I had some problems with my photo's of last year but now it is back OK. BUT:I have a folder named 2023.In this folder I have other folders for each day I took pictures.So far so good.But now I have some folders and on the "icon" of that folder I see a little star on it.Why is this? Desde que he actualizado la ultima version de mac me da error en lightroom. Importo las fotos y no se ven en la biblioteca, solo las puedo ver en revelar de una en una. Sabeis donde esta el problema?tampoco se exactamente si es por la ultima version de mac.

I have a collection I have previously synced to the Adobe cloud. I have made some edits, changed ratings, etc. Now I want that revised collection to sync with LR on the web. Syncing comes to a halt, and stalls, after 26 photos. There is no error in the logs, there is no problem reported by LR Classic or LR Web. It just stops. I have followed a few troubleshooting suggestions I found on the web, but nothing works. I have restarted LR, my laptop, no success.  I have generated a diagnostic report, but I can't attach it, since it isn't an image file. Lightroom Classic v13.3Macbook Pro, M1 pro, OS: Sonoma 14.5

Hi did anyone else notice that adobe made the linear gradient mask tool was changed to way over simplify it? its not longer a usable tool and cant be set/changed easily like the old version. please please please go back to the old version.

So, if the new LR update with the AI denoise is supposed to read RAW files, why wont mine read files from my Sony A7R5? It tells me it is not currently compatible with this file and I need to manually denoise the image.... all apps are updated....

I have two Macs: Maci Mini and Macbook Pro both running MacOS 12.7.2 and Lightroom 13.2 (this also occured with Lightroom 12. This is my regular editing scenario:From my main Catalog on the Mac Mini, Export as Catalog a batch of photos (just the previews not the negative files) to a shared drive on Macbook ProOpen the catalog  in Lightroom on Macbook ProUse the develop module Pro including Content-Aware remove on specific photos Export as Catalog the modified photos to a shared drive on the Mac MiniImport from Another Catalog and select the catalog that was exported from Macbook Pro After the import is complete, 0 to all the photos may not have the Content-Aware updates applied.  It seems quite random which photos are not updated correctly.  It seems worse the more photos there are in the catalog being imported. Now, I can select all the photos and use Photo->Develop Settings->Update AI Settings whcih can take hours.I can also go into Conte

When using denoise AI, the stack button is checked, but the images are not stacking in the filmstrip as a single image after it processes, it is showing the 2 photos next to each other, the one that has had denoise AI  applied to it, and then the original image next to it. This is a bug. When you use denoise AI and have the stack button checked, after it processes, it is only supposed to show the processed SINGLE image ONLY, not the original next to it. Hi, When i was working on the detail panel, i noticed when i switched the panel on and off that the image quality became significantly worse when it was on even though i had all sliders set to 0. See images attached... Can somebody explain to me why this is happening or how to fix it? 

APP VERSION - LIGHTROOM CLASSIC 13.3.1MAC OS SONOMA 14.5Macbook Pro 2019 16 inchHi there, since the 13.3.1 update, the remove tool, specifically healing brush, is unable to make fine adjustments to the source location, which is problematic for getting lines straight / aligned. I have tested this on two different macs and both have the same issue.Prior to 13.3.1 it was possible to make very fine adjustments to the source location. I have attached an image which hopefully illustrates the issue.I searched the forums and was unable to find something similar to my issue, apologies if it has been discussed already. 

I'm not sure if anyone has the same experience here. I took a couple of videos on my Sony A7C2 and tried to import them to LR.  All of the raw and jpeg photos went through, but none of my videos were showing. I also wanted to open it outside of LR to see if they were in the folder, but they weren't.  The videos are visible on the camera and I could only get them out via wifi to my phone now.  Does anyone have any idea what's wrong?

L'importatiion de vidéo dans Lightroom Classic détruit la date de prise de vue de la vidéo. Que diriez-vous si les dates de prise de vue de vos phtos étaient systèmatiquement remplacées par la date de l'importation dans lightroom ?Manisfestement Adobe refuse d'adresser ce bug.J'ai trouvé un façon de régler le problème lorsque l'on importe des vidéos en provenance d'un iPhone.Menu "Exporter la vidéo originale non modifiée"J'exporte la vidéo originale non modifiée depuis "Photos".  J'obtiens ainsi le fichier vidéo .mov et le fichier XMP séparé.J'importe le tout dans Lightroom sans renommer les fichiers.Les dates de numerisation restent correctes.Si comme moi, vous renommez vos fichiers en date-heure, vous pouvez appliquer le renommage sans problème. Que se passe-t'il si utilisez le menu "Exporter Vidéo" Vous n'obtenez qu'un fichier .mov  qui une fois importé dans Lightroom est vu par Lightroom comme ayant été crée le jour de l'importation. No doing the right things. Open an image and another show up. Not transfer from Photoshop to Lightroom. When crop... go back and for / many other stuff not working. Lightroom show : all photos 20,xxx and the frame are there but no image in there. Last half from my redmarked folder. but the empty frame shows up without an pictures. When I enlarge to 100% it change to back and . I cannot work with this issues anymore.Can I uninstal and reinstal again without losing images?

I've been using LR and SM plugin daily for several years, very comfortable with my workflow and rarely have issues that I can't find the solution for in the forums or through searches.Recently (Oct/Nov 2017), whenever I browse galleries in LR that are in my Smugmug collections (library grid viewing mode), images instantly begin to pop from the 'published' section to 'modified photos to re-publish'.  They do this slowly, without any changes being made by me.  No changes to the image are showing up in the develop module history section either.Nothing is being changed in those photos, they don't start to move to the modified section until I am looking at them in the library grid.  I thought this might be related to the ACR / Camera Calibration being updated from version 3 2012 to version 4 current, but the photos that are being marked as 'modified' still show version 3 2012 as their calibration.Any idea what is causing this, how I can stop it?  As you can imagine it's

Updated to 13.3 around 4 days ago, I have 22 000 images in my catalogue, 1900 of which sync (the rest not set to sync).  Have waited patiently for indexing, sync, etc to take place.  Still glacial action moving from one image to the next in the Develop module  Any suggestions to get Lr moving much appreciated 

I've had an stand-alone version of Lightroom 6 installed on my old pc for several years. I just upgraded to a new Windows 11 pc and I want to transfer the program  to it. I have the original setup files and I have my product key, but when I initiate the installation process, it is interrupted by a dialog box that tells me "To use Adobe services, please update your Adobe applications, operating system, and browser to the latest versions." I don't understand the "update your Adobe applications" part, but the OS is the latest Windows 11 version and the browser is the latest version of Edge. How do I proceed? Thanks very much.

For Uptdate Mac and Lightoom only Problems. Support from Adobe don't help with the Problems. Please help. 

So, at the suggestion of some friends, I'm converting my photos from lightroom (cc?) to LR Classic. There are almost 100k of photos stretching back 20 years, so it's a bit of a process.All of them were in one catalog on the web version, and I'm trying to split them up to increase processor/memory efficiency. I want to connect my LR Classic Catalog to download photos from the web. My question is thus: I want to download CERTAIN photos (ie, all photos between 2008 and 2010, for example) from my monster catalog into the open Classic one (which, unsurprisingly, I've titled 2008-2010). If I connect the two catalogs:I assume that the flow of photos will sync automatically, yes?How can I force LR to just download the ones that I want? I don't see a real sync manager or anything. Can I put them all into one collection and just sync that? Or is there a better way? Otherwise, I just have to select and export to a local drive, and then reimport. But I'd rather not do that.Thanks!

I have subscribed to Lr.  I understand that the program "Lightroom" is not present on my desktop harddrive, which means I would not be able to use it when our internet goes down.  How can I get Lr Classic onto my harddrive?  I am Windows based.

I am going through a big Lightroom catalog and removing duplicates, so I'm looking at a Smart collection of Duplicates that I want to keep ordered by File Name because then I can actually see the duplicates. However, when I click back and forth between two images to compare them, Lightroom is changing the Sort Order back to Capture Time quite often. It is VERY frustrating to have to reset the sort order all the time. What is going on here? I can't find any documentation describing this behaviour in Lightroom Classic so I really don't know why the sort order is getting reset all the time? * can I change the default sort order to be File name?* can I disable whatever weird shortcut of clicks is resetting the sort order to the default? Any help woul dbe great because it's driving me nuts!

Dear community, I have a problem when I photograph with my camera (fujifilm XT2) including flash (godox AD400pro). When I load my photos in RAW in LrC or Photoshop and I click on develop, the flash disappears. I can't edit my photos properly this way. Could you please help me as I have no idea what it could be. Hi Everyone, I could use some advice. I recently did a studio photoshoot where I photographed employees in front of a colour background. Somehow my white balance was set to auto which changed the colours of the background. The background colours all have to match. What's the easiest way to do this as I have many pictures to edit. Hope you can help me out, thanks in advance!
