Questions

I have a plan for my company wth four licenses, which only three are currently under use. I would like to cancel one of them so then I wouldn't have to pay for that fourth one unnecessessarily. The problem is that I can't find a place where I can make that. There is no menu, button, option, nothing, either in the admin console or anywhere else in Adobe that let's me cancel my license. Can anybody help me on that?

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrenseit etwa fünf Monaten taucht wiederhold das graue Fenster Creative Cloud muss repariert werden auf. Dies meist mehrmals am Tag. Im Ablauf wird Creative Cloud dann anscheinend neu installiert oder updated. Beides taucht in Fenstern auf. Dies ist störend und wie kann es möglicherweise behoben werden. In my company we work without internet connection and not allowed to connect our computers to the internet becasue of cyber security measures. Is there any way that we can install Adobe XD and verificate  license without internet connection and use it?  If there any way?

I'm not using my Adobe cloud and wish to cancel it but when I follow the steps on your website manage my plan it does not come up. how do I cancel my account when It dose not allow me to access the function to do so? I have watched the video and follow the steps. So please come back with a different solution. Only option showing his view plan. Many thanks A

Hello,I have been trying to bulk create user groups (based on department id) and I am getting a failed result due to the assigned administrator "Not found in Organization".The administrator that was assigned is listed as the Contract Holder and System Administrator in the Administrators tab... and is appearing in the full users list (it is me).I am not sure why I keep getting this error. Any advice is appreciated.

Hello,I have changed two Adobe Business IDs to be Federated IDs to our Azure environment.  That is working correctly.  However, now the digital signatures for the migrated IDs have stopped working.  I am getting an error when trying to sign: CRL download errorLocation: ldap:///CN=***,CN=***,CN=***,CN=Public%20Key%20Services,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=***,DC=com?certificateRevocationList?base?objectClass=cRLDistributionPointCannot connect to server.  I have omitted some of the CRL text for privacy.  When I load the CRL address in certutil, it resolves correctly with our Certificate Services server. How can I make Acrobat connect to the server?  This seems to be working for users who haven't migrated yet.

Hi there, I recently purchased licenses for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 through TechSoup. I received an email from TechSoup Fulfillment with my serial numbers. I need to access the Adobe Licensing Web Site so I can manage and view serial numbers via the site. Upon trying to login, I receive this error message: "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site. Please contact Adobe for assistance". Please help!

Hi!I am working on a project where I am completely reliant on Preludes manual transcription features/interface, which is not part of Premiere Pros functions (At least not that I kan find). A few months ago, we could go to "preferences" and "show older apps" in creative cloud, but I can´t find that option any longer.  How can I find older apps, Prelude in particular?  All best!

We have a user who did not realize they setu up two-step verification. They cannot logon to https://account.adobe.com/security to disable as it wants the verification code it sent.Problem is this person is not recieving and does not know what was put in for the email address.As an Admin can I disable this in Adobe Admin console somehow

I have a user with admin rights, however they can't see or download Invoices. It says only the owner can. Is their a way around this, so they can see them.

Hello, I work in the IT department for a large college, where we use Microsoft SCCM for managing our Windows devices. We appear to have an issue with the latest Adobe CC suite, where all of the app's install successfully, but the setup.exe process appears to continue to run in the background, even when the installation is complete? This is causing the application installs to take a very long time to complete when deployed via SCCM, as the setup.exe process does not close. The SCCM application installs are simply timing out from their maximum run-time. From testing, I can confirm that this is not an SCCM related issue, as this same problem occurs when simply manually running the installer on a Windows device. The installation will complete, shortcut's in the start-menu and desktop... but the setup.exe continues to run in the background? Also, the Adobe CC packaging tool, I can't get this to work as it keeps telling me that an update is required? I'm running Windows 1

I am able to install the CC application and Lightroom and Photoshop on Surface Pro 9 5G (Windows 11 ARM63) but I keep seeing errors (CRLogTransport.exe unable to start correctly 0xc0000007b) and CC cannot update and both Lightroom and Photoshop do not work. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Hello, We have recently migrated one of our file servers to Sharepoint,  and implemented the Adobe Document Cloud app so that users can access their PDF files using their desktop applications.  Unfortunately we are running into an issue with some users who are using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020.  It seems when Acrobat Pro 2020 is set as the default app in Windows,  the "Open in Desktop App" button does not work.  From my troubleshooting I was only able to get the button to work when Adobe Acrobat Reader DC was set as the default app.  This is unfortunately not a good workaround as users cannot then edit the files in question.  I am wondering if there are particular settings needed in order to fix this,  or is this an intentional issue since Acrobat Pro 2020 is not a cloud based product? I have attached a screenshot of the button in question.  Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Si je fais "continuer" et que je me connecte sur mon compte adobe stock je vois bien que le template est bien acheté. Cela peut-il venir que j'utilise une adresse mail différente sur mon compte première pro de celle de mon compte adobe stock ? Merci pour votre aide 

We have recently discovered that several end user devices within our network have been attempting (successfully blocked by firewalls) to establish an outbound connection to an external IP Address (49.236.204.101) based in Malaysia. This is activity that we have not seen before so our cyber security team have investigated as we have deemed this activity as suspicious. He comprado una licencia Creative Cloud para un estamento oficial (Gobierno) y no me deja administrar la licencia cómo siempre lo he hecho.Compro la licencia desde mi departamento para poder asignar a un usuario su uso y mis controles de administrador no me parecen en mi consola como antes.¿Cómo se puede solucionar este problema? Gracias

Hello all,   The issue I'm facing is that after my office renewed their subscription, all my libraries and files saved on Creative Cloud storage was lost. I have approached the chat support and they advised us to follow the steps here https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html#sa_src=web-messaging However on following the steps, I was unable to retrieve my files. Hi, I'm an admin on a team that migrated from Adobe IDs to Business IDs about a month ago. I expected that once the whole team was converted to Business IDs, we'd be able to create team libraries (as opposed to shared libraries), but the option doesn't seem to be available anywhere. I can't create a team library or migrate our current individual/shared libaries into team libraries. A team with Business IDs should be able to create team libraries, correct? Is there some kind of setting that needs to be enabled?
