Bonjour à tous !J'ai un problème pour lancer une impression, qui intervient du jour au lendemain, Lundi ça fonctionnait et depuis Mardi non, je n'ai pas fait d'actions particulières entre temps. Je suis sous Windows 10.Au moment de lancer l'impression avec le bouton "Imprimer", la fenêtre d'impression reste bloqué à 0%, et impossible de revenir en arrière avec Annuler. Je dois donc fermer le logiciel de force. Pas de statut d'impression en cours dans la barre de tâche. J'ai testé avec Photoshop, Acrobat ou internet, pas de problèmes d'impression...Avez-vous des conseils ?J'ai déjà tenté d'éteindre et rallumer le PC depuis hier plusieurs fois, désinstaller/réinstaller le logiciel plusieurs fois, réinitialiser ou supprimer les préférences, mais toujours le même problème. Merci !Via des autres PC de mon entreprise avec Illustrator ça fonctionne.

I was shutting down Illustrator 2020 after a freeze and decided to open the submenu for Ill in the End Task window. This is the first time I've heard of this application and google is giving me just a couple mentions but no explanation of its function. Curiosity has gotten the best of me now, so I'm just wondering, does anyone know? Is it a 2020 addition? I don't have any real reason to find out, though if it has anything to do with my frequent crashes that might be useful to know. (In case anyone asks, these crashes have persisted for a couple months now and my CC version is up to date, though I do need to do a Windows update tonight.) It's file location is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2020\Support Files\Contents\Windows If anyone happens to know, cool!

 Preciso baixar a extensão do pantone connect no illustrator e quando vou fazer isso dá erro. Há semanas que não consigo utilizar o adobe express, aparece conexão interrompida, sem razão aparente.O adobe firefly fica em branco, não abre. Já utilizei outro browser, tentei em modo anonimo, reiniciei, e nada resolve. Preciso de ajuda pois preciso utilizar esses recursos que mencionei e não funcionam!

Dear comrades, I dnt know what I did. and  I have no clue either what is happening. everythng I draw is slanted! Please rescue me. 

I'm working with a customer supplied file that uses a dark gray built cmyk color 69/64/62/59. I'm trying to convert it to see what percentage of black it will be. When I convert the color to grayscale, it changes to 100% black, instead of a halftone of black (40%, 65%, etc.). This seems to be a glitch, but maybe there is a setting I'm missing.

Illustrator used to export a jpeg and include the document's bleed settings when I checked "use artboards", but now it is not including the bleed. Is this a setting that's been changed in one of the updates recently? I can't find any settings about it, but it's really frustrating to have to include bleed in the artboard size now just to export a jpeg when all of our previous and current files are set up using the bleed settings.

Hello,Since the last update (now on V 29.2.1), I have printing problems.When I try printing to my laser engraving printer (has always worked and never updated his driver since a couple of years) The printing bar progression remains to 0% and stays so.Any ideas of what has changed since last update of Illustrator?Thanks for your help.

Printing causes Illustrator to crash.Noticed it first on 17.01.25Now impossible to print.

Hello, hoping someone can help. Ive got the latest update, hadnt changed anything else and now my documents will not print. Ive reinstalled Illustrator, reinstalled my printer/drivers and also tried printing from other printers within Illustrator. No success.I can print form InDesign, but hoping to get illustrator back up and working.When i click the print button, the print dialog box comes up but then freezes and I have to use Ctrl, Alt, Delete to get out of illustrator altogether. Even clicking the cancel button doesnt do anything.Please help 🙂 TIA

I was created short keys for the menu commands and tools in adobe illustrator 2025 but its not working. may i know the reason?Thanks in Advance

Hello.I have a problem with downloading regular Illustrator app on my lap-top Asus Vivobook S15 copilot+PC... Do you know when will app be able for download on my lap-top? Any new informations?? In Adobe Illustrator, I'm unable to modify lines or images. I can only grab the anchor point and move the entire image. I can't quickly find a solution online. How can I revert to the original settings?I'm experiencing the following issue: I can only select and move anchor points I can't resize or modify shapes or images The problem persists even when creating a new file I've already tried: Switching between the Direct Selection and Selection tools Restarting Illustrator Creating a new document Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hate to resort to a "sensationalist" title for this post but it looks like I'm hitting a small "wall", here.In a new document, I placed the following "Barbie logo" in PNG format :When I imported the file, I simply clicked and immediately released the mouse, so, to my knowledge, the image is placed at 100% scale yet Illustrator has the nerve to tell me that the image is at 75% scale, in the Links palette (sorry for the French UI):What am I doing wrong? 

Yep.. 4 Years later and same Problem here !Yesterday I installed a lot of new Fonts. I even use them in some Designs.And today round of half of them where gone when I open Illustrator!Why only some and other not... Mistery.Fix:I closed Illustrator, I open the Creative Cloud Desktop : All Fonst where there I opened Illustrator again: All Fonst where there !

Hola, recientemente compré un Mac Mini y el Illustrator visualiza muy mal. Se ve pixelado, y es incluso más marcado en la previsualización de 'Exportar para web'. Lo raro es que exporto las mismas imágenes y se ven perfecto en el ordenador, por lo que descarto que mi pantalla sea el problema. El espacio de trabajo de illustrator se ve en muy mala calidad y no me permite hacer ajustes ópticos realmente necesarios. Adjunto una captura de la imagen exportada y la misma pero en el espacio de trabajo. Gracias por atender. 

All of my imported and placed pngs have a white box that removes anything under it. You can see from my screenshot that once its off the artboard the white box goes away. This happened after Illustrator crashed. I have updated and restarted my computer, but the issue still remains. I've never seen anything like this before. Please help!

I'm sure I'm missing something super easy.I have a seemless pattern that was developed for print (read:not pixel perfect) that I've been tasked to turn into a website background. For print the swatch pattern was rotated 30 degrees. I can't figure how to export the swatch in a way that will work as a repeating background swatch. Are there any tricks for creating this swatch without turning my brain into knots? TIA!

Hallo CommunityIch versuche mich gerade in diesem Skripte Thema einzuarbeiten und frage mich was passiert hier.Ich nehme aus den Standardskripten dieses Skript. "CreateSpotSwatch.jsx" alles was passiert ist das öffnen einer neuen Datei mit einem beigen Rechteck auf de Zeichenfläche. Sonst nichts. Muss ich da sonst noch was machen um zu sehen was dieses Skript tut? Danke für Hilfe.

I have created a Custom Preset to output an Illustrator file for print based on the PDF X4 2008 already created by Adobe. When I try to use this Preset I get a warning as follows- The preset specifies Acrobat 5 (PDF 1.4) compatibility.This will be reset to Acrobat 4 (PDF 1.3) to ensure compliancewith the PDF/X (2003) standard with regard to transparency. Despite the fact the preset uses PDF 1.6 this message appears and no amount of adjusting the settings seems to change it. If I use the same Preset in Indesign there are no warnings. Using the Adobe Preset for PDF 1.6 (in Illustrator) seems OK, so not sure why when resaved with only a couple of modifications (bleed and compression) it gives this warning. 

I guess I started this project in ai 2024 and when I open it in 2025 some of the fonts go all whack:If I click on the type I get the "this was created in an older version of illustrator" warning which is how I realized it was a version problem.  It looks correct in 2024 and does the conversion immediately upon opening, and not when I attempt to edit.  I'm not ever sure of the language to report this as a bug.

Hello,I'm having an issue with moving objects in Adobe Illustrator. Every time I go to grab and move any item, whether it be a shape, text, image, etc., there is a delay and a "Converting dragged items to EPS format" dialog box pops up briefly before I can move the object I am trying to move. See the attached images for a couple examples. I am running Illustrator v 27.9 up to date, and recently updated to MacOS Sonoma 14.0 on my machine (issues started subsequently after this OS upgrade). For comparison, these same issues are not occuring in Photoshop or InDesign, where moving objects occurs as normal without delay. Thank you in advance for any suggestions or solutions!
