When I turn the feature on, the pixels still go outside the lines. Can someone please clarify how to make it work? The brief video tutorial didn't help. Thanks.
Hi friends. As the attached screenshot shows, when I use the new "paint inside" brush feature, a thin unpainted border appears and remains between the outsidestroke and the inside paint. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!
Hi, I recently changed my old hdd to a ssd using migration/clone tool. Everything is working fine, except that I can't install the last Fresco's update. I've try to uninstall/install creative cloud again, changing the path of installation, on my both ssd, and all the advices on error 176 on adobe's page, but still the same, error after 2%. I would like to add that since a moment, I think it was 2 updates earlier, the windows arrow doesn't disappear anymore, I've tried all the things I've read on this issue but still the same, I've tried on other drawing software and don't have this problem, only on fresco. I'd appreciate some help, thanks 😉
I tried hard and long with the previous crash issue and finally had no choice but to use version 4.0. After the release of 4.7, some people in the community commented that it was working properly (congratulations to them!) Unfortunately, I still can't get it to work properly. The difference is that version 4.6 will stop working immediately after opening, while version 4.7 will stop working when the document is opened and loaded to the end. I have tried reinstalling several times, but the problem persists.
I'm a new user of fresco and have noticed the following (note that all these comments refer to using vector brushes only):- if you merge layers the resolution goes way down (so if you later try to increase the size of an element it is pixelated)- but if you group all layers instead, there is then no way to group select the layers and increase their size all at once (that I can see - ?)- if you export multiple layers to Illustrator for ipad and one of the layers was the square with the arrow pointing down (sorry I don't know what this is called! but it prevents anything going over the lines of the layer below) then that automatically reduces the resolution for the whole image. Am I doing something wrong here? It seems that if you just export 'normal' vector layers you can increase the size no problem in illustrator but if you have merged layers or draawn on top (that sqaure with the arrow thing) then you are limited to the size you created the art in originally in fresco and
I can find several years old discussions on this subject, but nothing current. Is there any documentation on the updated software/hardware combo size canvas limts? I know several years ago it seemed to be 8k x 8k. And all those responses where answers to people with specific configurations. What I'd like to find is a guide to maximize the capabiltiy BEFORE I buy it. Such as "the maximum canvas size X x X and it requires, X software version running on X system with X Ram." Much like some of the other Adobe software has. I'd hate to purchase an updated system just to see if it supports a larger canvas or not. Thank you for any help. Joe Thanks for any direction.
I installed Fresco a few days ago and it worked just fine. I opened it yesterday and it crashes whenever switching to the oil brush. I uninstalled and reinstalled and made sure my graphic drivers were up to date. Now it crashes on launch. It seems this is happening to a few others and there isn't a solution. I have tried the ctrl+alt+R in Creative Cloud, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my system, uninstalling then restarting then reinstalling, I have disabled in-game overlays, and it does the exact same thing. It opens, it says "loading documents" then closes. I know my system exceeds the requirements but I'll share my specs in case it helps. I have a Ryzen 5 3600, RX 5700 XT Red Devil, 64GB of RAM, Windows 10 (latest version) and a Wacom Cintiq Pro 24. Every other Adobe app works just fine, it is only Fresco that crashes. Hello! I installed Adobe Fresco yesterday on my Windows computer. However, whenever I try to open it is says ''loading documents'' and then shuts down. There are no files to open, because I haven't worked with Fresco yet. I've tried turning the computer off-and on, updating the and and deleting the app alltogether and reinstalling it, but nothing seems to do the trick.
in the windows desktop version of Fresco, under Settings, there is no slider to turn on Create color palette from image. its there on the ipad, but not on windows desktop version.

Fresco will not open. Crashes half way through launch. I have tried re-bbot, reintall of entire Creative Suite...still will not launch. Fresco loses after trying to upload documents. It is impossible to use it because it always closes
Since the v. 4.6.0 update fresco constantly crashes on windows 11. I do not know what the problem is because my computer meets far beyond the requirements. What have you done with the app? It is useless now... Please try to fix it, I am very disappointed.

fresco crasch at start and i'm not fast enough to send the report. So i can never get the support i need. what can i do?
I need help troubleshooting my Fresco crashing after loading documents. Crashes right at the document screen shown in the included screenshot. I've tried CTRL + ALT + R for reload, waited 5 minutes, and relaunched, but it crashes still. I have also tried to re-install Fresco. I have NOT yet attempted a full Creative Cloud re-install. I haven't had any luck figuring out how to roll back to the last version of Fresco I used, but I was using it fine right before I updated the program. Any instruction on how to do that, if possible, would be nice. I'll obtain logs however possible, as needed. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Side Note: The Crash Report window also crashes along with Fresco, disabling the ability to log and then send reports about Fresco crashing. Just thought I'd report that issue.
Hello, I don't know if I'm the only one in this case, but since a few days my Fresco app keeps crashing on my ipad. I saw there was an update, which I did, but same again. I turned my Ipad off completely, then back on, but same again. I didn't try, yet, to uninstall and install back (beeing afraid of loosing things). Is it only me or is there something about this last version/update ? Thank you for your help. Marie-Agnès
I've been using the program for around a year now and uninstalled it a few days ago when my school subscription ended only to download it again on a personal account. It's worked completely fine the entire time but now that I've reinstalled it on my personal account it crashes after "loading documents." I tried restarting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling both Fresco and Creative Cloud, but so far nothing has worked. I've seen a few others experience the same thing with 4.6 and wondering if this is an issue with the program itself.
fresco 4.6.1 crashes... is it not possible to go back to older versions? So what to do?
I bought creative cloud to use photoshop and fresco. When I start the Fresco program, a "Loading documents" text appears for like 10 seconds and then the application closes itself.I tried reinstalling everything, I tried using the V4.6, restarting computer, tried to update everything, tried updating the drivers, nothing worksCan someone check my Adobe Log information and tell me what to do? I am unable to open Fresco on my PC. It constantly gives me a message that it has crashed, and asked if I want to send a report. I have unistalled and reinstalled several times.
Why can't I open Adobe Fresco versions above 4.0 on Windows? How to solve?
Seriously. Fix it! For as big as Adobe is, the developers should be able to fix the desktop app so it works correctly and so we can use all the new features. But no, we have to use verson 4.0 meanwhile people are getting to use version 4.6. All of my other Adobe products work fine on my PC. Seriously, get your act together Adobe!
I encountered a crash issue when using Adobe Fresco. The app crashes immediately upon opening. Deleting the app and reinstalling it temporarily solves the problem, but after one hour, the issue occurs again. However, deleting and reinstalling the app will result in the loss of related data within the app. Is there any good solution? Note: Renamed by Mod
