Hello Adobe Community Team and Community Managers, I’d like to make a request since I'm designing my Illustrator buttons for my Stream Deck XL. Would it be possible for Adobe to provide the original, official icons (in SVG, AI, or high-resolution PNG format) for the following Illustrator panels?Swatches Group Panel (the one wich gets stacked in the lateral column when collapsed)Color Group Panel (idem)Align Panel (idem plus align icons)Pathfinder Panel (idem plus pathfinder icons) The main purpose of this request is to integrate these icons as custom buttons on my Stream Deck, FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Thank you very much for supporting the creative community!Best regards,Yuri

Illustrator Beta on arm windows sudden not available anymore, it forces me to use the web version of illustrator. So Adobe is giving up on arm windows?

Bonjour à tous et à toutes  Je me permets de m'en remettre à vous aujourd'hui car je rencontre un problème sur illustrator. En effet, j'ai utilisé l'outil "texte curviligne" sur illustrator de manière à créer un texte incurvé mais lorsque je veux le vectoriser, ce tracé curviligne devient une forme. Est-ce que vous pouvez m'en expliquer la raison mais également comment suis-je censée faire pour régler ce problème car c'est assez urgent ?  Merci beaucoup 🙂

The subscription of my university contains Ai, but I cannot see it in my Creative Cloud Software.My PC is Surface Laptop 7 (System: Windows 11 PRO on ARM64 (25H2), CPU: Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz, RAM: 16.0 GB,  GPU: Qualcomm(R) Adreno(TM) X1-85 GPU [DirectX  12 (FL 11.1)])

I have relaunched CC Desktop, Illustrator and UXP tool in all possible combinations., even after clearing cache for UXP tool in Roaming folder. Kindly help.System: WIndows 10Illustrator version: 30.0CC Desktop version: 6.8.0.821 

I updated to Illustrator 2026 today. When I use the blend tool, it doesn't seem to function in the complete way it used to. Furthermore, when I Expand Appearance, it breaks the shapes completely. Any tips, or am I waiting for a fix?

As a created cloud member, I was made aware of an update being available for illustrator.  But after updating to Illustrator to 3.0, the pathfinder tool no longer worked.   I wanted a shape atop an image to be subtracted by pathfinder.  However pathfinder in illustrator 3.0 would not subtract the shape from the image below, nor perform any of the ten features of pathfinder. I've tried resetting the illustrator preferences, tried changing the file apperance, and tried using pathfinder in newly created file.  None made any of the pathfinder features work.  Is there a work-a-round or a fix for this bug with pathfinder in Illustrator 3.0? The pathfinder of  my previous version of Illustrator worked just fine before I upgraded.   [Moved from the Using the Community forum by moderator]

Hi everyone,I’ve been editing some images in Adobe Illustrator for my gaming website (link removed by moderator).However, after uploading them, the image quality seems to drop colors and sharpness don’t look the same as they do inside Illustrator. Can anyone please guide me on the best export settings (format, resolution, and color profile) to keep the images crisp and vibrant on the web?Any suggestions for optimizing Illustrator images for website performance are also appreciated. Hello everyone! After the newest update of illustrator and indesign I found one problem. If I ungroup objects they jump into one layer even if I have active option for remembering layers for them! Do you have any advice please? I tried a new file, new layers but its still there 😞 Jana

We have a workstation that is a PC and when saving a PDF out of Illustrator 29.8.1 with "page information" checked under marks and bleed they get a warning "The font Courier could not be embedded..." and it saves without the page information added. It seems strange that it is trying to use Courier as it uses Myriad when other save on a PC. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator and resetting preferences.

Hi, I exported the SVG from a selection using ExtendScript, but it does not render in the browser. However, when I export it manually, it renders correctly in the browser. I have attached both SVG files here.

However, no confirmation on how to resolve.Actions are working in Illustrator Beta version and not in Ai?Fails to recordPossible remedy is to Uninstall and re-install Ai. Not sure this will work since I had to do this the other day when I kept getting the Discover screen. Thanks

The Dimension Tool has not been updated after two years of paying a subscription. I don't see any difference in this new version of Illustrator such as the ability to do scales below 1". I work on 30 foot projects and need them to fit on a Tabloid size. Corel has had scaling for decades. Why can't we work in a larger scale on the artboard? Has anyone seen any improvements besides performance?

Hello!I've been a long-time contributor to your Photostock and want to thank you for the wonderful features of your software and excellent service. But I always dream of an additional feature for Illustrator: the ability to select objects by similar size. For example, select everything smaller than the selected object. This would make your contributors' work much easier.Is this a feature you have? Or would you consider adding it in the future?Thanks)

Hopefully this makes sense. When I'm using Illustrator, and (for example) click on a path, the properties panel updates to show specific options for that object - alignment, appearance, transform, quick actions. The problem I am currently having is that after a while (seems random) this stops working and the properties panel doesn't update, it just shows the document options instead. When the properties panel is behaving like this, if I click on "Edit Artboards", "Document Setup" or "Preferences" in the panel, none of those buttons do anything. They animate as if they've been clicked but nothing happens. Closing and re-opening the panel also doesn't work. The only solution I have at the moment is closing and re-opening Illustrator, which fixes the issue temporarily. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it's quite frustrating.

Estoy usando Adobe Illustrator 2025 en macOS, pero la herramienta de selección no responde (no me permite ampliar ni mover objetos ni editar formas). Ya probé todo (reinicio, preferencias, archivos nuevos, reinstalación) y nada lo soluciona. Sin embargo, al instalar Illustrator 2022 todo funciona perfecto, así que el problema está en la versión 2025. ¿Pueden reportarlo como bug o darme una solución?

"No Preview Available" for .ai files in Explorer when I click on the file. Is there something in Prefs I could have changed accidentally??I have reset the Prefs several times and have reinstalled Windows 10. Illustrator has every update available.I am working on a Desktop PC w/ separate internal SSD drive for file storage. That is, separate from the SSD C drive. Did I break some communication app to use for the drives to communicate?Same problem w/ .eps files. SVG files and PDF files seem to be OK.

"I have a problem. I always export objects to JPG, and since version 29, I have random issues. For example, a basketball jersey with a number that has a stroke/outline (a margin). Everything is fine in the vector, but when rasterizing, the outline is lost. It doesn't get fixed until I change that number to another one using the same font, and then it works. I've updated Illustrator twice, but this problem appears randomly—it might not show up for a whole week, but then after printing, I always find that the outlines on my numbers are randomly disappearing. What is happening and how can I fix it?"

Hello,My document in Illustrator, is original in RGB color mode, because the purpose of the project is not for printing. But when I exported it to PDF, I found that the colors were a bit "washed out", colors were not as sharp as the color shown on the Illustrator document. When I tried to export it in JPG, it shows the exactly same colors as the original document.  My project will due on Sunday, and I was supposed to submit the PDF file. So I hope I can find the solution as soon as possible. Thank you.

Illustrator user here since Illustrator 88. I have seen years of flinty performance, and many more years of outstanding performance and enhancements. I do admit that every once in awhile you make, what seems to me to be, an unnecessary "improvements" that don't feel logical; but for the most part you all have continued to build a great program. In the late ninties and early twenties there was always the rumor that Illustrator was becoming irrelevant, and would be gone soon. I never believed it!'As an art director and creative director I always made sure my teams were "Illustrator educated". Thank you all for the years you put into this product. The cost of the Creative Suite rises with some frequency and despite my age an work habits, I suspect the suite will be running the most updated version when I leave this life...
