I have the same problem with Fresco. Adobe products are full of bugs, bugs that are repaid on one version and reappear in the future!   The problem that I see is they are focused only on profits, they hire inexperienced people which are paid poorly, and by the time they start learning they are replaced with new inexperienced ones. This is a vicious circle that leads to poor and convoluted software. The only feasible way out is to vote with our wallets, IMO.   [Renamed by Mod]

Dear Adobe Fresco team, First things first, Fresco is an amazing tool that helps our team create a lot of great work. At this moment at night, I would recommend a new feature that hope can be shown up in the next version. That is INK can interact with the pad gyro sensor, which means when the pad stands up ink should tear down, otherwise when lying flat INK won't faint. website removed by moderator.

I have I pad pro 2 model number A1670. I have the latest operating system with plenty of space. I’m also a paying member. It won’t let me download this app. In the App Store it says my iPad is compatable. How do I get the app to download. The Get button is grey out and doesn’t work. I contacted chat but they didn’t help.

Hello everyone! I mostly use Leonardo App on Windows as my 'portable' drawing application on the Surface Book 2. Absolutely love it. It seems to be the only software on the Windows Tablet market that 'knows' how to efficiently cross between stylus and touch workflows. Recently, I have decided to move to Adobe Fresco, because of how versatile this app was. However, I am finding Adobe Fresco to be very glitchy with my SB2 in terms of using Touch and Stylus. Here are the issues I'm facing -Sometimes when I rest my palm on the screen before placing my stylus on it (which is obviously the natural way to do it), it refuses to pick up the stylus and at times, accidentally registers my palm as a touch gesture (in most cases, colour picker).Most times when I try to use the Touch Shortcut (usually with my left thumb), it fails to behave as intended. The Touch Shortcut is definitely activated (you can see it change shape), but the app continues to draw, rather than erase with the brush.

About a week after downloading the app (February 15/16) and using it Fresco started crashing every time i was trying to draw. I sent a crash report at least a week ago and i haven't heard back with any solutions  so i figured i would post here since I've tried using the solutions other people were given for similar problems.    [Renamed by Mod]

Hi,   I recently discovered the magic of Fresco and would like to use it more. The Problem occured when I tried to open a File from Fresco start screen on my Home office Laptop. Is it possible to import my color swatches from Photoshop to Fresco?I can't seem to import the .aco file.

I'm currently using a Wacom Intuos with Fresco 3.8.1. Yesterday it was all good, but today whenever i "undo" a blotch appear mid screen as if I just made a dot with my pen. It looks like which ever brush I'm currently using. It happened occasionally before the update too but now it happens almost every time, I'd say problably 80% of the times I Ctrl+Z. Very frustrating and it makes the drawing experience extremely disruptive. Anyone else having this or a similar problem? Any ideas towards a solution?

Hi all,   I have a surface pro 7 and have updated my graphics driver, and my device otherwise meets all of the system requirements listed on the Adobe fresco website. Even so, I am still getting an error message in Fresco stating that live brushes don't work on my device.   I have seen the previous user posts from a couple of years ago indicating that live brushes weren't compatible on the surface pro, but I was under the impression that this was resolved, and that live brushes should be workable with Surface Pro devices (so long as all minimum system requirements published on the Adobe website are satisfied).   Is it still the case that live brushes are not compatible with ANY surface pro, even if all of the system requirements listed on the website are satisfied? I can't figure out what the issue is.

I have somehow managed to skew one of Fresco's drawing aids (the circle) and cannot rectify it/unskew it. See screenshot below. Has anyone else experienced this and/or know how to fix it? Thanks! 

I have somehow made the rectangle sides skewed and there's no way to reset the shape. How is this even possible?

Good day! So I'm trying Fresco, and its pretty awesome so far and I'd like to get it, however the upgrade is trying to charge me $9.99/mo and Adobe's website very clearly states it only costs $9.99/yr. Seeing as how I'd prefer to not be charged 1,200% more than was advertised, how do I pay the advertised price? And if I cannot then Adobe needs to update their website asap for obvious reasons. Thank you!

After I draw anything using the vector brush, I'm then unable to switch to other tools or brushes. I can't erase, switch brushes, open my layers, or any of the menu options. Tried tapping using the Apple Pencil as well as my fingers. Nothing!The only workaround I've found is that I have to do the 2-finger undo action, which means I have to constantly undo my strokes before I am able to switch to anything.This only happens when I use the vector brushes. Pixel and live brushes work as expected.

I have a Dell Touch Screen Monitor. I am running Win10. I just installed Fresco and LOVING it! My question: Can I use a stylus pen on my touch-screen monitor or would I need to use a iPad or Wacom tablet? Yes, I know I can use my mouse, but I think by using a pen would be more effective. 

Buongiorno, ho un problema di disegni a mano salvati in f.to png rifiutati per motivo: scarsa qualità. ho provato a rifarli ma vengono rifiutati ugualmente. Non riesco a capire dove sbaglio durante l'impaginazione. Ho provato a fare 3000 x 3000 px o 5000 x 5000 px con 72 di risoluzione. Sto ricontrollando ancora esportazione e altri parametri. Nel frattempo allego alcuni esempi: un png nitido e approvato e alcuni rifiutati. Grazie

hiairdroping from my ipad with fresco to my macbook doesn't seem to work. sending photos or adobe reader documents works without any issues. very strange. can anybody help? 

I recently discovered Fresco and it's amazing, unfortunately since two days ago, when I open  a file it appears like a black wallpaper and it makes me unable to see where I'm painting (I'm on Windows 11 and I've already installed it twice)

I want to add a colour code for my colour selection using fresco, in Illustrator I just type in the code but on Fresco I do not see that option, please help me out if you can, thank you kindly!

Hallo, Fresco läuft auch nach Neuinstallation nicht in deutscher Sprache. Adobe-Account und Windows10-Regionseinstellungen sind auf Deutsch eingestellt. Auch AI läuft problemlos in deutscher Sprache. Hat jemand eine Lösung für das Fresco-Sprachproblem?

drawing with the wacom is the same as the mouse, it does not recognize the pressure on any brush.

Is there a way to change the rotation point when using the transform tool? I would like to set it left of center instead of rotating from the center, but there doesn't appear to be a way to control the rotation point. In other words, if I were rotating a circle, you wouldn't notice because it's rotating from the center (like a record), but if I changed the rotation point to the left side of the circle, it would be more like the earth circling the sun (for lack of a better way to explain). I am using Fresco on my iPad. Thank you.

what I want to know, it's if is possible to set up Adobe Fresco so that I don't have to touch a button each time I want to use the eraser on my penJust use the eraser on the top of my pen directlyIs it possible?

I've been using the fill tool with the colour set to 0 to make it transparent but it suddenly doesn't work. I add a picture image then convert to pixel layer then use the fill tool on transparency to remove backgrounds. But now it doesn't work! Any ideas?

I've been having trouble getting my brushes to transition smoothly from heavy pressure back to light. In both Fresco and Illustrator on my iPad Pro with my Apple Pencil (2nd). The images below show my stroke going from light to heavy the back out to light(without the stroke getting thinner). I feel like I'm barely touching the screen anymore. On the second stroke I was so light pressure I lost contact and started another stroke.  I've played with the sensitivity curve. I've played with brush settings. The strokes above were made with these settingsAny tips or suggestions? I am thinking it's me and I need more practice, but hoping for any help.
