Questions

What tool do most users use to create  a social media ad? I create mine in Illustrator, but I notice when I look on the behance site, those ads are absolutely 100% mind blowing! Is there some sort of optimization that needs to happen or perhaps a gradient map being placed on top of the ads? I'm at a loss can someone steer me in the direction of creating great social media ads?  Thanks.

Hi, does anyone know why the illustrator app crashes whenever I use the Apple Pencil or the Magic Keyboard on the iPad Pro (M2). It is so frustrating I'm a graphic illustrator/designer and I can't even use the one tool that is use to do so.

Es wird gesagt ich habe nicht das neuste Betriebssystem, dabei ist das tablet neu und auf dem neuesten Stand. Ich weiß nicht was ich machen soll und wie ich das "richtige" Betriebssystem für dieses tablet bekomme. 

Hi! Please can someone help me with aligning my text centrally on a circle. For some reason the line circled isn't perpendicular to the centre of the circle so the text is always slightly off centre. The base of the line meets the centre point at the top of the circle but the line isn't at 90 degrees (the pink line represents a perfect 90 degree/perpendicular angle) and the blue is the alignment line for the text. As you can see its about a degree or so off. Please can anyone help? Thank you so much.

I'm trying to recreate this logo but I can't figure out how to fill the text in so that the background is similar to the text

Hi,In the past when illustrator would encounter an inability to find an asset (because I moved the whole library to a different drive for example. it would show me the previous location, which made it a lot easier for me to relocate. I could cut and paste the location folder address - change the drive letter and boomWith the most current CC version - all I get is the file name with no location information at all.Please help find old location information - thanks.

I'm making artwork for a red T-shirt. Essentially, everything in the image that's red needs to be transparent so only red and black objects are visible. I have many layers stacked on top of one another. Some layers contain paths and objects with a fill and stroke, while others are compound paths where the filled-in color and outline are separated into sublayers. It's honestly a big mess since I'm still new-ish to Illustrator. I'm familiar with using the shape builder tool, but it would take a long time and be difficult to manage. I know how most of the Pathfinder options work, but it seems like using Trim or something similar would also take a bit to clean up. I'm wondering if there is some universal way for Illustrator to see what is visible on top and just cut through all the lower layers so there is no overlap. I hope the attached image helps clarify what I mean.  

How do I get rid of this black box? Recently, when I open an image in Ai this black box suddenly started to appear. I don't recall hitting any ubsurd buttons or combination of buttons. When I move the image, this white box underneathe appears. I can't use the brush tool. I can use the pencil, and pen tools though. Just open = choose from downloads. Presto I have a magic black box. I am limited by where I can work if I am on that layer with the black box. Working non distructively, I open a different layer to create the project.  

I tried tracing my sketches in AI on my iPad and when using the Blob Brush Tool my screen freezes after a few strokes all the time. With Pencil Tool and Paint Brush Tool it works fine so far. Any Idea what the cause could be?iPad pro 2nd gen,17.4.1 operating system,AI version 3.0.6 

I'm trying to make my "s" as thin as it is in the red section is on the "s" on the right side, the "s" on the left side is still very thick with a stroke of 0. i have tried creating a stroke on the inside like i have on the right "s" but i can't seem to just get it with the red section and not the black stroke on the outside. In other words i want the red "s" as thin as the red "s" is within the black portion. 

To get around missing fonts I would place the PDF in to illutrator, then flatten transparency. we have just installed new macs and now the fonts do not display correctly on the placed PDF

I am looking for a faster way to rename individual layers without taking my hands off the keyboard. I'm aware that there are ways to batch-rename many layers at a time using a script, but I'm talking about doing it one at a time.  Similar to if youDouble-clicked the layer name in the Layers Panel, orChose "Layer Options" from the Layers Panel menu I can't find any way to do this that doesn't involve a mouse.  Thanks in advance

I would like it to be possible to perform an envelope disort operation so that only what is in the clipping is taken into account in the calculation of object bending. At the moment, if I have, for example, objects (like circle) in a clipping rectangle and I use the "Make with Mesh" or "Make with Top Object" option to bend the whole thing to a different shape, the bend sizes are not only limited to the clipping but to all objects that are not visible and hidden under the clipping, causing it to be badly deformed. It would be wonderful if Envelope Disort would only bend what is visible in the clipping and not outside it.

How to freely transform images? Not objects, but a picture.The picture starts to be edited, but the changes are not applied. So how to do it?

Hi,a batch script that I created for Illustrator will break after about 100 documents that have been processed. I am closing every document after processing and everything works fine if I process less than 100 documents at a time. What can cause this Illustrator behaviour and how can I avoid this? I am on an Mac M1 using OS Ventura and Illustrator version 28.5

Et la fenêtre des preset lorsque je fais "nouveau" est totalement vide. Voir capture d'écran:J'ai déjà désinstallé et réinstallé. Mais rien n'y fait. Comment je peux résoudre le problème?J'ai le problème que pour Illustrator. Je n'ai pas le problème sur les autres logiciels de la suite Adobe.
