Hi everyone, Our creative team has CC licences within an enterprise structure. We recently moved to Adobe Fonts as our font manager which has worked well, except for being able to add fonts we have purchased that are not available on Adobe Fonts. With Extensis, end-user designers were able to add fonts indepent from IT but with Adobe Fonts we have to submit a request to IT to add custom fonts for us, which can sometimes take several days.  Are there enterprise CC settings that would allow creative cloud end-users to have custom font addition permissions without having to assign a permission level that IT would not allow? Our creative team doesn't need high level admin access for anything other than this one custom font addition licence.  Thank you!

I am one of the ITs at a park and rec. We recently got a new marketing and special events supervisor. She is trying to access the Creative Cloud apps on the same pc the old supervisor used, but is not able to open them. It is a general login.  Someone had to fill in and do some of the marketing work while we were trying to fill the position. All have used the same computer, but have different logins. Is it the different logins that is causing the problem? Is it possible to for the new supervisor to be able to use that creative cloud account?

I am trying to download adobe cloud, but when I press continue nothing happens. I'm stuck on this screen. I've pressed continue many times but nothing happens at all. I've tried re-downloading the installer tons of times, checking permisions, etc; but nothing is working. Help!

Is there anywhere on Adobe where I can contact customer support directly? I needed Creative Cloud for three months at my school and I accidentally bought the annual plan instead of the monthly plan and I cannot cancel my plan now without paying a hefty fee. I am happy to pay the normal monthly plan price for the months that I have used it because I have no use for any of the apps for the next seven months until my subscription is up.

Everytime I try to approve a product request, all I get is "An error occurred while updating one or more access requests. Please try again later." I have tried again later.  Has anyone else had this issue before?

I registered a student plan with my academic email, when I click the button Bekræft din konto and enter the password, there's always this error happening, even when I didn't finish filling out my password. When I try to log in again, with the authentification number sent to my email, it kept happening so now my account's temporarily blocked. It's fine for my Google account. Now I need to log in to my institution account to cancel the plan, kind of disappointing! Any helps? Thank you. 

My company recently started using CC Cloud sharing for project files. We all have our own folders, and the other people are invited to "Can View" so we can all see/downlaod eachothers projects, but can't edit folders directly. When someone with a shared folder deletes a file from their folder, it shows up in everyones trash (on Mac desktop). Does anyone know why this is or how to turn it off?

I want to remove the Protected View option which is driving me insane and which I accidentally activated a long time ago. Everytime I try to follow the instructions and go to Preferences, Adobe just crashes and says "not responding." This happens whethere I have a file open or whether I just open Adobe. Any ideas?

I am unable to access the admin console because of a certificate error. How do I update the certificate if I no longer have acess to the admin console? 

Afternoon.I'm having an issue with 1 user, once created their username changes as does their name. I have created them the same way as all the others, i have retried in both the standard cretion are and via cvs and the same thing happens.  So i create the users as standard - *name*@*domain* along with their name Joe Blogs and licence. But when done and i check them it has their username as just *name* and their name appears as Joe BlogsJ None of my other accounts do this even when created in the same CSV. Any help would be appreciated.

Diesen gebe ich in die Eingabemaske ein und leuchtet grün auf. Im darauffolgenden Fenster erscheint dann eine Meldung:Zugriff wurde verweigertAuufgrund der Anspruchsvoraussetzungen für Dienste sind sie nicht berechtigt,dieses Produkt oder diesen Dienst zu nutzen.Was muss geändert werden damit ich den Dienst nutzen kann? Gruß

I have a university plan with all applications, but most aren't visible on the creative cloud app to install, photoshop, illustrator and InDesign.What to do? 

Adobe started to manage the agreements (cancel, reminder, etc) just on the web navigator and no more in the app adobe. Does anyone know how to fix it? 

 The adobe cloud folder for my enterprise account on my C drive folder says i'm storing 27.6 gb.  The On Line creative clouds says I'm using 78 gb.  It also only shows 28 of the many hundred that I want to see these files. This storage question is confusing and I need to know how to manage it both online and on the pc

Hello, It sounds like all of our VIP users have recieved an e-mail this morning to state: "[UserName] your administrator for [Company] has removed your access to [Product]This does not affect your access to other Adobe products and services.If you think this was done in error, please contact your administrator for [Company]" No softare has been removed, and there's nothing to suggest on the Creative Cloud Portal that this is the case. Anyone else having issues?

The contract owner is the system administrator responsible for accepting the VIP Terms and Conditions on behalf of your organization. All payment details and contracts are under the Contract Owners custody. If you're the Contract owner, you can delegate another admin as the Contract owner. Go to the Admin Console > Accounts tab and chick Change. If the intended admin is not available, add them as an administrator first. In case the Contract owner is not available, other admins are unable to make this update. You'll need to contact Adobe Care to make this update. You'll need to present a valid proof-of-purchase. You'll also need to provide a valid credit card to switch the payment method associated with your team's account.   Hope this helps.If you have any questions or observations add your comment below. 

Hi there, I'm having issues embedding a no js support iframe of a slideshow of images from cincopa to my portfolio website. Here's the code:<iframe width="600" height="430" src="https://rtcdn.cincopa.com/iframe.aspx?fid=AoGAq9exIcau" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen scrolling="no" allow="autoplay *; fullscreen *"></iframe> Adobe portfolio keeps rejecting it. I've embedded code from cincopa to my website before in previous years. Any reason why it's no longer working? Does adobe no longer support embedding from cincopa? Thanks!

This is a business account, I have 20+ users using multiple services, but only one person is being asked for their birthday. Is there a way to disable this so that they can use the product?

Recently I created an installation of Adobe Acrobat 7.05. I installed Adobe Acrobat 7.0 to an Admin Install Point. Then I updated the install point with the 7.05 update. Then I used the InstallShield Tuner 7.0 for Adobe Acrobat to create an install package for Adobe Acrobat 7.05. I did this same thing with Reader and Elements and they all worked just fine. However, during the installation of Adobe Acrobat 7.05, I receive the following error: "Error 1334: The file 'AcroIF.dll' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in the cabinet file 'Data1.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with the package." I looked in the Data1.cab file and AcroIF.dll is not in there. However, I cannot find this file anywere. I even searched on a system that has Acrobat 7.0 installed. I tried to search for this file on the Internet and came up with no results. Has anyone seen this error before? I cannot figure out how to fix this issue.
