porque con algunos pinceles que se descargan de internet el illustrator se bloquea y sale el mensaje de que falta memoria para poder visualizar las ilustraciones o no deja guardar el archivo y se cierra el programa inesperadamente? se puede bajar el peso de estos pinceles o rasterizarlos para que pese menos el archivo? es mas que todo cuando son pinceles que agregan textura como los que simulan spray paint

Hi everyone,I have a ai file "25-50g.ai" and there is a 2 artboards include. I need to export artboards to seperated pdf files as a artboard names. When ı export  "25G" pdf with a export for screens option, when ı open with acrobat ı see just 25 artboard and 25G's contents than ı tried to open with ıllustrator same file , it has also 50G contents.I tried unclick preserve ıllustrator editing capabilities but my layers merging and all content has a clipping mask.I want to see my all layers without other artboards content. I have screenshots you can check.

Hi, I am an instructor and one of my students is having an issue downloading a full version of Illustrator off of their creative cloud. His laptop runs on Windows 11 Education 22H2. We had no issue downloading the full desktop version of photoshop, but when we tried downloading illustrator it only offers a link option to a mobile app or the "(beta)" version. is there a way to get access to the full version of Illustrator?  Thank you!

When I highlight the number and click on the larger option it won't apply to the font. It happens with all my files. Is it a glitch with the new verion of illustrator (28.7.1)?  

I put two pictures( colorful and sketch) on top of each other and save them. But after saving, the pictures shift. how can i solve this problem? thanks.  

Hi.I'm having a problem with the hyphenation default language  in Illustrator. I set my default language as Spanish, but every time I create a new file the language in the character panel is set as "English USA" and I Dont know how to fix it. Any thoughs?Thanks!

hey, I have an issue I noticed with creating a pattern brush for a police emblem I want to use to create hot swappable patterns as I need to. However, I noticed when applying the end cap, if you zoom out to a certain point, the end cap looks visibly "thinner" then the main body of the pattern. thoughts? I have attached an image for context. Maybe  I am just doing something wrong? or missing a step? thoughts on how to resolve this?

Graphic info:intel uhd graphics 770nvidia geforce rtx 4070 ti super GPU Performance is never enable in illustrator i tried:(1) changing folder name "Adobe Illustrator 28 Settings_old" located %appdata%\adobe(2) installing newest nvidia and intel graphic driver(3) select "nvida geforce rtx 4070 ti super" in nvidea setting opengl renderring gpu but it never works please help....................  

Hello,This happens from time to time. I'm a frequent Illustrator user. I understand very well how to make a compound path. The holes in front, no strokes, no grouping. I have checked every single thing, from opacity to making sure the path is entirely closed, and yet it won't work on some of my graphics. Not that this should matter but they started as image traced graphics that I expanded. This always seem to create two overlapping paths. I deleted the additional one and only have one path for each shape. I also restarted Illustrator. Any ideas?Thanks.

Illustrator 2024 Keeps Crashing constantly over and over again for no reason. I'm using the latest version with the latest updates on a super powerful laptop. I'm not even working on a complex documents neither 3D. It's mostly crashing while simply using the pen tool in black and while!! Auto save recovery is also not saving the work as it should be, recovered documents are coming out blank empty. Support can only guide you to reset preferences... can't get anything out of the report and can't even guide you where to send the report for tech support to analyze it properly. very frustrated, lost so much time and effort and still can't get a real support!!

Hallo, ich würde gerne ein SVG aus Illustrator exportieren und dabei nicht die Abmaßung der Grafik als Dateigröße verwenden, sondern die Größe der Zeichenfläche. Wenn ich das Häkchen bei "Zeichenfläche verwenden" setze, bleibt das aber wirkungslos. Die Grafik wird immer auf die Größe der Grafik beschnitten. Wie kann ich das ändern?

I forgot to disable my site license before sending my work laptop back to the leasing agent. That laptop has been wiped and the software is no longer being used or accessible. However I cannot access Abode Creative Suite on my new laptop as the number of users has been exceeded. Is there anything I can do? It is software on a CD.  I have tried calling Abode and was put on hold for 25 mins before being hung up on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I am working on a document that needs to be dimensioned from one feature to many other features. As you can see in this screenshot, the cursor is indicating that I can not initiate a dimension element. The problem is that the object directly below the cursor is a Symbol that I created to indicate my center marks throughout the document. The only way I can get the dimension tool to work again is if I Unlink the Symbol or turn off the Layer containing my center marks. My question is why? What would be the reason for this functionality?

working with 3-d materials and i keep getting this weird error message. ive attached images of my os and im on illustrator 25.8 was on the latest version but downgraded hoping it would fix said error. im stumped. helpppp please

The last few days it works terribly. The program freezes, slows down. The rotation tool does not work every other time, the intended center is lost. I can not export as several SVG objects, it just creates an empty folder. And creating a separate file for each object is tedious. Restarting does not help, nor does rolling back to other versions.

Having a massive issue with the new update of Illustrator not previewing my placed bitmap tiffs correctly. They all come through banded or glitchy (see image). I know toggling View uisng CPU and GPU helps but then it looks more pixelated. Illustrator never used to do this until the new update. What gives?

Hello,If anyone can shed some light on this glitch (or hidden setting) I'd be really grateful. I've scoured YouTube and forums and can't find reference to this specific issue.When I'm illustrating freehand I like to keep the opacity settings for fills retained for each new object - that way I can build up layers of transparency.Suddenly the ability to do that has gone; I'm left with each new object at 100% - which is very frustrating. I've looked at various settings and preferences and haven't been able to identify a way to fix this.I've attached a short video to show you the issue.Thanks in advance!Ian

Hi hope someone can help me –I'm working with an older wacom and performance has been fine until recently w/out update (I downgraded to 28.7.1 to fit performance) I'm working on a monterey MacOS MBP (it's old, I understand but it has been great to me). If I'm working with the eraser tool, lets say I'm working with a 12pt diameter brush, whenever I use pressure sensitivity this annoying giant sphere emerges from my contact point (wayyyy bigger than max diameter I anticipate).  Fixed Pressure seems to work fine but I would like to have the option of having pressure control for my eraser since I chop out forms negatively regularly. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this.

I frequently work with variables to place on sports jerseys for various sports such as football, basketball, etc. For this, I use variables, and my question is: can I define a specific space so that the font size adjusts to avoid exceeding the maximum space, but in the case of short names with few letters, their size is maintained without being deformed to stretch to the maximum length? I have it set to remember layers when I copy/paste between documents, but no matter what I do, it does not copy across the layers' settings for fill and stroke.I set up  a template for my sections, where each layer  has a fill and stroke set, but the objects themselves are set to blank so that they get their appearance from the layer. But when I copy those objects into a new document, the colors that I set the layer to do not also copy across.I tried saving graphic styles, but they save blank for these objects.Template document:Pasted into a second doc:Almost all colours have vanished.
