Hi!I tried to download InDesign on my school computers without any success. I managed to create the Adobe ID, though. Now I'm at home and the invitation I got by email does not work anymore. Our license is Creative Cloud for teams VIP-EDU L4 MLP MEL, Adobe VIP, Creative Cloud Teams Value Incentive Plan. Is it safe to give the license number here?Br, SusannaHigh school teacher

Can Creative Cloud for Teams be installed in a Terminal Services environment? I understand at a minimum each user would need an individual license, but I can't seem to find definitive information on whether or not it will even work in this type of environment. Trying to deploy in an environment where the user desktop device is a Chrome device, not a pc. This requires all Windows-based apps to be run via Remote Desktop Services on the server.Any help would be appreciated. 

How can I re license CS6 to a new updated computer when old one is gone. I work at a secure facility and all computers do not have an internet connection. I used to be able to activate offline. but now offline activation says invalid Serial # invalid response code. I was on a chat with someone at Adobe I'm assuming and they said they did not support offline activation anymore. So If I can't activate my 7 copy's of CS6 my company is out thousands of dollars.  Can anyone helpJoe

Hi,I would like to download SCUP files of Adobe applications like Reader, Acrobat, Flash Player etc. I verified link (SCCM-SCUP — Enterprise Administration Guide and Adobe - Player Licensing : Distribution Strategies and there are only SCUP fils for latest version.Somewhere I came to know that Adobe host SCUP files on public server at http://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP, which is not accessible right now.Please let me know if this server is changed or there is other mechanism to get current as well as older SCUP updates of its applications.Thanks in advance.

I need an affordable way to deliver a 20-20 megabyte zip file of PDFs every three months to approximately 1600 people. Is this the program to do this? Load up to the Adobe storage site and then use an e-mail program to send the link to the recipients?

Hi I'm trying to install Illustrator CS2 as part of  Creative Suite (as I also need to install Photoshop now as it asked to uninstall it)and the program has asked me to insert CD2 but it is a file which I have just downloaded...!Help me please!Sophie

We are using windows software across the business - how do we install adobe reader pro and the editing tools across the devices?

Our workstations are generally not permitted to have internet connection.  How would I set up a firewall router that will only allow traffic to the Adobe license and upgrade servers? Is there another solution that would isolate the editing workstations from the internet?

Using the latest version of Acrobat DC and unable to open PDFs from a network mapped drive.  The network mapped drive is created by using Cloudberry Lab's Drive and is attached to an Azure blob storage account.  I have added the path to the trusted locations, but still unsuccessful in opening any PDFs.  I also receive the error:  "Adobe Acrobat DC could not open 'filename' because it is either not a supported file type of because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."Copying files from the network mapped drive location open as expected part of the time.  Some when copied to desktop copy over with 0 bytes and unable to open receiving the error as above, but will eventually reflect the file size, but still not open.  Original files are intact and open as normal with Acrobat DC and Reader XI and DC.Acrobat is part of my Creative Cloud Suite.  Latest updates installed.  Running on Wi

Hi,Can't seem to find clear instructions anywhere on how to patch version to 11011. What file do I need to patch? I have downloaded the .msp file from the Adobe FTP site.Do I need to start with the original installer - (AdbeRdr11000_en_US.exe)?I've tried:AdbeRdr11000_en_US.exe -nos_ne -nos_o "C:\Extract"But this just starts an installer that just gets to 100% and then disappears. If I use fewer switches, the programme just installs itself. I understand that I need to apply the patch but I can't seem to get this far, and it won't patch the existing AcroRead.msi file I have that is version 11010 (using the msiexec command). It just comes up with a "Windows Installer" box that just lists the commands (like a help screen).Most grateful if someone could tell me how to create the 11011 .msi file from 11000 (.exe) or our existing 11010 (.msi) file.I don't understand why Adobe don't just release the latest version in one big .msi file that's already patched, and save us the hassle every time a

I have Adobe Send. I can upload large files and send links to my recipients and they can retrieve them. Does it work in reverse? Can people send large files to me? Or do they have to have Adobe Send?

Let me get the basics out of the way:Have removed Adobe Reader from all Macs in environmentAll machines have Adobe Acrobat Pro.Internet Plug-in is still Adobe Reader 11.0.11When opening pdfs in Safari now I get a message saying that I need to accept the EULA in Adobe Reader.  After some testing I've found that I only get that when the plug-in security setting is set to Allow.  When set to ASK the pdf opens fine in Safari.  How can I accept the EULA when I don't have Reader installed on my machine anymore?  Why does it only prompt for that when the setting is at Allow?Thanks in advance

3 of my 5 team members cannot download their programs, what could the problem be? There are 2 that can access and download everything with no problem.

We are purchasing the Creative Cloud software for installation across some Mac labs in our school district. My IT specialist has information that indicates we will receive a DVD for installation. Her plan is to install on a workstation and then make an "image" of the workstation to distribute across the lab. Research that I've done indicates that we need to manage licensing via an administrative software (enterprise) and deeply packages for installation.Will appreciate some input on this.

HelloI am Mac Book Pro User. 15"OSX 10.10.3Actually I just downloaded this version of DC and well...for a first rating I have to say that I can't even rate this because I am so much deceived by what is happening to me.Well I installed the version of DC 2015 and actually it was working well. And suddeny today...BOOM...here comes with it the whole problem. So when I press on some buttons nothing happens. For example tools, nothing, recent document, nothing again. When I try to to open a document, guess what, same thing happens...nothing. I have to make open then select my file...then it opens and when it does so...I don't even understand my document. It bugs. Keys and tools and other features of the program...either it freezes and when I try to quit...I have to force quit it finally. I have been a user of Adobe for some years now being a graphic designer and sorry to say this but this is the worst version of Acrobat I have ever seen. I have taken over responsibilities of deploying software in our organization.They had been deploying a couple of general CC packages with SCCM, one has a few basic apps, the other has all CC apps.Sometimes a specific user will need one CC app that had been originally only put in the full package..If I want to deploy that one app I have been resorting to either deploying the full CC package or creating a whole new separate custom package with that 1 app plus any others that are needed, which wastes server storage.I have been doing this because I don't know whether I can deploy multiple packages to a single endpoint.So my question is, can I not simply package each CC app separately and then use SCCM to arrange and deploy them as needed?Thank you

Since installling CC, CS6 Application Manager asking for Serial Number. Where do I find my serial number?

Is there a CURRENT document that provides information about packaging, deploying, and installing Acrobat Pro DC and the CC 2015 apps? Using Windows 7, service pack 1. Installed Acro Pro DC, but it crashes. No option available to uninstall. Keep getting prompts saying Creative Cloud needs to be opened (but it won't), and again Packager won't let me uninstall. I'm not an IT person, I'm a graphic designer, and I would truly appreciate some current documentation and guidelines to follow.
