Hello! I delete some fonts in Window Then this problem will create.In below Image you see Menu Bar & Laye Panels text font will be crash how i will set it?

Hi, I have the grain effect on one of my shapes on illustrator. I recently changed the DPI of the file from 300 to 500dpi for printing purposes and the grain texture has disappeared? I've tried applying a new grain texture on the sahpe with the new dpi and when i go to edit intensity and contract, nothing is showing up to show a preview? Any help would be great! Also attached pictures of what the grain looked like and what it looks like now (very subtle difference- if anyone has advice on how make the grian more obvious that would be appreciated!).  

Good Afternoon, I can't open and work on the illustrator, getting an error when I am opening it.I tried all the possible ways to fix it, how can I fix this? 

Even with a M4 silicon Macbook Pro, rendering in real-time can be slow. In my Settings, GPU performance is enabled, and I have ray-tracing turned off. My example is editing 3D text and is painstakingly slow because it tries to render each time a character is typed and shows the rendering dialog each time as well. In attempt to get around this issue,  I tried editing the text in 'Outline mode' but AI still shows the render dialog with each change to the text. Also, I lowered the document's raster effects setting  to 72dpi. However I really thought 'Outline mode' would solve this issue but apparently not. Is there any way to disable the rendering dialog or to speed up editing 3D text?

I been having issues with the Creative Cloud App, it causes Illustrator and other Apps that I am working in to crash. When I try to relaunch the app a window would pop up asking if I want to quit or repair the issue. I usually just select the option to fix. However, I've been having this issue for a while now. So I decided to uninstall and install the Creative Cloud App following the instructions that I found here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html. Once I fnished doing that, I reopened Illustrator CC 2022 and I couldn't acces the Creative Cloud Libraries.I decided to follow the instructions of Solution 1 from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html. After doing that, I opened Illustrator CC 2022 to access the Creative Cloud Libraries and got this error message. I still can't access the Creative Cloud Libraries, but I would like to fix this error message before doing anything else. Than

The generative pattern tool tool an illustrator (desktop) is seemingly impossible to tame... At least without negative prompts.  I know Adobe did away with negative prompts in the Firefly web app months back, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer as to whether Illustrator's generative tools rolled out with or without this feature.   I recall reading a suggestion for using negative prompts in Illustrator a few months back, but now I can't find it.  Can anyone please confirm? And if so, how exactly are negative prompts triggered/formatted? 

Hi,Every time I safe an Illustrator file with several pages, I get a warning saying "Maximale aantal knippaden bereikt voor TIFF-voorvertoning", in English that would be someting like "Maximum number of cutting paths reached for TIFF-preview". Dies anyone know what it means and how to prevent it or what I should do? There is no "Don't show again option". 

I have an Illustrator file with 50+ artboards each with a different icon on them. On each artboard there is an icon and an unfilled/unstroked rectangle the size of the artboard grouped with the icon. Each group is named with the description and color of the icon as I have sets of the same icon in different colors on different layers. I want to know if there is a way to add all of groups (artboards) for each color layer to a CC Library at once and have them show up in the library as a separate item, retaining the group name I have given each of them. I'm trying to avoid having to drag each of them in individually.

I recently updated AI to latest version and since then whenever I want to change the text in an existing text frame, it will automatically change the font to Myriad Pro, no matter what was the font there before. It also happens if I paste copied text in ther.This is really annoying and counter-productive.

This is frustrating.No matter how I set the interface preferences, when I make a new artboard, that artboard is white. The brain-dead workaround to this is to put a rectangle the colour I want on a locked background layer and make it the same size as my artboard, but this turns "Shift+O, drag" into "Shift+O, drag, M, drag, set desired fill colour, deselect rectangle, restore previous fill colour and tool and selection."It seems like there should be an interface option somewhere that lets me set the colour of new artboards, but the only guidance I can find on setting the artboard colour says to use "simulate coloured paper." Simulating coloured paper is not setting the colour of your artboard. It is simulating the way ink always lets some of the paper colour show through. I do not want my artboard to show through. I simply want it to be a different colour. When I press Shift+O and drag out a new artboard, I want that artboard to be the same colour. If I decide I would like a different c

I am importing an 11x17 DWG at the original scale. It's clearly that size when opened in autocad. Why does it come into illustrator with a length of 33.33" ? 

Hi,I'm struggling with this issue where I take a screenshot from a site I'm pulling colours and when I place in Illustrator the colour changes slightly.. Its important that its exact. This first image is the correct colour (how it is on the site). Then when I place it or open it in Illustrator this is how it looks:I have been trying to find solutions on this forum, and have tried: Opening it in photoshop and resaving, then opening in illustrator (doesn't work). Checked and fiddled with colour management settings which are currently as follows (which to the best of my knowledge is how they should be) and haven't had any results:Document colour mode is RGB, and in the name bar it says '(RGB/GPU Preview)'.I can manually match the colour or at least get close in Illustrator, but its a nuisance to do it this way.Any help would be greatly appreciated

This Illustrator warning:"Your current color settings honor CMYK profiles in linked content but profiles were set to be ignored when this document was created."comes up for EVERY SINGLE FILE we receive, download, purchase.Yet these warnings are constantly there. I honestly have no memory of this always happening in Illustrator in earlier versions. HOW DO YOU GET RID OF THESE‽And don't say "you have to work in the profile they were set up in."I'm a video editor and animator,I want to work in RGBand frankly I don't really care about a colour profile mismatch.I want the warnings banished.  I absolutely cannot stand OK dialogues.Extra clicks for nothing seems like some kind of punishment for something I didn't do.As far as programmers are concerned,I think it should just be a warning symbol that appears in the bottom of the frame without an "ok" buttonor maybe a temporary floating warning that appears off to the side. 

 Hi community,Copy and paste commands don't work in illustrator. On some objects/texts they work, while on others they don't.

My symbol tools suddenly stopped working. The symbol sprayer still works but none of the tools to adjust the symbols will do anything. I can't find any information on how to fix them. I've tried closing and reopening the program and resetting Illustrator preferences. Any suggestions?

After the latest update on my Mac Studio M1, I have a problem. Selecting an object takes about 1 second after clicking on it to become selected. If I move the pointer right after selection, the object moves with it. Not sure how to fix it; could it be a bug?I have made a short screen recording of the problem.I appreciate any help you can provide.   

I have loading screen popping up that I cannot cancel. It says "Verifying access to ....drive name and folder ..."This drive has been renamed years ago and every old project I reopen searches for that access for full minute. It happens multiple times. I try to relinked it - Illustrator:" let's see if this old drive has suddenly reappeared and then you can continue your work" - again 1 minute waiting. Add cancel button atleast. I don't ever see that again. How I do that?

Hello all.  New to Adobe and apologize if the question is very basic.  I searched the community and did not seem to find any answers.  I am building a catalog, and when I copy/paste a section or clip to reword for the next section, it does bring over the existing font, etc. - but when I delete and retype the new descriptions, it uses an odd font I don't want.  Is there a way to ask the program to maintain the fonts in each section?  I didn't find an area in preferences to change the default font for this document.  Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!!

I just subscribed and downloaded Illustrator 2025. When I try to open a new file the app freezes. Anyone else's cutstudio suddenly stopped working? Using illustrator 2024, cutstuduo plugin 3.4.4 and cutstudio 3.14 app.Connection is fine, when i got to cut, my gs-24 lights up blue, the motor loads like it's about to cut then nothing. Did a fresh install of illustrator 2024 and cutstudio on another desktop and I get the same issue. Tried xfcut and worked fine so not a hardware issue.

How can I check image size and pixels when working with an image in illustrator?

It would be great if Adobe Illustrator allowed users to save custom font sizes (such as 150pt, 200pt, etc.) to the default text size dropdown in the Character panel. Currently, while you can manually enter large font sizes, they don't appear in the dropdown for future use. Allowing custom sizes to be added to the dropdown would save time, improve workflow consistency, and make working with large text sizes more efficient. Thank you for considering this feature!
