Hi all,So, i have been trying to use mixamo for quite some time and i have great dificulties in getting a consistent working set of anims.For this i uploaded an FBX and used the mixamo tools to generate a rig, so far so good.All animation previous work beautifully in the mixamo website, no issues there.When actually trying to use the animations the problems start:1. Downloading any pack as DEA, does not result in a functional DAE, it cannot be imported in blender because of the same reasons here,Re: Mixamo addons python error, bug ? - Adobe Support Community - 131299522. When downloading a single entry, with skin, the result is _NOT_ consistent and it seems that not all anims are witten with the same base pose, resulting animations that are not compatible with the original skin but it was was rigged with mixamo!I cannot add dea files.. i do not understand how this forum does not "support" specific model formats while mixamo is outputting in that format. I have a problem trying to combine animation from mixamo, I did everything, my character get all the actions in the NLA but at the moment of running the button "baked animation" in the mixamo addons I get a python error... I know that this problem happened to others but since 3h I can't find how to fix it... maybe there is an issue with the code itself (int type vs float) ? i d'ont know... I'm on blender 3.2 and I have the last version of the add-on (downoalded today)... there is the error : if you could help me, it would be amazing ! thank you for reading me 🙂
Hello, I cannot open a Mixamo file animation (.fbx) in Aero, even though the two applications seem linked. Did anyone meet the same problem?
Hi, I keep trying to upload this model of an astronaut to mixamo but it keeps giving me the error Timeout::Error occurred on fbxparse, I've tried reducing it several times, I've tried uploading it as an .fbx and an obj but it just keeps telling me the same thing. Help is greatly appreciated ❤️

Hello, I am conducting a machine learning research. I want to use mixamo characters and animations for purely visual purposes in my thesis. Machine learning part of my thesis focuses on pathfinding, not animations or characters. In this case, is it a copyright infringement for me to use mixamo characters? I wanted to ask because I came across contradictory statements on this subject. Mixamo characters are used for the presentations I will make on my thesis and to appear in the article. They will not be in the version I released as a program. Thanks
The animation of exported FBX doesn't match the preview on the site. The legs are wrong and the feet are all over the place.Same result in C4D, Blender, Windows 3D object viewer and all stock characters
hello i was trying to auto rig my model but keep facing this error

But when I import the fbx into Blender and (do some changes, or even not) and export it as FBX and try to upload on Mixamo, I get that error. Maybe I am doing something wrong on the export from Blender - since it is the same model and structure and polygons it should work.I saw I am not the only one here, but I checked some stuff like not using metal in shaders.. what could it be? can someone try it "quickly" (I really appreciate it! <3)

I am currently working on a game on Unity Engine platform. I have downloaded Mixamo characters. Can i Use them in a full fledged manner in the game for commercial purpose along with Mixamo animations.
I want to upload my daz character to mixamo so i can animate is however it will not let me because i have armature already. Let us map the bones manually so we can fit the animation
Ok so my character doesn't auto rig?It says i didn't place the markers right but i did?I already setted the skeleton to no fingers.Could it be because of the wings?
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. My previous models neck was too short so on this model I made the neck longer. However whenever I place the markers it still will not rig. I've tried different placement and have also made sure I'm selecting no fingers. If I could please have assistance with this and understanding how to use this properly. Thank you in advanced for you help! I have included the model I created to download.
I've been trying to figure out a way, but keep failing. does anyone else know how? Also, I haves a feature request so that we can upload zip files containing the textures, and then afterwards we could adjust the textures onto the right parts and stuff, and it would make my job so much easier.
I have placed all markers on the rig but I still keep getting the same error. I tried multiple times to change where the markers are placed but it still does not read it. I have symmetry off as well. Please any tips on how to get this to work in Mixamo. Every character I create has not worked in rigging. I also have no fingers selected.
I'm not going to sell the characters and animations themselves. Only screenshots and videos made in the engine (unless, of course, this is allowed).
Hi all, I've gone through the process of rigging a character in Cinema4D with Mixamo, but my character doesn't appear to have a head control and some of the joints don't align properly with the mesh... Any advice? Pictures attached - All the best, Ryan

Hello, before the update, the animations were correctly retargetting in blender with autorig pro, but now, with all the new formats, I have issues with the arms and the fingers that don't retarget properly. It's happening for all the animations, plus, I tried uploading a model to mixamo but I got error messages... I need all the fingers so I didn't change the options, that's breaking my heart I need these animations so much, could anyone help please ?
The character, whether imported or a Mixamo, is showing squashed in the main viewer window. I've tried to rectifiy with the controls in the bottom left of window, but nothing. There is a charater there, but its squashed flat and looks upside down some how . Recently upgraded the Mac OS to Monterey 12.6.
Hi. I am trying to rig a Redead from OOT. I have the .obj file and everything works fine, until I start the rigging process. I am not very good at modelling or rigging so I use Mixamo and other models. Please help if you can.
