Since upgrading to iPhone 14, my Lightroom crashes persistently and has become virtually unusable. Are others experiencing this and has anyone identified a cause or fix?

Hi guys,I use Lightroom Classic, but need to start also using the Cloud based Lightroom as I need to be uploading and editing my images on the move.In the Cloud Lightroom I cannot see how to upload my Lightroom Classic presets. Any tips would be greatly appreciated as it's baffling me! All the best, Donna

Every time I export a video from Lightroom the quality is half the original file size- is there any way to edit a video in Lightroom but export at the original quality? Thank you! 

I travel quite often and find Lightroom on iPad is quite handy.  I used "Login with Apple" on Lightroom for iPad and that's not a paid account. I paid to AppStore subscription for premium editing features of course. When I was staying in Italy, it acted like noting wrong. However, the fact is that Lightroom for iPad would upload my raws to the cloud and delete the local copy, even if my account is not eligible. Last month I travel back to China then I can't access most of the pictures even now I returned to Italy again. I have another paid account and I realized they are not the same. Now I paid both cloud accounts trying to save my pictures. It didn't work at all and all I've got is the error above. I need help to get back my catalog. However, another obvious problem is, my account did not have cloud access, why would this app silently SYNC MY FILES TO THE CLOUD AND DELETE LOCAL COPIES?????

Mask subject not available on iPhone 8 15.7.1. It was available before but not after Lightroom upgrade. How can I make mask subject available again on my Lightroom mobile app.   thanks for help, gerardo        {Title edited by Moderator}

Hello EveryoneI recently cancelled my CC Subscription (Photography Plan) after my workplace provided me with an account. Over the years I had been using Lightroom Mobile as well as the Lightroom Classic app, storing and editing images on there rather than on my laptop. After the cancellation I was told Adobe would hold onto my Cloud images for a year before deleting them. However, when I log into my old Adobe Account and go to the Files section there are no images there aside from a few asset logos etc. It says that I have used up 9.7GB of data which is probably about right for the images on Lightroom Mobile (I don’t remember putting all my Lightroom Mobile albums on the cloud however). When I go to the Mobile app I can see all my folders/images there as they were prior-to-cancellation, however, they are all smart previews now and I would have to download each one individually to 'reclaim' them and doing this on my phone would take forever plus I don't have the space. As shown in the attached, the photo file number / ID is showing on each thumbnail in the library.  How can I remove them?

Hi, I have read a few answers to this but it doesnt work. I have nearly 2TB of photos on the cloud that I want to also put onto an external hard drive for double safe keeping. I only have 500gb on my imac so I need them to go straight to the external drive bypassing my mac.  What I've read says go to the CC desktop app and click on the three points to the right. I don't have these anywhere. Ive looked around a bit in other areas and can't find anything.    Can anyone help? I am running imac with ventura if that helpful.   Thanks. Gen  

Can Adobe Lightroom iphone app resize a photo to fit on instagram without cropping it? is that feature offered if you sign in for premium? Like the photo I uploaded, I want to resize it to fit on instagram without cropping it. If it is possible, how? Thank you,

Bonjour, j'avais comme principe de renommer mes photos lors de l'export en utilisant dans le nom la date de la prise de vue (Date) puis d'un texte personnalisé encadré par "_" pui le numéro de la photo (Séquence).Avec LR6.1 que j'ai via CC, il m'est impossible d'appliquer le même principe. il me propose un nom personnalisé suivi d'un numèro d'ordre. Existe t'il des mots clés pour remettre en place le même nommage?Merci d'avance CordialementRamon DIAZ 

Non riesco a download foto dimensioni originali in Lightroom. Se voglio esportare in formato originale da Lightroom da un computer su cui non ho installato Lightroom classic ricevo il messaggio "Alcune immagini non possono essere esportate nelle dimensioni richieste poiché non è possibile accedere alle dimensioni complete dell'originale". Thanks for help.  English: I can't download from Lightroom images in their original size to export them on the desktop. I receive a message saying "some images may not be exported in the requested size since it not possibe to get the original dimension of the original

Hi. I just purchased and downloaded a bunch of presets in .lrtemplate formatting that will not sync within my Lightroom. I've tried instructions from other discussions to no avail. Using Lightroom Version 6.1 for Windows on my laptop. It says I'm caught up on updates. I can't figure out what to do. Help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Trying to import from external hard drive to LR but previews in reverse order. never had this before.

Since i updated my lightroom yesterday, somehthing weird is happening. After i get through editing a pic, i hit G to go to the grid view and it takes me to pictures that i took months ago! Its frustrating when im editing a specific group of pics and i have to scroll back up to find them again. Is anyone else experiencing this? Please help!!

So I've seen some threads elsewhere online talking about this. Here's the problem. When you import photos from an sd card straight onto iPad in Lightroom it seems to store the photos locally (they do not show up in the apple photos app). If you have an internet connection it also uploads to the cloud but still stores locally. After a while your iPad storage fills up and there's no option to remove locally stored files while keeping them on the cloud. The only work around is to delete the app and start again.

Hello.  I'm thinking of getting an Adobe cloud photography subscription that would allow me to use my iPad as my primary photo processing/editing device with Lr and Ps, syncing my raw photos and edits.  Then also having LrC on my desktop as a secondary device in the odd instance I need to use some plug-in or use printing features. Is it possible to import my images to an album in Lr on ipad, then on LrC on my desktop sync those albums as, if I understand correctly, a collection, and not need to use a catalog in Lightroom Classic? FYI in case it comes up, I do back up my raws to an external SSD.  I'm really looking for a mobile first solution.  I already sit at a desk in front of a computer 5 days a week for work, I don't want to keep doing that for my hobby (not a professional photog).

De cloud van mijnn  LR is vol ( 20GB). Heb 2 vragen waar ik niet uit kom.1. hoe komen binnen map ' alle foto's " ook alle screenshots etc van mijn Iphone op deze LR cloud? Heb ik iets aangevinkt?2. Hoe kan ik albums vanaf LR cloud verplaatsen naar externe HD.    

As fotos não estão abrindo, sendo assim, fica impossível de usar o app pra editar qualquer coisa, não consigo ver nenhuma foto no aplicativo.

I am being charged for 2 LIGHTROOM plans at once, one of which i applied for and wasn't able to cancel the trial of. The other plan is taking money from my bank account and the only way if ound out about this was through my mobile banking on my bank's website but i can't cancel the hidden one nor contact ANY adobe support memebers because i can't find a support phone number or email. WHAT do i do.

Comprei a versão premium, mas não liberou os recursos. Já reiniciei o celular e ainda continua com esse problema.
