Bonjour,j'ai un MacBook Pro 15 pouce 2019 intel core I7 , j'ai la creative cloud entreprise , mais je ne vois pas la mise à jour pour la derniere version de Photoshop 2024 . j'ai la version 24.7 installé. J'ai un abonnement personnel "photographe" sur mon mac mini M2 et sur cet ordinateur j'ai eu la mise a jour.Y a t il un probleme avec  mon macbook pro est il trop vieux?Merci d'avance.Laurent

We recently deployed the 64-bit unified installer. For the most part it works great, standard users get basic Reader functionality, and licensed users can sign-in and get the install upgraded to Pro. However, there are several of our Pro licensed users that never get prompted to upgrade to Pro after signing in. We have uninstalled/reinstalled dozens of times, signed-in and out, ran the Adobe cleaner tool, etc. Why do some users just never get the prompt to upgrade to Pro? Is this a client issue or license issue? Is there a way to trigger the "upgrade" process when a licensed user is signed-in? It seems to be an automated process that happens upon sign-in, but no way to manually trigger it.

Hello, I am hoping someone is able to help me with this; I work in an enterprise environment and have a person whose Adobe Acrobat Standard keeps crashing while editing files; I tried reinstalling it and running the Acro Cleaner tool to make sure there were no files sitting around after I uninstalled.  I am going to post the crash report we receive every time, it does not change; it is interesting as it refers to error 0xc0000005; which is a permissions issue? However that makes no sense since they have permissions to the file and can edit it? Hello, I can access Firefly on my District Login but not my Classroom Account. I am logging into both accounts using Google single sign-on. I spoke with my IT department, and they said that Firefly is enabled. Why can I not access it in my classroom account? I want to show teachers how to use it in their classrooms, but I do not have access to my classroom account.

Everywhere someone writes that you need to read the documentation, but it doesn’t even have a code for the command --filterProducts= ???? And why, when installed Acrobat DC on a computer, it removes Adobe Reader?Actually there is a lot of problems with Adobe Acrobat...

Hello,I don't need links to the AUSST and RUM setup pages, I have read your documentation thoroughly.  I am able to grab updates for most products from my on-prem AUSST server.My understanding is that it is supposed to apply security updates to Reader and Acrobat within the same release, but RUM is not updating Reader.Client has Reader version 2019.008.20071, AUSST has both AcroRdrDCUpd1900820081.msp and AcroRdrDCUpd1900820081_incr.msp available.  When running Remote Update Manager on the client, it tells me no updates are available and returns code (0).Please advise.

I'm trying to convert the rest of my users with Adobe ID to Enterprise ID, and Adobe has supplied a beatiful solution doing this by CSV files. Excellent. Except it doesn't work. Every time I try, I get the same error message: We're sorry, something went wrong uploading your file.I've tried Windows, I've treied Mac, I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari. I've tried with English and other languages, and each time I get the same error message. I've even tried downloading a template, and uploading that same file again. Still the same error. Has anyone seen, and gotten around this error?

Also having the exact sme problem installing Photoshop v22. Gets to between 73 and 75%, and then fails. Tried restarting, still fails. And since I work for a company that sets the firewall and Antivirus software, I not only can't uninstall it, but I can't even turn it off.  You need to fix this, and not expect your customers to jump through hoops trying to make it work. It's obviously a bug. As it stands, I can't use Photoshop at all at this point. 

We use Creative Cloud for teams, and need the ability for multiple designers to use the same Cloud Files and Folders. Mostly Illustrator and Photoshop assets.  Rather than share each cloud file individually (which is inefficient and doesn't allow for a single, team-wide folder structure), how can we allow multiple users to collaborate on the same set of Creative Cloud folders and files, as we would using Google Drive, Dropbox, etc?   Seems like a simple feature enabled by most cloud storage providers but I can't seem to do this in Adobe. Please help!

  We have around 12 admin's for various reasons and departments. Only 5 of those actually need an email notification when someone is requesting access. I was infomred there is no way for admins to limit notifications or shut them off. I am requesting at a very basic level the ability for admins to shut notifiactions from anotifications@adobe.com off. A higher level select which notifications they receive, software, access requests, feature changes, student requests, employee requests etc... 

Hi!Not the best experience tbh, I can't log a ticket because the chat service isn't available and Adobe seemsto have killed off the email support. I love communities but not for specific supportcases. So that's problem one. Second problem and why I needed to log a ticket is because when I add "User.1@mydomain.com" via email and enter users first and last name it changes to Users2 name but the email stays as "User.1@mydomain.com"User2 isn't even setup in Adobe. Check Azure and there's not a single trace of User2 in the User1 profileAnd I can't manually change either. What do I do? 

Hi I want to deploy Adobe Remote Update Manager (run the exe file as a scheduled task) on all PCs in my organization at a scheduled interval with command line parameter to check for and install any needed updates. I have configured the task to run with this command: RemoteUpdateManager.exe --action=install   I understand from the documentation (Use Adobe Remote Update Manager) that the tool require the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app to update some products (Creative Cloud product), while some other products do not require this.     On my virtual test PC (clean installed). I have installed a Creative Cloud Desktop app and one product (InDesign).
