Hi, I'm a newbie in the 3d animation world, and I'm trying to import some animations from mixamo to Blender, but it isn't working well... when imported in Blender the FBX got messed up, like this: I'll describe here the steps I did:imported a DAE model to blender;exported DAE as FBX;imported FBX to mixamo;choose animation;exported FBX(binary) *I've tried to export the animation to FBX for Unity and FBX 7.4 too, it did'n work.*When exported DAE animation from mixamo it works in some way, but lagging. I'd like to know what's causing the FBX to be imported all messed up, and how can I fix this, if someone knows, kindly help me.
hi i have a problem uploading my 3d to mixamo, when i uploaded my file seems to be perfectly fine, and loads perfect, but when i try to finish de process mixamo mixes all the colors of my character. and i don't know why, any advice?
Hi, I want to use Mixamo for my project. My scenario goes like this, I'm building a AR 3D scanner that will scan an object and create a mesh, I'm planning to scan a humanoid or robot kind of character in a T-Pose position, after scanning, I want to upload my model through API then use the auto rigger, after rigging I want to download it through API also. Is this possible?
how do i fix this error it auto rigged the charcter it didnt even allow me to rig it
Im using blender and when I export to a fbx file with embed on it doesnt work. When I did an obj not the zipped one it worked but no textures. I tried the zipped version and it didnt work
I'm having this issue when auto-rigging this character, The limbs are symmetrical and I switched to the No Fingers LOD, what am I doing wrong?
I keep getting the error place all markers on the avatar (error).... My avatar has 10 fingers, 2 legs, 2 arms and a head. There are some toes peeking our of her shoes but i need to rig everything in here, because after im going to delete the whole inner body mesh (incl feet, arms, legs etc.) for optimization. I double checked all the body parts underneath the clothing to where the joints should go but still no luck... The textures are just placeholders for the material ID so thats of no importance (as long as the material ID stays)
Hey there, do you know if it is possible to adjust the pose anyhow in Mixamo when you stop the animation? (moving the joints/bones) Thanks in advance!
Help please, mixamo gives me problems or the page doesn't load or if it loads and I try to download an animation it makes me have an infinite loading on the preparing download. I tried other browsers, on the laptop but no same result, what can I do?

Hi, I'm trying to rig this character in Mixamo, but this message comes up every time: "Oops! Please place all markers on the character". I have researched a bit and found that others have managed to solve the problem by moving on the Groin marker, but for me it doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this. It works fine with all other characters I've tried.
i have recently been working in nomad sculpt to create a 3d character of which was origonally created from ready player me models and numerous other sketchfab models, making sure to having used voxel merge so its a complete model, then to paint it in procreate, note i only mention that as it may have effected the outcome, yet when i upload my obj to mixamo it comes up with," Timeout::Error occured on fbxparse" and, "sorry unable to map existing skeleton". i am hoping to next import it into blender, once rigged, though i am currently a beginner in all 3d related fields. I'd like to have students use Mixamo animations in a paid online UE5 course, however, the process of properly retargeting the Mixamo animations (as they are not compatible with UE5) is a bit above the level of most students learning the application. I've found a third-party application to convert and retarget Mixamo animations into properly formatted UE5 animations. My question is, is there any way to distribute these "fixed" animations to students without breaking licensing terms? Is there any contact info to get an official yes or no? It wouldn't be the original raw animation, as it would be a new / retargeted file, but it's still technically the same animation and editable.
when I am looking preview everything looks ok but I'm getting an error when I try to download the animation + my model has weird bones (you can see on the attached files)that my courses this problem but I don't know how to fix any this problem I tried many things but nothing worked.
Hello, I'm a researcher and I'm aiming at how to scheme 3D dynamic scenes as streams effectively. However, I want to confirm that whether my pipeline will bring me legal risks. Our pipeline is as follow. First, we're going to use the assets released by mixamo to build several 3D dynamic scenes, and then invite several viewers to watch these scenes and capture their heads' and eyes' movements. Then, all these movement trajectories and the corresponding 3D scenes might be sent into an AI-empowered scheming algorithm to evaluate the scheming algorithm's performance and even do some finetuning to the AI backbone. Finally, the whole dataset including the 3D scenes and the viewers' trajectories might be released in our work. Will mixamo forbid us from doing this? And if it's OK, should we cite something in the end of our publishment?
Mixamo animations are very cool, but in particular when I have an animation that moves from the root, it creates problems on my examples. Most of the cases can be solved with the "In place" checkbox, but this one in particular does not have it. Can it be corrected so it's present?

I have a rigged character that I'm uploading to Mixamo and it's 99% working and animations are playing correctly, except that the head of the character isn't animated as if he has a neckbrace on.I've attached a video of what that looks like too.This is the skeleton and heirarchy as they appear in Blender:I got the original rigged model from Sketchfab (The original setup doesn't animate the head either when uploaded). I removed the bones for the sword and the top of the head.I found this post on the forums detailing the same problem and the solution there was to uncheck "NLA Strips" and "All Actions" in Blender when exporting the model. I tried that and it didn't work either. If someone could point me to what needs to be changed, whether there's a problem with the armature setup in Blender or an export setting I need to change etc, I would be immensely grateful.Thank you!
hi everybody, i uploaded my character to the mixamo but there was a differnet positin on elbow. why and how to fix this, i used the standard synty character and some others but same result.

Hi I've zip file that contains the obj file and the texture files. The zip is only 64kb but I get a error when trying to upload for rigging. I get a sparse error. Anyone know what the issue is? Timeout::Error occured on fbxparse : is the error received Thank you
