HelloI recently bought the ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics for web development (several recommendations about Thinkpad reliability by seasoned developers).I have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, which includes Fresco.Fresco says 'not compatible' https://helpx.adobe.com/fresco/system-requirements.html?product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=5.2.1.441&mv=product&mv2=accc#I require these tools for a project next week. Which was why I bought a new PC.How can I get Fresco to work on this setup? I just bought it for web development.There is said to be an 'unofficial installer' for Adobe products on Lenovo, any idea where?What options do I have to get Fresco to work on this setup by next week?Appreciate your help!Regards

I'm using a wacom 24 pro on a windows desktop, and my pen pressure is not working in fresco. I'm pretty sure it's the same issue that photoshop has where pen pressure stops working when you have windows ink on. For photoshop, I have a userconfig file that fixes it with this written in: # Use WinTabUseSystemStylus 0 Is there a way to similarly fix this problem with Fresco? I'd love to use this program more.

Is it possible to warp a font in fresco?

I keep trying to save documents on Illustrator or Photoshop on my desktop computer to the cloud to access them in Adobe Fresco on my ipad. I'm able to make a new folder and save that, but once I look in the folder in the Fresco app, I can't see any new files. The only files that seem to show up in there are those that are created and saved on my ipad. I've tried logging out of my account and back in and that didn't fix it. I've tried downloading the files to my ipad, but there's no way to open them from fresco. I've tried dropping them into the Creative Cloud Documents folder on my computer, but that didn't have an effect either. Cloud documents are pretty useless to me if I can't access them from another device! 😞I hope someone can help... thanks!

Hi,I got Fresco on my surface pro at the beggining of quarantine with the free 3 month adobe access and it worked fine. I deleted it, and half a year later my university gave me the adobe creative cloud suite so I decided to get it again. Now, when I try and open Fresco the app will launch and then close immediately. I have tried to look for answers all over the internet but I cannot find anything. I have about 5 adobe apps currently running, and I have about 30 gigs of storage. I have tried uninstalling + installing. I have also tried left clicking and mannually telling it to launch, but nothing works. Please help, Fresco is my favorite!! 

Hi!I have a student account, full creative cloud, and I have installed Fresco several times in an attempt to use this app (Surface Pro 5). I've also relaunched CC, and my computer, and I still have the same message: "An error has occured, please restart Fresco to continue". I click OK, and it just reopens and gives same error message. Any tips on where to go from here? I've also uploaded through the LogCollector Portal.Many thanks!

Is it possible Adobe for a mixer pallet for the paint\color as a option? As well, I own a XpPen tablet display however it is not touch compatible so sampling color without switching to the dropper tool does not work can we have some shortcuts that remedy this? as well the ability to manage imported brushes would be helpful.

Can I import an .ASE swatch panel from Photoshop into Fresco?

Hello!I use the touch shortcut all the time to wipe with the brush, but in about half the time holding the touch shortcut, my Apple pencil starts drawing again. Does anyone else have this problem? I mean to say, when I'm tapping and holding it while using the touch shortcut. Or when double tapping it to enable it without touching it. Actually, I want to tell my community members, please try this and see do you have this problem, also see if you get the same result.In the meantime, I'm asking around if there's a problem with other people. Is there a solution?

On my Windows Surface Pro 6 computer, Fresco runs very slowly. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, whether I'm drawing or simply selecting options in the interface. Whatever I do, there is a delayed response. For example, if I select a brush and draw with it, I can draw a stroke, and it takes a second or two for the stroke to appear. If I quickly draw three strokes, then after a couple seconds, three strokes will appear. If I select a new color in any brushe's color selector, it takes a while for the color sliders to update. My device should be more than sufficient to run this softwere. Is there some setting I need to adjust to make it run smoothly?

Hello there,So I've started doing illustrations for a book in Illustrator and now want to go on doing them using Fresco. I have chosen colours and now would like to use the exact same colours in Fresco, but there's nowhere to enter like #F3EsDF or something like that. When I save a library in Illustrator, I also can't open it in Fresco or, at least, don't know how to open it there. What can I do to keep on illustrating with exactly the same colours for skin, hair etc. as in my Illustrator documents?Thanking you in advanceTina

Hi in Desktop Photoshop it is very easy to isolate the black (or Colour) from a a black & white line art image by command clicking the channel. I see no equivalent of this in Fresco. It seems that a channel pallet is a necessity?

Seems that the only the BIG feature that procreate has over Fresco is the almost elastic tolerance on some pens that smooth out the strokes. Is there an equivalent in Fresco or Photoshop?  example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AivHUf4w194  

I was wondering if it would be possible to add DirectX 12_0 support to Fresco.

I'm trying to setup the Fresco Application onto my MacBook but its not downloading. I can see the app is available for mobile devices, but not for Macbooks? Is this bug happening to other Mac Users?? I have attached a promt that pops up once I attempt to install. macOS Catalina | Version: 10.15.4 (19E287) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,I tried to export my project to my NextCloud, but when I hit 'save' the app freezes and I have to close it completely. I've tried it several times with different formats, but it's the same all the time. It would be awesome, if that could be fixed. Thank you!Laura

Hello! I have a question about the Adobe Fresco App. For instance. I draw a line with a vector brush to create a shape. Then I export the file to my computer and open it in Adobe Illustrator. But the line with which the shape is drawn is not a contour, but is itself a shape. That is, when I draw a line in Adobe Illustrator on a computer using the Pen Tool, this line is the contour of the shape. And in the Adobe Fresco App, for some reason, it is not a contour, but a separate shape. Can this be changed somehow? Or it’s not possible to draw vector lines in Fresco that are contours?

My pencil pixel brush cursor is a crosshair after the latest update. Other pixel brushes look like the brush shape and size, as expected. Eraser and vector brush are circles. Live brush is showing no cursor at all (78 px). How do I get the brush sized cursor back for all tools? thanks, newbie here, working on iPad Pro.

HiCurrently, if I use Fresco to create a vector only document and then want work on it later in illustrator, I have to export it from Fresco as a pdf and then send it to my desktop via one method or another.It's a bit of a farse. Even more so if I decide I want to work on it on my desktop and I don't have my ipad with me to export it there and then. However I can open cloud docs directly within photoshop on my desktop with retlative ease. Will there be a point when I will be able open fresco vector files directly in illustrator from my cloud docs? 

重なった部分をきれいに滲ませて、均一に馴染ませたいのですがうまくできません。色の濃い重なった部分を、水筆でぼかしてもきれいに馴染みません。空や海など広く均一にウォッシュするのが困難です。(例:水彩ウォッシュ平筆・流量30・水量100)カンバスサイズや解像度も関係ありますでしょうか。ご教示ください。

somehow, a few section of my drawing become transparent. I need a solid background for the whole picture . How can I do that ???

I'm using a Freso for ipad, and also using magic keaboard. I don't remember exactly when it happened, but the shortcut doesn't work except for a few commands.(like cmd+s, cmd+t. That's all) i don't know why this happened... if anyone has had this problem before, can you help me? 

It's really easy to create your own custom brushes for Fresco using Fresco and Adobe Capture. I've outlined the basic steps here, or you can watch the video for a more in depth tutorial.     1. Create a square document in Fresco and paint some dots on it. 2. Quick export an image to the camera roll. 3. Open the image in Adobe Capture and choose to create a Brush asset. 4. Edit the Crop so you have all BODY, no TAIL or HEAD. You can also rotate the drawing in this view to get different effects. 5. Chose the Close and intial direction Style. 6. Turn of the Size under the pressure setting, for drawing with an Apple pencil. Take the spacing to 1%. 7. Save the new brush to a Creative Cloud Library. 8. Now you are ready to start painting with it in Fresco. Return to Fresco and open a document to work on. 9. Find the custom brush in the Pixel Brushes. Swipe to the bottom and Find the Creative Cloud Libraries. Your new brush will be in a Library. You can create a Library
