Hello, I just installed Fresco on my new PC running windows 11, unfortunately it doesn't open and keeps crashing. I get this notice: 'Loading documents' and after a few seconds crashes and closes. I updated everything I could on windows, even my graphics card directly from the manufacturer (Radeon) to no avail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.   [Renamed by Mod]

i gave discover more brushes and tried adding brushes but its stuck at adding in progress. i also tried loading an abr file and it shows error importing brushes i have uninstalled cc and fresco and reinstalled, signed in and out but still it doesnt work also when i click add in discover more brushes, i can see that it download it as the network is consumed in task manager and then its stuck, i think its not importing it

2026.11.12iPad Air 11inch M3Apple Pencil  Pro 全てのブラシでサッと描いた線が点になってしまう現象が起きて大変困っています。長めの線は書けるのに、短い線がゆっくり描かないと描けません。スッと描いて離すと点にしかなりません。例えば、「え」の文字を書こうとすると、一画目は点、二画目はちゃんと描けるといった感じです。 ちなみに、他のペイントアプリやメモアプリではサッと描いても問題なく線が描けます！ 購入したApple Pencil Proの不具合かなと、Apple公式にも問い合わせましたが、他のアプリで問題ないのであれば、完全にAdobefrescoの問題だと言っていました。 また今年の8月までは、iPad第6世代とApple Pencil（差込タイプ）とかなり古いものを使っておりましたが、その際は問題なく描けました。毎日仕事で使用しているので効率が落ち、本当に困っております。 以前何年か前に同じ状況で改善願いを出されている方も発見いたしましたが、まだ改善されていないようです。 早急に改善いただけますようお願い申し上げます！！！

Is this in the works or is it never coming to windows? 

The app simply doesn't work. EVERY single time I open a document the app crashes and when I do manage to open a canvas it closes after any type of selection. The brushes don't work either and adjusting their settings also triggers the crashes.

Hello! I am running Adobe Fresco on an ASUS ProArt PX13 laptop (and drawing with an ASUS SA203H pen), and I have unfortunately been experiencing crashes very frequently 😞 I would estimate that the crashes occur every 5 to 10 minutes while using the software, and they become gradually more common as I relaunch the software multiple times in one sitting. I have not been able to find a consistent action that preceeds the crashes, but I think I have noticed it more frequently while zooming/rotating the canvas.  Fortunately, I typically only lose a few brush strokes worth of progress, as the canvas auto-saves, but this is still proving to be a huge hinderance to my work.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fresco, reverting to an older version of Fresco, updating my graphics drivers, running my laptop on different performance modes, and restarting my laptop, but none of these seem to have any effect on the issue. I am wanting to create cut files in Fresco because drawing in the app with a digital pencil is easier than using the pen function in illustrator. But in importing Fresco drawings to Adobe Illustrator, every line becomes a filled shape/path instead of a stroke.  Please add a feature in Fresco to draw in a true stroke form that can be exported to keep the stroke function in Illustrator.  [Renamed by Mod]

Hi there! I'm just trying to see if anybody had the same issues and what kind of remedy you were able to find to solve this problem. I'm also very new to Ai and that will explain why I made a grave mistake. So when I discovered that Adobe Fresco has vector brushes and I could play with some settings, especially editing taper/smoothness/velocity then I was intrigued. I fell in love with Fr and created over 150 vector illustrations. All was great until I realized Fr does NOT offer paths. Then my whole word collapsed because I need to be able to modify how thick or thin my lines are. It is very crucial for me because I wanted to use my illustrations to create brass plates for foil accents on paper & polymer plates to be used for letterpress. Sadly then I found out Fr offers shapes, not paths, there are no strokes but filled shapes. Hello Adobe Support, I’m experiencing a serious issue with Adobe Fresco on my iPad Air 11-inch (M3) using an Apple Pencil Pro. When I try to draw short, quick strokes, the lines sometimes appear as dots. Longer strokes can be drawn without issue, but if I try to draw quickly, only a dot appears.For example, when writing the Japanese character “え”, the first stroke becomes a dot, while the second stroke is drawn correctly. This happens with all brushes in Fresco. However, in other painting or note-taking apps, I can draw short strokes normally with the same Pencil. I contacted Apple about a potential Apple Pencil Pro defect, but they confirmed that since it works fine in other apps, this is definitely an Adobe Fresco issue. For reference, I previously used an iPad 6th generation with the original Apple Pencil (older model) and did not experience this problem. I rely on Fresco for my daily work, and this issue severely affects my efficiency. I like Adobe Fresco, but I find that when I try to use it outside (on an older iPad) the display screen is too dark to display colors correctly. I was curious if anyone might have a suggestion for a drawing tablet with a brighter screen for use outdoors? Ideally it would support Adobe Fresco and be able to sync to Adobe Cloud or other cloud solution. Thanks.

Is it possible to make an animation in Fresco stop on the final frame? I'm trying to illustrate a growing plant, but I don't want it to loop forever. I want it to stop once the plant is fully grown. Thank you.

I've been working on a piece for 2 weeks on fresco and 2 days ago it stopped allowing me to open my work and keeps telling me to contact support. I don't know what to do because I really need to finish this soon for a deadline. I've already tried restarting my iPad and looking to see if the app had to be refreshed and nothing worked. And I checked and it has nothing to do with me not having enough storage either.

I have been reading through all of the posted regarding this error, but nothing is working for me. Out of 5GB, I'm only using 6505.4 MB. The three types of brushes are no longer available in the Adobe Fresco toolbar.I only have acces to Pixel Brushes? 

I have multiple layers grouped, but I cannot change the structure. I must ungroup the whole thing and then move the layers then regroup, which is very annoying! I discovered by opening my file in the Creative Cloud lets me rearrange the group structure?
