Pues eso, que no me deja instalar LR Classic por no cumplir con los requisitos del sistema. Sé que antes te dejaba instalar versiones más antiguas para evitar este problema. ¿Es posible hacer eso ahora? Gracias
Hi, I cannot seem to find Capture Time in the metadata anymore. Used to use it every shoot to correct 2nd shooter's (slightly off) camera times. I thought it was in EXIF, but I can't find it anywhere. And if it's gone how are you supposted to change the capture time now? Thank you!
Most of my clients work in a team environment, where they like to make there own image selections for their specific usuage. In the past, they were able to see their teammates selections/comments as well as there own. That appears to no longer be the case. Is this a glitch or did something change? I can see all their individual choices on my side of the proofing gallery, but it's making it hard for my clients team to collaborate. Thanks
New Denoise AI incompatibility with photo format....Why ? I've updated to the new LRC and wanted to try out the new Denoise Ai but in every image in my library, it says that it doesn't support the photo format. I shoot with a nikon D500 on a Sony XQD card in Jpeg......What is so radical about that format that it wouldn't be supported by the new denoise AI ?
My GPU is an RTX 470 with 12 GB of RAM. Adobe says that to use the new preview generation in LR Classic 14.5.1 it needs 16GB of RAM. So I tried it with my GPU. On AUTO (in Performance) it uses a little of the GPU, but I have to switch it to ON to force LR to use more of the GPU. Even then, it only uses a maximum of 30% of the 12GB available. Not sure whether it is any faster, but it does lower CPU use significantly and thus CPU temperature. So why does Adobe say it needs 16GB, when it doesn't even use more than about 4GB of my current GPU? Bob Frost
I'm using Lightroom Classic 14.5.1. I recently moved catalogue files on my harddrive. As of now, they are all back in their original location, and everything seems to work fine in my LrC desktop client. As soon as I try to go to my synced, public collections on the web though, they show as empty (even though they are showing the correct images in my desktop client). If others try to access the same collections, they get a notification that those collections are private (even though they're showing as set to public in the desktop client). If I try to go to lightroom.adobe.com, I get an error message saying "We're sorry, but an unexpected error ocurred." Searching around, the source of the issues seemed to point to the The MobileDownloads.lrdata file. That is back in its original location, too, but still no luck on the web side of things. I have a lot of online collections distributed and would really like to get these back to regular wo
Hi, Ailandas here.I am reporting a critical bug affecting the core workflow between Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. This issue has persisted for over 9 months and on a completely fresh Windows installation. The standard "Edit In" and "Save" workflow consistently fails, causing me to lose the link to my files and severely impacting my productivity. Environment:Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 22H2Lightroom Classic Version: 14.5.1Photoshop Version: 26.10Problem Description: The core workflow of Edit In Photoshop from Lightroom Classic is failing. After a file is edited and saved in Photoshop, it is not automatically detected or imported back into the Lightroom catalog, leading to a File cannot be found error for the original file and requiring a manual re-import. This issue has persisted for over 9 months, across multiple software and operating system reinstalls. Steps to Reproduce:In Lightroom Classic, I select a RAW file and right-click, choosing Edit In > Adobe Photoshop.I select
Hi everyone! I`ve had this problem since one of the updates of LR for Mac in december`21. I`ve already read all the simillar topics here and I`ve already did everything suggested in comments, all the methods that helped the others. I know that tthe diffeerence of colours is possible, because of different colour space in these modes (ProPhoto RGB and Adobe RGB), but all the way before I didn`t have any problem like this. Everything was perfect. The problem is that The colors look correctly in the Library mode (naturally, as they always were), the picture is loaded slightly in the Develop mode and the color distortion occurs, the feeling is as if there is some preset. The faded warm filter seems to be applied and I can't change it in any way, because in fact no settings were applied. I`ve already changed the colour profile of my monitor, on/off grafic processor, reinstalled all new and previous versions of LR, wrote to the customers support. Nothing helped. I ne

I recently come across the following Issue: I have a bunch of jpg files I have post-processed in Photoshop that I want to add geo locations to using the Lightroom Classic map module. After adding the locations I mark all images and do right click - metadata - save metadata to file. For some jpg files the data is written into the jpg file (desired behavior and how I know it from LR Classic for the past 6 years), while for others LR creates a seperate xml file (same location same name as the jpg) containing all metadata including the location. Since this is a recent thing for me I suspected LR 14 to be the issue so I downgraded back to 13 but the issue persists. I already cleared out my complete LR catalog and only importet a hand full of jpg files to test but the issues persists. The issue can be reproduced, it is always the same jpgs causing the issue. When I open one of the not functioning jpg files in Photoshop and save it again in a new location the issue persists. Whe
I am deleting photos from Lightroom but they are still on the hard drive. This is a new development. I have not changed any settings. I have restarted several times.
I have a massive library (just over 400,000 images) of GoPro Raw (.gpr) images from a multi-year time-lapse. Currently all images are stored in a single folder on a storage server. However, just trying to get the import dialogue to display the images is, so far, going extremely slowly. Slower than I anticpated, even for this many images. An hour after entering the import module and after navigating to the folder and LR has just now started showing thumbnails and will populate about 20 images every 30-45 seconds.I'm fully prepared for the process to take some time, but was curious if I should let it just chug along overnight and then import tomorrow when it's (hopefully) done recognizing the images? Should I go back and break up the files into folders of 10,000 (or less?) each and import in chunks?Following Adobe's guidelines for performance optimization, I've alredy set my Raw cache to 150GB in anticipation. I've also disabled automatic XMP write and intend to render full 1:1 prev
When I click on delete rejected photos in LIGHTROOM, I get a notice that says: the files are on a volume not compatible with the trash Do you want to delete them permanently? I have the photos on an external hard drive and I can't think of why it could be. In the privileges of the disc I have written and reading for everyone.Would anyone know what it can be?Thank you
Issue: LrC Export DNG (or Tiff) file(s) to Helicon Focus Plugin failsLightroom Classic Version Number: 11.5Camera Raw version number: 14.5OS Version Number: MacOs 12.6Steps to reproduce:Select several images in the library moduleGo to Export -> Helicon Focus (DNG) Expected result: DNG files are created, Helicon Focus is launched, DNG files are read / processed by Helicon focus.Actual result: DNG files are created in "private/var/folders/kg/T/...."After the last file is created Helicon focus is launched. As soon as Helicon Focus gets launched, all de DNG Files are deleted. If the Helicon Focus app is deleted (so it won't start) the DNG files are still created upon export but are also deleted when LrC tries to launch Helicon Focus. If I stop LrC before the last DNG file is created upon export, the DNG files do exist in the folder:"private/var/folders/kg/T/...."So the DNG files are created as expected but deleted too early before Helicon Focus can handle them. I'm on Lightroom Classic 14.5.1It's really running very poorly. It has errors exporting and then will export. It won't always move onto the next image, I might have to zoom in zoom out first. It freezes on the current image and won't move to the next even though the preview window has moved on.If I close Lightroom it won't reopen. I have to reboot. It works fine again for a while and then the issues repeat all over.Is it just me?I'm running a very high spec Lenovo Thinkpad. It wasn't an issue until this version. It's getting to the point it might be easier to work in Photoshop.(Personally I think they've turned Lightroom into a bloated mess).
Hello, I recently did an update to my DJI Mavic Pro 3 and I cannot import my mp4 files into lightroom. There seems to be some new files that come from the new DJI update? I attached some screenshots and a photo of the error warning on LR.
Hola.Tengo Lightroom 6.0.
Dear All, I'm running LR Classic 14.0.1 on MacOS Sequoia. Since a couple of weeks ago GenAI removal was working fine, then not: you select the area, but, after the click, nothing is removed, with no error message. Tried already to reinstall the app. (PS. It works on LR and Photoshop, but no on LR Classic). Any hint??? [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]
Is there a way to feed Lightroom a batch of headshots to teach it a set of faces? I have the headshots for my organization with the person's name as the filename. I could also put the names in a metadata field if that would help. Is there a way to feed lightroom those headshots to teach it to begin recognizing those people wihtout having to manually identify them?Lightroom Classic 14.4Windows 11
With the Option "Use Smart Previews for image editing" enabled in Lightroom Classic, it usually loads the Smart Preview in the Develop module and only loads the original raw file when zoomed in at 100%.It started acting weird lately with half of the time not loading the original and getting stucked with a zoomed in and pixelated smart preview. I did not change anything on my setup.Has this been reported before? Editing on a Mac Mini M2 Pro with 32GB Ram, using the latest release of LRC.
I'm using Lightroom Classic version 14.3.1. When I use the remove tool on multiple items, it works well on the first one, but not all the rest. I have to do them all individually, which takes a lot longer. Is this normal, or should I be able to do multiples at once? Thanks
I used to be able to group into a stack in my Library and now it's not possible for some reason. I highlighted the two images I want to stack, right clicked, and there is no stacking option. Then I went to the top menu and clicked Photo>Stacking but then all the choices are greyed out. I've done this many, many times before and it always worked. I'm on a Mac OS Catalina and LR Version 9.1.Anybody have a solution?
