Adobe Lightroom 6RAW CR2 sous Windows 11Je n'arrive pas à lires les fichiers CR2 de Canon PowerShot G1X Mark III
Hi guys,When I press R in Lightroom now, several angled lines lines appear and the window is harder to resize, move around or navigate. What is this and how to fix it? Thans a lot.
I have the same problem. the mouse cursor (the cross and the large circle) disappears as soon as I modify a parameter and come back to the photo. when I restart Lightroom it returns but disappears systematically. I try turning off the GPU option but it's always the same. This problem appears mostly on the secondary monitor. (Branched from other discussion, Title Change to better reflect problem. Hi there. I updated recently to the latest version of LRCCclassic. Now, all the published collections that were previously managed by a plug-in are unavailable. I want to delete them, but I get a message saying I can't. FYI, Plug-ins are now wrapped up inside the apps, apparently. Two things: I don't remember exactly where I had these items published, therefore I want to delete them. If they can't be deleted, then how to I figure out where I had them published, so that I can re-install and then delete. ;}Below are screen shots. Machine specs: MBP late 2013, Mac OS 10.13.4, LRCCC 7.2. What I see from my Library module in the Publish Services column...the message I get when I try to delete the missing plug-in items... Location for those plugins that I can findThanks, folks, any help will be appreciated!
Help.....
Sorry for this stupid topic, but this X is more convenient to leave LR than going to the menu ... Thank you for your help.
I'm using the Xiaomi 15 Ultra (also the 14 Ultra has this issue), and I’ve noticed a bug where the correct ISO value is not being written to the DNG file (though it’s correctly stored in the JPG).I prefer to have my metadata accurate, and it’s strange to see a very soft image showing an ISO of 3184 when it was actually taken at ISO 12800.While I can correct the metadata with ExifTool, I need Lightroom to recognize it. I can use the "Read Metadata from File" option, but this causes me to lose my edits, which I’m not fond of.Is there a practical solution to fix this for photos that have already been imported?
HiI want to use may monitor LG5K with Lightrooma and Macbook as second monitorI cannot use my second display monitor as a second monitor in lightroom. It allways mirrors the macbookpro. If I stop mirroring, the macbookpro monitor is out and shows nothing. I have tried all tricks I found here , but I cannot solve this problem, I always get the mirror image. In the window second monitor in the menu, the second windows opens up on the 2 screens, juts mirroring, some items like "full screen preview" do not lighten up, so do not work. So thanks for giving me the trick that helpsmichel
I can't see my images well
I have a iMac that I work on at home and a Macbook Pro that I travel with. I log in to my CC Lightroom Classic on both, but when I import on one computer it doesn't show up on the other. Is there a way to do it so I can see the same files on both? Please help!
Hi,Since the update to Lightroom Classic 14.2, GPU acceleration no longer works on my system. The software always shows “GPU disabled” and the “Use GPU” setting is grayed out.🖥️️ My system:Lightroom Classic 14.2 (Creative Cloud)Windows 11 Home 22H2NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (driver 572.83 WHQL – latest)CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K @ 3.7GHz48 GB RAM✅ What I already tried:Clean uninstall of GPU driver with DDU (safe mode)Reinstalled latest NVIDIA Studio DriverForced GPU activation with Config.lua (enableMachineLearning = true)Set Lightroom to use CUDA and OpenGL in NVIDIA control panelGPU is properly recognized by Premiere Pro and works with CUDADespite all this, Lightroom refuses to use the GPU. This used to work flawlessly before the 14.2 update. Is this a known regression? Has support for GTX 10 series been dropped silently in the latest version?I’d appreciate any insight from Adobe or users in the same situation 🙏Thanks in advance!
When importing photos adobe shows the photo count in the folder as 0. The files are in the correct folders. I am a long time Lighroomroom Classic user and understand how Librarys work. I dont move folders or photos outside of lightroom. This is on a Macbook Pro M3 Max with Catalina, everything on the latest updates. Under Privacy & Security Lightroom has been given Full Disk Access, and has been added to Files and Folders. The problem only just started to happen when I relocated my library and my media folders onto the hard drive of this computer. So the files are stored on the local drive, not on an external drive. I've tried Optimizing the catalog, rebooting, nothing helps Interestingly the Previous Import section under the Catalog accordion is showing that I imported 72 photos. So on one hand Lightroom is displaying the correct number, but on the Folders accordion the folder is showing a photo count of 0. See the folder dated 2024-02-18 near the bottom of the phot
I have a question regarding lightroom classic upgrading catalogs after new releases. Because of different professional and personal situations, I need to have more than one lightroom catalog. I am used to lightroom needing to upgrade catalogs after a major release... What confuses me is: Using 14.2 I have opened and used all my catalogs. None of them ask me to upgrade catalog. However when looking unside each catalog folder on my drive, some catalog files are .lrcat and some are v13-4.lrcat... There seems to be no correlation between catalog age and the current naming convension. Why did lightroom upgrade some catalogs and not others? (or did it upgrade without changing file naming convension)? How come none of my lrcat files are 14...etc...?
Hello. I'm new to this forum and apologize if this has previously been asked and answered. My workflow starts in LrC with RAW files, and I do most of my adjustments there. Occassionally I need to do something to the image where I find PS does a better job. Before the latest updates, I simply selected the image and presses Command/E, and the file opened in PS. Now when I do that the files sometimes open in 16 bit, and sometimes in 32 bit. Not a huge problem, but to do what I want to do I have to go through the extra steps to convert to 16 bit. I've looked in LrC preferences and it is set to open files in 16 bit - and often they do! I'm slightly perplexed as to why the files don't always open the same.
I'm having a similar problem, although the changes I'm seeing are typically a year or more added to the correct capture date. This is only occuring on files syncing from cloud to LR Classic (Mac OS 15.3.2 and LRc v14.2) - doesn't appear that 14.1 fixed this or it reverted upon 14.2 releasing. This doesn't happen to all imagers, and there doesn't seem to be any consistency. It's not happening only to edited files - it seems to touch pretty much anything. I've had to turn off sync on my main catalog and created a second catalog to only ingest these sync files to avoid mucking up my main catalog. Any ideas on how to address this? I've looked at potentially using EXIFtool to correct, as most of the files do have the correct capture time in date/time original and date/time but it's incredibly annoying to have images taken a year apart appear next to each other in the view by capture time. If there was an easy way to sort by another one of the EXIF time fields, that might help. Thanks.
I have an issue that just started - it happens when I edit photos in Lightroom - when I move the slider, the image gets blurry and then when I let it go, it goes back to being sharp. If I zoom into the image a little, the problem doesn't happen. It is driving me insane. Please see attached video of the issue. I am using Mac Book Pro M1 and Lightroom Classic 14.2 and have been using it for last 3 years. This issue just started and I am not sure what caused it. I was reasing about the Graphics processor but mine is turned off. Anyone has any idea how to fix this? Thank you.
LRC: Version 14.2OS: Sequoia 15.3.2Mac M2 Max w/32BG Stupidly, I reorganized my photo library outside of LR. I am trying to rectify this by re-importing pictures while in LRC so I can access them through LRC. There seems to be a disconnect between my Source window and my Destination window. Here's a screenshot of the library folder structure as it appears natively in the Library module...Clearly, no "Places" folder. Trying to import images from the same hard drive into LRC called "Places" which does NOT appear in the above screen shot. So I click on the import buutton and here's a screenshot of the source drive... which looks correct... including the "Places" folder. So, I try to create a "Places" folder in the destination window and I get the prompt "The folder 'Places' already exists." and heres a screen shot of the Destination window... with "Places" already in there. All images are on one source drive... 101Photo. My question
I'm very satisfied with the new tool in Lightroom Classic AI. It works very good !
I have had this problem across two devices, with two different GPUs and versions of windows now. My screen flickers and flashes black for small periods of time when I move my mouse and make edits, sometimes just moving my mouse causes the flicker and it nearly gives me migraines after hours of use.I have tried all GPU related changes on the forums and reinstalled LR multiple times and still get this flashing and flickering, its unbearble and ruins my workflow. All my GPU drivers are studio and updated and it still flickers with an empty cache and gpu turned off in preferences. Help!
I'm getting two different error messages when I try to use Lightroom's Enhance tool to AI Denoise my images. I've used this for hundreds of photos and it's never been an issue before, but I am now getting messages about "unsupported hardware" and incompatibility with the photo format (I'm editing CR2s and CR3s). I've attached screenshots of both messages and of my hardware information.
Has anyone else lost the ability to sync with WIX Pro Galleries?
For a LrC plugin I'd like to implement an "Update available" check. The plugin is located on Github, releases are labeled (e.g. "v2.4.960", which is identical to the major.minor.revison version number in Info.lua). The latest version can be accessed through https://github.com/capricorn8/Focus-Points/releases/latest.When accessing the latest version, "latest" is resolved to "tag/v2.4.960". So, the most convenient way to implement an "Update available" check would be if there was a Lua function that takes "latest" URL as input and returns "tag/v2.4.960" as a result. The LrHttp functions do not seem to offer a solution for this. Using LrHttp, I could use LrHttp.get() and parse the lengthy response to (hopefully) catch the right piece of information. Not really convincing. Does anyone know of a way to do this inside Lua? Right now, to me it seems that the best options is an external call to "curl.exe" which should work on both WIN and MAC platforms.
Good morning everyone, today I activated Lightroom and created the first album that I'm already working on. However, I realized that the album was put on the cloud while I would like it locally in a specific path but I can't move or copy the album locally to continue working on it in this mode. Can anyone help me? Thanks everyone for your attention.
