want to start Photoshop we do not find it.Re-running the MSI does not help.Any suggestions?

Hi,i have two questions about how to license Acrobat Standard.If I install Acrobat Standard on an Citirx-Environment.And i also install Acrobat Standard on 2 other Server.On Citirx there have 100 User access to Acrobat Standard.On the other 2 Server only 5 User have access to both of these 2 Server. These 5 User have also access to the Citirx Environment. So I have 100 unique user, but in sum i have 110 user if i count access on all 3 Servers. How many licenses i need for this szenario?The other question is, if i have installed and licensed Acrobat Standard on an Device and this Device can also access Acrobat Standard that is installed on the Citirx Server.How many licenses i need?Thank you for your advice.BRMarkus

We are looking to move all our desktop Pc's over to a Virtual Desktop environment but we have some users who use Creative Cloud....how difficult is it to use/setup Creative Cloud on a Virtual Desktop??

I am attempting to load Captivate using the Creative Cloud Package installer (https://www.adobe.com/go/ccp_installer_win). Creative Cloud Packager now included Acrobat Pro DC as part of the build section for installation rather than an exception.  We used to use the Adobe Customization Wizard to make changes to desktop shortcuts and other settings when it was part of exception and that would work fine.  I can still install Acrobat Pro DC by referencing the Acrobat.msi file buried 5 folders deep under the cloud packager build folder, but then there is no license for it.  How can I get the cloud packager to install acrobat.mst customization and still maintain the CC license?

When I retrieve a license number for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 I do not show a selection for it.  Our licensing screen shows Acrobat 11.0, 12.0 Acrobat Professional 12.0What product name and version do I select?I am responsible for tracking the orders and assigning our help desk folks to help users install their software.
